the apartment is close to the station and everything else in town too. There is a supermarket a few minutes away. We loved having a place to ourselves with all the amenities of home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yoji Studio! Amy and the host were incredibly helpful and provided us with amazing recommendations. We stayed whilst we were snowboarding, the accommodation has the added bonus of 20% off the snow rental shop on the slopes! The place felt just like home, so close to all amenities and plentiful space, utensils in the little kitchenette. Coffee machine was great too! Lovely comfy king sized bed to rest in after a long day on the slopes! There is a washer dryer to use with complimentary detergent, also shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom! Smart TV and wifi for the nights we stayed in. Next door is the studio space with gym and yoga equipment; a stones throw away from a local (free) onsen to soak those aching muscles! All round great hosts, a great little spot, couldn’t be happier with the week we had staying here! Thank you so much for having us ☺️

We had a great stay at Omusubi. Ryuichi, as everyone else mentioned, is such a helpful and kind host who greeted us personally. He gave us great recommendations and is always responsive when we had questions. The place is a walk away from Cortina and a few mins drive from Norikura, so convenient for skiing. The whole unit is clean and spacious, and the heating is great! The only slightly downside is that the soundproofing isn’t so great, so you’d hear sounds from the next room and outside if there is significant noise. Thankfully the area doesn’t seem to be noisy so we weren’t too affected. Overall it is still an excellent option for the Hakuba area!

L’appartement était impeccable ! Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour être bien et il était très propre ! De belles balades à faire à proximité. Un parking privé. Vraiment top ! L’équipe et le couple de gérants sont très sympas ! Merci beaucoup et à bientôt

Greg's place was wonderful :) It is conveniently located near the train station, and the space is really spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

当日の午後に炭起こしと焚き火の準備を全部していただき大変助かりました。 部屋も広く綺麗で窓からの景色は写真よりもすごかったです。 周りも静かで非常に快適な時間を過ごせました。

同期との旅行で使用させて頂きました🙇 おしゃれな空間で落ち着いて利用することができまし。当日はとても寒かったのですが、室内は暖房が効いており暖かかったです！ 事前に丁寧にご説明頂いたので、迷うことなく利用する事ができたは助かりました．また、機会があれば利用させて頂きたいです。ありがとうございました！

今回も素晴らしい滞在でした！リピーターとして再訪しましたが、前回よりさらに工夫が凝らされた空間に感動しました。北欧調の落ち着いた雰囲気に加え、心地よいアロマの香りが漂い、リラックスできる部屋でした。 お部屋の作りも贅沢で実に快適です。特にキッチンは使い勝手がよく、料理をするのに必要なツールや、ワインを楽しむためのグラスやカトラリーなどがしっかり揃っており、滞在中の楽しみがさらに広がりました。 また、オーナー様のお人柄が素晴らしく、細やかな気遣いが随所に感じられました。ウェルカムホスピタリティも素晴らしく、温かく迎えていただき、まるで自宅のようにくつろぐことができました。さらに、オーナー様おすすめのお店のセレクションが非常に良く、軽井沢をよく知っている人でも参考にできるほど洗練されたガイドでした。 またぜひ次回もお邪魔したいと思います！素敵な空間とおもてなしを提供してくださり、ありがとうございました。

車ですぐのところにコンビニやスーパーがあるなど、立地がよく、景色も良かったです。ホストさんもすごく丁寧に対応してくださり、安心感がありました。 室内にはユーカリの草や様々なゲームがあるなど、快適な空間で、過ごしやすかったです。 仲間とスノボ旅行で参加したのですが、大変楽しく過ごせました。

The Octagon House was perfect! We were a group of 4 staying for a week to snowboard. The location is perfect for restaurants and bars in Echoland and is so close to Shuttle stops. Aishi and Risa were always very responsive to messages and exceptionally helpful. We shipped our gear from NRT direct to the house and Aishi and Risa were accommodating in the gear arriving a day early and even brought them inside the house for us! We recommend staying here highly! We will definitely book the Octagon House again in the future.

Francisco, great host, instructions are very clear, the property is located away from the highway, peaceful and quiet. Stayed in November 2024, falls season and the surrounding area beautiful with autumn foliage. the woods with nature.

全体的にとても素晴らしかったです。 常に掛け流しの内風呂、露天風呂は今回宿泊した3人ではもったいないと感じるくらい贅沢でくつろげました。 リビングのスペース、ソファなど、写真の方が大きく見えるとかではなく、むしろ実際の方が大きく感じました。 ソファは6人くらいはゆったり座れると思います。 暖炉も大きくて暖かく、火を見ているだけで癒され、ピザ窯での出来立てピザ、バーベキューも堪能できました。 今度は、姉家族も連れて再訪したいと思います。

毎年泊まりたくなるお宿です！ スノボ旅行の際に4年連続で利用させていただいています。 毎年6〜8人で利用させていただくのですが、広々とした施設で快適に過ごすことができています。 また、地元のお菓子や飲み物のご用意や直筆のウェルカムレターなど、心温まるご配慮をいただき、ホスピタリティの高さに毎年感動させられています。 来年も利用させていただきます！

Takeo was very responsive and accommodating. There are clear instructions for everything and appreciate the diligence to respond to questions.

Perfect starting point for trekking to Happo-ike and Mount Karamatsu. Cozy room with peaceful and quiet surrounding. Pretty nice breakfast included. Though it was a short stay, we enjoyed it a lot.

I could not recommend Villa Monochrome enough! Yasue was so helpful the whole time of our stay, she picked us up and dropped us off at the bus terminal for arrival and departure and even drove us to get groceries. She was helpful during our stay and really made us feel at home. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped and the location is fantastic for snowsports at Happo One. Will definitely be staying again! Special mention for the Kotatsu (heated) table. That was such a lovely treat after a day on the mountain. 10/10 for Villa Monochrome.

I can’t hype this place up enough. Perfect homey hideaway, right next to sakka slopes!! After a recommendation of rental gear (5 minutes away) we just needed to gear up and cross the road to the ski lifts. Its such a flex to be able to just walk back across the road to a warm and homey villa. We can’t thank Yasue and her partner enough. We will be back!! Would love to hike this area in spring. It was purely magical in winter, and was lucky enough to see some snow monkeys too!! We loved Hakuba. Hopefully we can come when there are less tourists as they can be quite disrespectful. We hope we have made a good impression for you!! Thank you very much and can’t wait to be back!!
