This place is absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t be better—tons of fantastic places to eat just around the corner, and the market is only a block away. The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers incredible value for the price. It’s perfect for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great experience. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

True gem of a place to stay in if you visiting Puerto Vallarta. You have gorgeous views of the ocean from all three bedrooms! This home has it all. It made our stay very special! Our stay at Nikolai's place was fantastic! Great location- walkable to the city center, but quiet enough at night. There was plenty of space in all the bedrooms and everything was very clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow wow wow! Merci à Jeff et sa conjointe pour la merveilleuse semaine. Dès la première journée nous étions à l’aise. Une famille de 4 avec 2 grands-parents. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et y étaient dès 7:30 et ils aimaient leur lit double superposé. La cuisine était bien équipée. La maison était isolée et tranquille. Nous recommandons de louer un kart de golf puisqu’elle est située en montagne. Sayulita était parfaite avec sa plage, ses bons restaurants et elle était sécuritaire. Nous y retournerons c’est certain!

I stayed for 9 days and loved it. It was great to get picked up at the chaotic PVR airport! It was bigger both inside and out than the pictures showed. I really enjoyed the gazebo in the garden especially in the afternoon when it was too windy to be at the beach. I also liked my morning coffee and breakfast there as well. Very peaceful! The kitchen has pretty much everything you need although I didn't do much cooking. The knives aren't great but I still sliced up my fresh fruit in the morning with no issues. I'm guessing most people would be fine with what's there. I'm just fussy. It seems like everywhere in Bucerias is under construction but there was only one small project at the end of the block I could occasionally and barely hear, so no big deal. As people have mentioned it's a very good location, close enough to everything. Yes there is a 1 block hill to the beach but that just makes the beer taste that much better when you get back. I would definitely come back!

La estancia fue simplemente excelente. El lugar estaba impecable y muy bien equipado. La comodidad y tranquilidad de las habitaciones acorde a la decoración en la casa y el ambiente tranquilo que permitía relajarse por completo. Definitivamente, una experiencia que superó mis expectativas y que recomiendo ampliamente. Solo, la zona para entrar a la playa estaba un poco retirada, para poder llegar caminando mas si vas con personas mayores, pero se resuelve llegando en coche a 2 minutos y tiene lugar para dejarlo. Volvería sin problemas. Gracias!

Location, location, location. The studio is in the heart of Puerto Vallarta downtown, 5 minute walk to the Malecon. Clean and comfortable bed. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs because the noise of the city will be heard. Buses, people walking by and talking, and just life in the city. If you do not mind the noise, it is very convenient if you like to be in the center of the action. Casa Ley supermarket is 2 small blocks away. Mery is very sweet and helpful. She communicates and responds quickly. She was willing to leave our luggage for about 4 hours after we checked out. Thanks for everything.

Eunice was super friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do during our stay at Puerto Vallarta. The place was spacious, clean, and very conveniently close to everything. I would 1000% recommend if you are looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Just got back from staying 9 days here. Location is awesome - close enough to town but not too close. $7 Uber rides to get into town. Beautiful and private pool and beach area. Had one issue come up on our first day in which the Property Manager Nacho took care of immediately. Nacho also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and also lined up an in-house masseuse to come to the villa. The villa had plenty of room for the 5 adults and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils one would need. Some key things one may want to know: there is private washer and dryer but they are not located within the unit but within in the building. There is only one hair dryer in the unit. Beach towels are supplied. Our villa was cleaned twice in the 9 days we were there - toilet paper and towels were restocked at those times but if more is needed you would need to supply. We will definitely be back! Host very responsive and even checked in with me during our stay. Thank you!

totalmente recomendable la atención y disposición de alex de lo mejor, me salió de emergencia un viaje de negocios y alex en todo momento me ayudo con la estancia en su alojamiento en el mismo mismo día horas antes, sin duda regresaré. muchos puestos de comida y cena, para desayunar por las mañanas el mercado cruzando la avenida.

We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. It is a very nice apartment in a quiet residential area facing the mountains. Host was excellent in responding to any inquiries or any issues. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped enough for cooking some light meals at home. There were enough dishes and cutlery for 4 people. The two balconies were great as you could take your pick from a full sun to some shade at different times of the day. Because we had a long stay we were offered a weekly cleaning service with fresh sheets and towels. The wifi worked great and there was always hot water in the shower. The rooftop patio with the grill was an added bonus. There is a fresh fruit and vegetable market plus fish and meats a couple of blocks away. There is a great seafood restaurant nearby. Every Friday, there is a market by the ballpark with many items for sale. We found that it took about 15 minutes to walk to the Malecon.

We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. There were some great local restaurants just down the street. The pool was nice to cool down in the afternoon. It was an easy place to settle into. Peter was great and very helpful.

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

Loved the unit. Normally I go for a higher level with an ocean view but I have got to say it was absolute perfection to stay on the ground level. Super easy access to pools and palapa and no need to negotiate elevators if we needed to pop into the unit. Comfortable beds, a lovely ground floor garden view, plus we really enjoyed the large patio. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We had a great stay at 171 harbour ! We stayed at a different unit last year & I preferred the 4th floor as I don’t enjoy the higher balcony’s ! Spacious balcony we were able to enjoy for meals ! Great layout ! The kitchen is good but tight, not much room to prepare or store food but we made it work 👍 amazing beach views as always 🐋❤️ we would definitely book again !! Miss you already PV xo

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay at Todd's place! Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we used it every day and barely felt the need to hit the beach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a walkable area filled with fantastic restaurants and galleries. Despite being on the second floor and surrounded by the buzz of 24/7 parties, the condo was impressively quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again!

Place was exactly as described in ad. Ozkan was very committed to us throughout our stay and offered any assistance we needed. It is located in the heart of the night scene, so walking everywhere was a breeze. Kitchen well equipped if you want to prepare something, but many restaurants close by if you don’t. Property is pristine clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Our stay in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fabulous. The place is just as described and was very comfortable. The pool and beach access were perfect for our family vacation. It was easy to get to town by bus or taxi/uber. We had breakfast every morning at the restaurant in the condo poolside which was great. Really we just hope to go back soon. Peter was an amazing host. From the moment I inquired about his place, he was extremely responsive usually within minutes. We had a couple of minor issues and Peter went above and beyond to resolve the issues. The place was exactly as pictured and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
