Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Tim’s place (Rio Bajo) was very delightful! We enjoyed sun bathing by the river, watching Tim’s bird feeder attract many cardinals and all sorts of beautiful birds, hot tub time, star glazing and so much more! Thank you Tim for sharing your beautiful place with us!🙂

My husband, teenage son and I enjoyed Paula’s adorable place for our relaxing weekend while celebrating my birthday. The home was so cozy, smelled good when we walked in, beds were squeaky but super comfortable! The couch was comfy, dinner table was perfect for enjoying family meals and playing card games at night,. The kitchen had 2 trash cans which was so nice when cooking and cleaning. Paula was super sweet and left welcoming notes for us and many helpful suggestions. The weather in December was perfect for hiking the trails at Lost Maples State Park, only 30 minutes from the house where we were able to see all of natures beautiful fall colors, trickling springs, spectacular views of the valley and monkey rock! We were able to walk across the street from the home and relax by the river, drove a couple times to Ingram grocery store for some amazing fresh cut steaks and chicken! We would definitely love to come back again! Well worth it!

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything was as described and super clean upon arrival. Kayla was quick to respond to any question we had. The home was perfect and we felt right at home. If you want a peaceful get away, you will not be disappointed! We definitely plan to come back for another stay.

We had a great stay! I’d say the place was nicer in person than the pictures and very clean! The stream in the back was smaller than I expected we didn’t spend much time there but the blue hole was very beautiful.

We were a group of six ladies friends in our 60s and 70s. We hiked lost Maples State Park on Friday and Saturday. Everyone slept well uncomfortable beds. It is very peaceful and quiet there, but had all of the items that we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!!!

We had an amazing trip! Loved the house and the river was great. Swam, snorkeled, kayaked and fished. Wish we could’ve stayed long than the week we were there. Will be coming back. Kelly and Aaron were great hosts.

This place was so amazing! I loved the house, the river in the back was great for fishing and swimming, but the blue hole was breathtaking! Locals were very friendly at the blue hole met lots of great people We did have to drive to Uvalde to buy soap, shampoo and conditioner but that’s ok
