What a treat to stay at this beautiful house. Kept the old Victorian charm with just enough modern amenities to make it perfect. Host was very responsive, very friendly, and very helpful. We would’ve extended our stay if it was available, but unfortunately, had to check out because other guests were moving in. Sounds like they have three other amazing properties at great locations so we will definitely be back! Thank you again.

Rebecca was a wonderful host and this place was fantastic. It was so peaceful outdoors and the pool house was pretty cool too. The gameroom downstairs kept the kids occupied as well as the adults. The whole house was decorated for Christmas and we are so grateful!

Cinderella's place was great. We had 2 beautiful and SUPER FRIENDLY welcoming hosts, Abby and Henry. They are big Great Pyrenees dogs that welcomed us and gave us a tour of the grounds. They guided us around the pond and even watched us fish. Our other welcoming committee were the chickens and roosters roaming around.:) Cinderella, the owner, was very accommodating and easily available if we needed anything. We had a lot of privacy, and the house was so quaint! There are small towns within 30 minutes away if you needed any groceries, restaurants, etc. We went fishing at Briery Creek Lake and it was such an amazing fishing experience. I caught a bass with my first cast, and then a second one with my 4th cast. And my husband got the biggest large mouth bass he's ever caught - 4.4 pounds and 20 inches!! We went to Sandy River Distillery, which was only about a 20 minute drive, where we had some great whiskey tasting and pizza. This AirBnB was THE perfect location for a quick getaway!

Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway from the city or a family reunion, Waverly is just what the doctor ordered. A sense of peace and relaxation set in as soon as we pulled into the driveway, and my family relished the tranquility of this home where children can run around and see the animals on the working farm while adults lounge on the back porch or take a stroll in the country setting. Waking up to sweeping views of the pastures, seeing all the stars at night, and enjoying a glass of wine at the firepit were special treats. The house itself was pristine and well equipped, with hosts and staff alike welcoming and responsive. We're already looking forward to a return trip, and highly recommend this property to anyone.

Derrick was a great host; very accommodating and quick to respond. The apartment was cozy,clean, and comfortable with laundry accommodations and a little kitchenette. Exactly what my family needed. Thank you- would book again.
