Jose and Mona are fabulous hosts!!❤️We felt safe and welcome the second we met them. They gave us lots of advice on what to do and where to eat. They went above and beyond to accommodate our wants and needs. They were very accessible and were willing to engage with guests at the level the guest prefers. We loved chatting with them and look forward to more stays in the future. The home is so charming and authentic. It’s in a perfect area very walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores etc.

Ernesto has a great location in Nuevo. As a female traveller I was super blessed to be connected with Isabella and Erneato. I would most definitely return and stay with them again. thanks

The property is absolutely stunning, clean, and is readily equipped with anything you’d ever need for a medium to large group. It is very centrally located, in a safe area with lots of shops and restaurants around. Though we didn’t run into any issues, the hosts were readily available to address any questions or concerns and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Corona Adobe was just what we needed. The cobblestone streets and the tastefully decorated rental in the El Centro served our family of 5 adults. The open air home is warm during the day but the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The dipping pool is refreshing. The views are spectacular. Fabi's food was simply delicious. Tomas helped us arrive and depart safely & easily. He explained things that needed explaining and worked with us to resolve our concerns. The street tacos next door were a highlight for our family. This vacation was a cultural experience and we loved it.

Juan was a great host. I was traveling alone and he was super helpful. I was a little scared at first as it seemed a little away from the main touristy area. Juan Jose was very professional, his communication was outstanding, he gave me clear instructions on what to do at the airport, how much taxi services cost, what i needed to do if i wanted to call an uber, alternatively he could come pick me up. I asked him to come pick me up as it was the same price. Juan gave me great advice on the main places to visit as well as gave me a free mini tour of his beautiful town. I didn't have a iPhone charger he gave me his. He lives with his wife and child, this was a very safe experience, I felt safe staying at their place. The place was quiet, clean, huge shower room, it is actually nicer than in the photos. Very pleased. I highly recommend his place to anyone traveling, wanting a more affordable stay. Thank you Juan!

Sofia made me feel right at home in puerta vallarta! This home matched the description and pictures accurately! She was so friendly, clean, and made the home so comfy! Definitely will consider coming back(: Thank you Sofia and her dog is so sweet lolla<3

We are almost afraid to tell you how great this place is- from the gorgeous house to the SUPER husband and wife team hosts (who offered the best suggestions for restaurants and day trips to San Sebastián etc.) to the location- because when we return we’d like it to be available; but, we have to be fair to Silvia and Humberto who are super great, there when you need them and not if you don’t, and to the house which is unbelievably modern and beautiful, open, airy, with a wonderful pool...our room’s terrace was over it with a beautiful view...I could go on, but then you’d be booking it when we want it! We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and hosts, gracias mil Silvia y Humberto- we will return to stay with you/ LUCY and Hilton.

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

El Condominio increíble, en excelente condiciones, los colchones de muy buena calidad, el Departamento fue excelente, de acuerdo a la descripción, las albercas excelentes así como las amenidades, la playa muy bonita cerca de muy buenos restaurantes, la pasamos increíble. Beautiful stay in this penthouse unit of Villa Magna condos. Views from the balcony and beach location was exquisite. The condo itself was so well stocked- plenty of linens, kitchen ready to cook and beach items. Host was amazing and quick to answer any questions! 10/10

Really enjoyed the location. Lots of room for us. Nice to have a full bathroom with every room. Host was fast to respond and send someone for two quick fixes. Would come again.

We stayed in the Cortez suite for 4 nights, there were four of us in the room and it was more than enough space. The hotel is charming & beautiful. The host is completely lovely and helpful. You will not regret booking here, we had the best time. I would absolutely re-book here without hesitation!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for one week in August and had such a great time. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony every day with the beautiful ocean view. It has very easy beach access. Walk right out the back of the building and you’re steps away from Mantamar, green chairs, and blue chairs. It’s also only a few blocks from the heart of ZR with all of the restaurants and bars. Not many people were staying in the building when we were there. We had the pool to ourselves all week. There is some noise from Mantamar during the day and the rooftop club next door at night, but it didn’t really bother us. This was a perfect spot for an introvert/extrovert couple. My husband enjoyed being right in the heart of all the action, and I enjoyed a as much of that as I wanted and then escaped to the peace and quiet of the this beautiful condo, the pool, and the beach.

Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, cuentan con mascotas que son muy dóciles y conviven muy bien con la gente. Un hostal cómodo, la cocina es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario para cocinar algo sencillo, en los alrededores hay súper y tiendita para lo que necesites.

Lauri was responsive and can be easily contacted if any questions arise. Check in went smoothly, Lauri met with me in the lobby and had the amazing staff explain all rules and regulations; including the amenities that I can access while staying there. The unit; mind boggling, looks so amazing, luxurious; and Lauri was right, you don’t have to bring anything just your personal items. They provided amenities ranging from towels, beach towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, even a sun hat you name it they got it. Their Roof Garden/Pool has an incredible view of the area, it is absolutely mind blowing. The area itself is perfect as it is surrounded by restaurants, shops, markets, and of course the beach which was 2 blocks away. But don’t just take my word for it, you should see it. Thank you to Lauri and Roland for an amazing stay. Looking forward for my next stay there! ❤️

Nice pool, friendly hosts, a lot of places to eat nearby, the beach is just 1 or 2 minutes from walking distance. Very much worth your money. Bring yourself a beach umbrella, you will want to use one when at the rooftop, and also at the beach. Other hotels charge you insane rates because of location or amenities offered, but Villa Mercedes is better located than many other popular places like PiñataPV or Posada de Roger, while being cheaper. I felt like the owners here are honest people, not trying to take advantage of tourists. Just give it a try, I did.

Mi tiempo en la casa de con Guillermo y Verónica fue muy especial. Como ya han mencionado muchos críticos anteriores, le tratan como familia. La ubicación es fantástica, especialmente si eres estudiante a The Spanish Experience Center. Verónica prepara el desayuno durante los días de semana y siempre es delicioso. Durante mi estancia, conocí y pasé tiempo con otros viajeros que se estaba quedando allí y eso me hizo muy feliz. Guillermo y Verónica me hablaron en español y eso fue útil para mi práctica del idioma. Como ya he mencionado, sí, hay mucho ruido de la calle, pero es menos durante la noche y el ventilador ayuda a cubrirlo. Dormí sin problemas. La habitación ofrece lo básico y le vendría bien una renovación. Así que, si necesita más, puede que este no sea el lugar para usted. En general, disfruté mucho de mi estancia y sin duda me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

This beautiful riverside boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, with everything you need close by. The staff was amazing—so helpful and personable, making my stay extra special. I loved starting my mornings with yoga in the courtyard next to the river—it was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were not only beautiful but also very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

absolutely amazing hosts! very accommodating, helpful, friendly and funny. took me on a tour of the neighborhood and gave me the best local taco spot, even let me stay past check out so I didn't have to wander while I waited for my flight to come in! 10/10 would stay again

I really enjoyed staying at Guillermo and Veronica's place for a few days. They were very hospitable. I really appreciated the lovely breakfasts they prepared - different every day. I happened to be there for New Year's Eve, and they invited all of us guests to join them for a New Year's dinner. With family, friends and guests there were over 20 people for dinner, and it was delicious. We then watched the fireworks together from the roof - Guillermo and his family's hospitality went above and beyond. The property itself is older, however they have made very nice improvements with electric door locks, A/C in the rooms, and flat screen TV's. My room was basic but very comfortable. I was very impressed with the hot water and water pressure (very good for Mexico). The street outside is very busy and can be noisy, but that's par for the course in Puerto Vallarta (earplugs helped me sleep like a baby). Overall I was very impressed and would be happy to go back.

Amazing place to stay if you want something affordable and to get to know people! I’m so glad I stayed here and it enhanced my pv experience!
