La casa di Federica si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere le spiagge che si trovano ad una decina di minuti a piedi. La casa è molto spaziosa e può accogliere comodamente fino a 10 persone. La casa è attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari e la biancheria fornita era addirittura imbustata e freca di lavanderia. lo spazio esterno ci ha consentito di trascorrere delle piacevoli serate. Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Il plus assoluto riscontrato per l'appartamento è stata la sua posizione. A due passi dalla spiaggia, con supermercato raggiungibile a piedi. Terrazza che da sul mare, dove mangiare e rilassarsi. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il corso principale di Porto Recanati. A meno che non si vogliano fare escursioni, ci si può scordare della macchina. Noemi ospite pronta, gentile, prodiga di consigli e sempre disponibile: si vede la sua esperienza in termini di ospitalità. Per me una "superhost"! La casa è "allestita" in modo completo: ho trovato tutto ciò che occorre per trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità. Un'esperienza decisamente positiva!

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und mit dem privaten Pool außergewöhnlich. Die Lage ist super zentral direkt in der Altstadt umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara war freundlich und unkompliziert, wir würden hier direkt wieder buchen.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

L'alloggio è esattamente come descritto e come in foto, pulito, provvisto di tutto il necessario, con parcheggi immediatamente davanti e un bel giardino privato. La spiaggia, la piscina e il bar ristorante sono vicinissimi e tutto il villaggio è molto curato. Molto consigliato!

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Dejligt ophold. Værterne var meget hjælpsomme. Kom med anbefalinger af ture og svarede meget hurtigt. Boligen var ældre dato, men fint fungerende. Dejligt aircondition. Dejlig stor pool med sol senge. Flot udsigt til vandet. Og kort gåtur til strand og by. Parkeringsbåsen er meget lille.

La casa è in un’ottima posizione fronte mare. Le due biciclette a disposizione, nuove e funzionanti, si sono rivelate molto utili. Ogni camera è dotata di tv e aria condizionata. Filippo è stato disponibile nel procurarci tempestivamente un asciugacapelli mancante. L’appartamento è nuovo e pulito. Bellissimo il terrazzo, curato e ben arredato.

L'host paride, persona squisita e affabile, ha fatto sentire i miei genitori proprietari. Un accoglienza favolosa con tanto di aperitivo Entrée.. Subito pronto a risolvere l'unico piccolo intoppo che è stato risolto in un ora scarsa avuto in una settimana, dove sono stati suoi ospiti. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere la spiggia a piedi, con il confort di poter posteggiare l'auto in garage, Il girdino per fare splendide cene all'aperto. Già non vedono l'ora di tornare.

Location, qualità dell’arredo, accoglienza, eccezionali. Ne è valsa la pena, molto caloroso e davvero delizioso come il nome l’appartamento.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento di Valentina per 4 notti; lo spazio è adattissimo a due persone che vogliono staccare la testa e godersi il mare in tranquillità. Il mare è molto vicino (sia spiaggia libera che stabilimento balneare) e raggiungibile a piedi. Comoda la posizione della località Ponte Nina che si trova a metà tra due paesi forniti dei servizi necessari. La host Valentina, super disponibile e accogliente; durante il soggiorno purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un’emergenza (non inerente al alloggio) e Valentina si è mobilitata subito per risolvere l’inconveniente. Uno di quei posti dove ci lasci il cuore. Speriamo di ritornare!

Siamo state benissimo, casa molto comoda, funzionale , molto pulita e accessoriata, vicinissima alla spiaggia. Il punto di forza dell’appartamento è anche il terrazzo vista mare!! Pace e tranquillità. Stefano disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente

Ottimo soggiorno! Anna è stata un Host molto attenta e scrupolosa fin dalla prenotazione. Alloggio pulitissimo. Ottima posizione, si trova davanti al mare e dotato di parcheggio interno. Zona tranquilla, consigliato per famiglie.

Domiziana's place is a welcome respite if you have been dealing with a lot of hustle and bustle. We were there in September, the offseason, and enjoyed the quiet. It's right on the ocean so you can hear the waves. (Note, as others have you are also beside railroad tracks. But we also agreed with others that you get used to the trains). There's plenty of room. The house is modern (maybe too modern for the 70-somethings we are as the electronic control system was a bit of a challenge). There is a wonderful cross breeze from front to back. The kitchen is one of the most fully outfitted I've run into with today's Airbnb's. All the tools, & condiments. It was a pleasure. One note for those who are of the more elderly persuasion. The stairs to get up and down from the bedrooms is a very steep, spiral staircase. If you have mobility issues, be advised THERE IS AN ELEVATOR. We only used it to get our suitcases up and down which was a blessing. If you love a seaside locale, this is great.
