Liza was an incredibly accommodating host. She bought a new sound machine for us after I told her we were having trouble working the one at the house. Loved the location of the home, we walked all over the neighborhood to breakfast, coffee, Howarth Park, Whole Foods and more. All were +/- 15 minute walks. The street was busy, but never an issue for us. Our toddler loved watching the cars and passerby's from the big front window. The house was also equipped with all the amenities we needed and more. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Nico was an incredible host, and his home is such a special place. One of my favorite places I’ve stayed, and made for a very memorable trip. The house was unique, private, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting SF looking for a place that feels like a home away from home!

This was the perfect spot for our quiet weekend. I usually prefer not to use guesthouse Airbnbs but this one was totally private and felt like entirely its own space. Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Had a great stay visiting wine country with friends! Centrally located and just as described.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I felt good staying there especially since it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do.

Previous reviews mentioned train noise but the house was well insulated so it was very muted. Blackout blinds and double-glazed windows did their job. The Folgers coffee set up was excellent and they left creamers. Beds were new and clean. Seating was limited, but we are a couple. Everything worked, especially the heater, since it was cold. We will stay again when we visit family nearby.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Tony’s home is a work of art surrounded by the most astounding natural beauty. We enjoyed very comfortable and cozy accommodations and a fully stocked kitchen with generous staples left for us including eggs, juice, coffee, cream, fruit, English muffins, butter, and jam. From the expanse of windows which we appreciated glimpses of wildlife like a resident heron, cormorants, quail, deer, jack rabbits, and hummingbirds. The hot tub is situated in the midst of a thoughtfully created, colorful garden. Tony and Jan are such lovely welcoming folks, and Stella the poodle was curious and friendly. In 3 short days we got to enjoy nearby Pt. Reyes Station, Inverness Park, the lighthouse, the elephant seal overlook and McClure beach - all in such close proximity. We loved being here, the experience is incredibly restorative. You won’t be disappointed.

This AirBNB was a great spot for us visiting family in Oakland! There is everything you need for your stay -the laundry was such a great bonus! There are some great local gems nearby, and the bus down to the BART or the ferry to SF was easily accessible.

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here over the last days of December and New Year’s Day and had a fantastic time! It’s the perfect location to get to know Sonoma, as it is just a block off of the main square and steps from awesome restaurants and shops. The house is clean, well decorated, and has everything you need. Great parking too. We highly recommend staying at Samantha’s Spain Street duplex. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area!

We had a fantastic stay at Sheilah’s place. It had everything the two of us needed for a very comfortable one week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies including coffee, tea, oil and vinegar and a variety of spices. The location was great: we could walk to a variety of restaurants, two major grocery stores and to Walgreens. It was easy to use public transportation from her place to get into San Francisco. Sheilah was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her Airbnb and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Our 2nd booking with this listing. It meets all expectations. Very clean. Anything needed for our stay was available. A well stocked kitchen was perfect for our meal preps. The super hosts have a generous welcome basket that was wonderful for our later arrival quick snacks. The hosts, Stanley and Virginia, are quick responders to any of our inquiries.

If I could give a rating of 6 stars, I would. This is my go-place when I have to be in the Bay Area.....if it is available. Peaceful is amazing to work with. It has a great location, gated parking, very comfortable bed and more

Apartment was clean and well furnished with many of the comforts of home including a well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and snacks. Adequate space for two and pet friendly. Great location, walkable to restaurants, Trader Joe's, banks, and movie theater. Adequate dining and work space. Quiet neighborhood. Host Claudia, was friendly, welcoming and accessible. Would definitely book again!

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

Gillian’s home was as shown on the website. It was clean , comfortable and well stocked. The house overlooks the street but was quiet and very convenient to restaurants and shops. The back has a lovely seating area and was very quiet. Gillian was a responsive and friendly host who gave clear instructions.

Loved my week stay at Krista’s condo. It completely felt like home for the week. It was super clean, had everything I needed in the kitchen and super cute. Also the location was 10/10 in terms of proximity to wineries and everything you need. I would totally visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy bungalow! The location within a world-class country club was unbeatable. While the kitchen is on the smaller side, it was well-equipped for our needs, allowing us to easily prepare breakfast and lunch. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing tub. We were particularly impressed by the host's quick response to our inquiry, even at an off-hour. It made the booking process seamless. The availability of numerous Level 2 EV chargers and ample parking was a major plus. We'd definitely stay here again if we have the chance.
