Great host, amazing home will be back!

my grandson and family were ones staying there and I know that as far as place was concerned it was as described. I know there were issues with the wifi but believe it was resolved.

Had a very cozy last minute stay in the Presidential Suite! It was extremely clean, spacious and the fireplace was a very nice touch since the floors were a bit cold. Definitely recommend!

My stay at Carole’s Motown Oasis was wonderful, choked full of amenities and plenty space to stretch out. It was clean and ready for a peaceful stay. Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay. Plenty of desk space for work and tv equipped in every room. It has a nice walk out patio perfect sunbathing or morning breakfast. All around great stay and better host cant wait to visit again.

It was wonderful. Needed the space and it was very clean, comfy and secure. Thanks so much!

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. The location and views were great for the price and would recommend this property to anyone in the area. Thank you again for allowing us to celebrate in your property.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The home was nicely decorated and furnished. We walked to everything that we came to Detroit to do. Communication was great excellent!

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

I stayed here for work, it was five minutes from my job and easily accessible to all major roads. Grocery store around the corner to get groceries the complex is clean, quiet, and cozy.

Always a great place when in Ann Arbor

Ruth Ellen's place is a gem! It is located near anything you might want or need but feels private and secluded. As a plus, Ruth Ellen is wonderful and is an excellent communicator.

Nadine's house is clean, cozy, open, light, and beautiful! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely re-book if we are back in the area again!

Matthew was a very responsive, helpful and accomodating host. He went as far as to give a flexible checkout time when one of our guests had a very late flight home. The Airbnb we rented for a week was great for our group gathering, clean and made it easy to get to various attractions around town.

I decided to take my son and his buddy to a Red wings game, and anything else they might want to do in the D. “The peaceful escape” was the perfect fit for us. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Ferndale, a city with its own unique list of things to do, is also just a short ride into Detroit. All three rooms had perfectly comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, linens and anything you might need for toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed, the living room cozy and comfortable. As a mom, access to a washer and dryer was a bonus. The off season pricing made it so affordable for this last minute trip. Sam was a perfect host. There is also a darling courtyard in the back making for a sweet spot to unwind. Plenty of food options to door dash or uber eats right to the home. All weekend we called it “The Goldilocks house”. Because everything was *just right*. Thank you Sam, I look forward to staying with you again!

We stayed at Joseph's with our two young kiddos for three nights. We are super happy we found the house available and it lived up to its description 100%. The place is super cozy. The kitchen is GREAT. The main bedroom has a better mattress (and far superior pillows) than the JW Marriot we stayed at three weeks ago. Medium firmness and ultra-supportive! 10/10 on the mattress & bedding. THANK YOU!!! For the kids: The downstairs play area was much fun for our 4-1/2 yr-old girl and the air hockey was a blast. The bathroom had a kid's stool and the tub was kid-friendly (and still very comfortable for an adult). The house is very kid-friendly, but note that there is a staircase to the basement which is open to the main level. This was not a problem for us as our 1-3/4 yr-old was finally slightly intimidated by something (or he just didn't feel like making a break for it). For toddlers, you might ask about a gate. We would absolutely stay here again w/wo kids!

John is a friendly, delightful, and helpful host! His house is spacious, fun, and perfect for family gatherings! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay for our girls weekend! We were hoping to check in early and Ella was so flexible and easy to communicate with- she made it happen, which was so awesome! The space was very clean and perfect for what we needed (lots of beds, a good-sized main area, lots nearby, etc.). I would absolutely stay again!

Was such a fun experience, with a very comfortable home. A great time coupled with an awesome host. We had lots of things going on with this vacation and a large meetup of people. Mike helped make that a comfy and stress free situation by being readily available and easy to work with. Would come back again!!

Eva, thank you for sharing your place with us. We came from out of town to visit family down the road. Worked out perfect. We appreciated the place being stocked with all sorts of items, even though we brought our own, it was a good thing to know for others.
