Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

We loved our stay here. What a great location, within walking distance to so many great eateries, the Malecón, and Los Muertos beach. Jorge’s place was perfect for exploring the Old Town. We liked how spacious the apartment is, with a very comfy bed in the master bedroom.

My time at Francisco's place was quite good. Francisco helped with anything requested and was very quick to respond to queries or issues concerning the property. Like others noted, it is located on a steep hill, but this is great for exercise! The location is ideal if you want to walk to the Romantic zone or just around 5 de diciembre. Francisco's hospitality will make you want to return to Puerto Vallarta.

We absolutely loved staying here! Amazing room, the dipping pool and terrace were perfect and despite the building being fully booked, we always had the entire thing to ourselves! We loved using a door code instead of keys, it made it very easy to come and go without panicking about losing keys during a fun night out or beach adventure. It felt extremely safe and homey. It’s loud at night with the clubs below, but come prepared with earplugs and you will be just fine! We made friends with the bouncers here, very nice and fun people. The location is supreme- close to a lot of fun restaurants and food carts for locals and tourists alike. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and also conveniently close to the main bus lines (we recommend bussing to Boca de tomatlan and hiking to las animas beach and taking a water taxi back, we did this twice it was so fun! ) Overall a great stay, we will definitely be back one day! Book this spot and you won’t regret it!!

Travelled to PV with a large group for a birthday celebration. Opted for Gabriella’s place for the location and the units ability to accommodate 10+ guests comfortably. Great location, just a quick walk or Uber to Zona Romantica. Peaceful and quiet at night, spectacular view of the ocean, and plenty of space for a large group sharing one unit. We opted to book a private chef through the hosts recommendation, which was great. Definitely recommend that experience. Building staff is very polite and helpful. Overall, wonderful experience staying here.

Excellent location, simple apartment with all the amenities you need. Daniel was very responsive when we needed something. Two blocks away from the beach. Walking distance to the beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Apartment is adjacent to a busy street so you hear a little bit of traffic noise.

El lugar es muy agradable, tal como en las foto. Todo queda a unas cuadras caminando, incluyendo la playa. El anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente.

Wonderful neighbourhood with kids down the street, dogs and roosters. Easy walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Spacious and clean. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

Loved the building. Beautiful condo space with an excellent balcony and view. Appliances and showers were great. The rooftop pool and food was phenomenal. Easy to navigate the Zona Romántica area and a quick place to get to and from.

This was my first visit to Puerto Vallarta and Casa Valentina was fabulous ✨ I highly recommend it for anyone planning their next vacation to PV.

Un buen lugar para llegar a Puerto Vallarta. Zona tranquila. Caminas y muy cerca está el centro y además encuentras todo muy fácil. Luis siempre fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de que llegara a la ubicación de manera fácil. Muy buen anfitrión De igual manera la chica de limpieza siempre fue muy amable. Gracias Luis, sin duda recomendable este lugar. Espero regresar pronto.

We were 4 adults staying in apartment D2. The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! We were surprised how big the condo was, the bedrooms were huge, bathroom was roomy (excellent shower), and lots of room to cook, eat and relax. With 4 adults we never felt on top of each other. The condo and entire complex was spotless including the pool area. We loved to loungers with lots of shade, the pool table and the hot tub. We cooked a few meals on the huge Weber BBQ by the pool. We walked to a few local restaurants and the Oxxo convenience store easily and caught Ubers just outside the gate for farther trips. Overall the condo was above what we expected. We would recommend to anyone. Great value for the money.

Thanks for a great month in PV! As you know we had some troubles with the hot water but your wonderful VERY helpful manager, Omar, always took our calls and assured us that won't be a problem in the future. Of course its no secret that getting to the apartment is a bit of a hike but we got used to it and didn't have to feel guilty about not exercising! The apartment is spacious and simple but very functional. We cooked quite a bit at home and were happy with supplied pots/pans/dishes. The deck is huge with a comfy hammock and even with some wires in the way the view is beautiful. We brought binoculars and saw quite a few whales frolicking in the bay. There is a street light I found annoyingly bright at night and I would love to see the addition of a sun umbrella which could provide some shade in the afternoon and block that light at night. There is a sweet neighbor, Senor Emilio, and he often sits outside on his chair and cheerfully greets you on the way up & down. Happy friendly people, that's Mexico life!

We loved our week at Patricia’s place. Everything is exactly as described! I can’t say enough good things, there are so many pools- the roof top was also open during our stay and the staff working in the building are also excellent. There are so many places close by to walk including a grocery store, coffee shop (Ola Cafe), about a 30ish minute walk to the Malecon or a cheap Uber. Some of our favourite places to eat nearby were Tuk Tuk’s, Trattoria Ciento Once, and El Punto Del Taco. We will definitely be back!

My stay at this air BNB was great! Lovely to come home after a long hot day outside into a relaxing spacious and air conditioned apartment. Ayman was very flexible with check ins and letting me stay another 3 days. Good location and on the first floor so you don’t need to haul your suitcase up and down.

On débute par un grand merci à Sandra. Très disponible et son appartement a contribué à un séjour mémorable à Puerto Vallarta. Ce dernier est à proximité du Chedraui (supermarché ) , de la plage, du Walmart, Sam's club, casino . La surprise presqu'à chaque matin d'apercevoir un bateau de croisière. Appartement très éclairé grâce à sa grande fenêtre patio. On le recommande sans faute.

Our stay was great. Location is central to amenities. Felt very safe. The security personnel was extremely helpful in anything we want to know about PV . Their communication in English was good. The cleaning staff was amazing. Very clean building. We would stay there again. Thanks for a great winter vacation.

What a wonderful and tranquil place to stay in PV. Large condo unit felt especially spacious with the high ceilings. The pools and hottub as well as the rooftop bar were perfect amenities that made us feel like we were at a resort. Walkable to great restaurants in Zona Romantica and Old Town. The place is equipped with all cooking needs as well.

I am not one to write reviews for anything but I just had to after staying at Jame's 2 bedroom condo! Even though I gave the stay 5 stars and it was; that is only if you are not into a pool scene. There isn't one. There is a cute small pool that we used twice. Location - Its basically just outside the heart of the Romantic Zone...5 minute walk to my favorite bar, Margarita Grill and another few minutes until you hit the beach. And everything is basically a 10 - 15 minute walk from there. Now to the how great this condo is! You are on the top floor (4th) facing west looking at the city. One of my biggest fears when I rent an Airbnb is how is the bed! And this condo has one of the best/firm beds I have ever slept on! 2 full baths and 1/2 bath! There are individual built into the wall A/C units that worked great. Only used the one in the bedroom at night. The condo is just like the pictures!

We had a wonderful time. Miguel was a great host! Very responsive to small issues that inevitability will arise for extensive stays. He is very personable! The pictures represented the condo well.
