Checkin was very easy, the apartment was very clean and as the pictures showed. Old Town Nin is only a few minutes walk away with lots of shops and cafes. Highly recommend this place!

Dijana and her family made us feel more than welcome. The house is perfect and all the facilities have us a great week in the house

Csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, aztán tovább utaztunk, de szállással minden rendben volt, a tulajdonos kedves, gyorsan válaszol, és segítőkész. A háztömb aljában egy gyorsétterem található, ahol nagyon finom és jó nagy adag hamburgert ettünk. A város és a lakás is pazar.

We had a great stay here....a couple of days of rest on our cycle touring journey. Nada & her husband were very friendly & helpful, the location was perfect & the flat was great. It was lovely to have the pool & the outdoor seating area. The flat was well equipped & beds really comfy. Would recommend.

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Das beste ist der Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer...wunderschön. Um im Pool oder Meer zu baden muss man nur wenige Meter laufen. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind ebenfalls in der Nähe anzutreffen. Der Kontakt mit Ante war super freundlich und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung durchweg empfehlen

We had a Nice stay. It was at the beginning of the season so it was nice and calm. The house is located on the beach. There’s a gym and sauna so that was great to start the day off and go for a swim. House is nice. Everything you need is there and around the house. Market is around the corner. Zadar is +- 20 min drive away. Recommend. 👍🏼

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, kein Verkehr, da Sackgasse - sehr Ruhig. Angenehmen Gastgeber - einfach unkompliziert. Was ich gut empfunden habe, der Gastgeber stellt Fahrräder zur Verfügung - optimal zb. in der Früh zum Bäcker zu fahren. Es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Danke noch mal und schöne Grüße.

This airbnb is worth whatever price you pay for it. We booked for a week, so we got a really good deal, but I would’ve paid double. This place is beautiful. There is several markets close, the lake is just a walk down the stairs with a private dock, and there is a separate area with the gym, hot tub, sauna and whatnot. There’s a paddleboard provided as well. Only bad part is that maps doesn’t route you to the right house, you have to drive a bit further than it says. 10/10.

5 stars is not enough, this stay was a 10! Marin is a wonderful host, so accommodating, he helped in any way. He took part in the surprise of my sister coming to visit after years apart and it was SO SPECIAL! He left pool toys for the kids, also seemed like he bought a highchair and crib for our baby they were so new and clean! He left a bottle of wine for birthday celebrations. Just an incredible host who cares about his guests. The home itself was so clean, equipped with everything you may need. Marin always responded quickly with suggestions, reservations, any questions. This was the best air bnb stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Wir waren für eine Woche bei Iva. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und für uns 2 mit kleinen Hund völlig ausreichend. Alles was man benötigt hat war vorhanden. Wir können dieses Apartment und auch Iva als Gastgeberin nur weiterempfehlen. Wir selbst kommen gerne wieder. LG Lenka und Johannes

We have stayed as two families with all about 7 people. The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was as described and pictured and absolutely clean. It could have been a little bit better equipped (kitchen) and it would be great to have more air conditioning in more rooms, because with only fans in the bedrooms (except one) it is getting really too hot these days. But overall we had a wonderful time and the pool is amazing. It is a clear recommendation and thanks for having us. We had a great week!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend
