Il loft di Adrian a Palermo è stato un vero colpo di fortuna! Prima di tutto, Adrian è una persona incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarti con qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il loft è splendido, curato nei minimi dettagli e con un’atmosfera accogliente. Una menzione speciale va al bagno: spazioso, moderno e davvero confortevole. La posizione è perfetta, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della subte, il che rende tutto facilmente raggiungibile. La casa è sia “spaziale” che spaziosa, con ampi spazi per rilassarsi e lavorare. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la gentilezza di Adrian: è davvero il valore aggiunto di questo posto. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

Ornela’s place is beautifully decorated and well located; there is a small cafe next to the apartment and not too far from neighbouring suburbs like Recoleta. It is pretty safe; I was walking around the neighbourhood early hours in the morning and no one was around. Amazing ambience and well-worth the money! I highly recommend staying here and visiting Buenos Aires.

Todo perfecto en el depto de Martin. Está en la mejor zona de Buenos Aires. El alojamiento está muy bien en general, bien equipado, y todo funciona perfecto. Para destacar la atención de Nicole que siempre estuvo atenta para responder rápidamente. Gracias!!

I spent 6 weeks working remotely from Pablo’s place. It was a perfect place for me. Fast internet for Zoom calls, plenty of space and light in the apartment, and tastefully furnished and decorated in a minimalist style. The private outdoor patio in the back was great for morning coffee and breakfasts (as well as for getting some sun in the afternoons). I had a couple friends visit and stay for a few days, so the second bedroom was nice to have. Pablo provided a cleaning service every 10 days to keep things clean. The location is amazing - tons of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, and bodegas just steps away. Cherry on top - Pablo is incredibly kind and responsive. He met me upon arrival and departure to ensure everything went smoothly and was quick to respond whenever I messaged him. Highly recommend Pablo’s place!

Hosts were very friendly and responsive when needed, the apartment was like in the photos and got every single thing you may need for you to use during your stay, would recommend this place 100%, great location!

C’est un immeuble ancien, situé dans le centre historique, à distance à pied des principaux points d’intérêt. L’appartement est joliment décoré et confortable, la climatisation efficace. Il y a une lavanderia, une salle de gym et une piscine dans l’immeuble. Ça a donc été un très bon séjour, je recommande.

Excellent apt in Palermo Hollywood. Nice and quiet block but still quite close to the hustle and bustle--restaurants, nightlife, & public transit. The Palermo Sube stop was closed for construction while I was there, but the stops before/after are still easily walkable. Great building with a gate & security at the front desk 24/7, accessing for the first time was easy and after they know you, it's quick in and out. Didn't use pools or the laundry facilities, but the host provided towels and laundry tokens if you need (just need to buy soap). Pedro and Rodrigo were very responsive when I had an issue with the A/C, which was working overtime for an intense heat wave. They got the issue addressed the next day, and completely replaced both units after another day (and they sent me a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, which was unnecessary but much appreciated). My point is they are absolutely dedicated to making sure you have the best experience possible in their apt. Highly recommend!

Tudo ótimo! O quarto é maravilhoso, cama muito gostosa, a banheira ótima! Tudo conforme as descrições do anúncio, ótima localização, bem segura e linda, a anfitriã muito gentil e querida. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes! Recomendo muito a quem deseja ter um experiência maravilhosa em Buenos Aires!

Apartment was centrally located in Palermo. Cafe, corner store, and tons of resteraunts all around. The apartment was very clean and quite large with a loft style layout. She had everything you needed to cook a home meal and adapters for charging your electronics. Balcony had a nice little set up for enjoying coffee while watching the sunrise. There was a sauna which worked perfectly. The gym was a bit small and without very many weights, it also required a reservation with one person allowed in at a time, possible carryover from Covid. The pool and hot tub were not open while we were there. not sure if there was maintenance going on but I would message host before to verify. Overall the stay was great and we really enjoyed Buenos Aires and all it had to offer.

Un lugar lindo, moderno, limpio y con una vista hermosa a los árboles que tiene el terreno. La zona en la que está ubicada es súper cómoda con muchos cafés y restaurantes. Súper recomendado el lugar. Además que la anfitriona súper amable y atenta a nosotros :) muchas gracias!

Our hosts were very helpful and easy to work with on check-in and check-out times. Great place to stay and enjoy Palermo! Clean and peaceful spot, and amazing location for anything you want to do and see in Buenos Aires.

Un plaisir de passer un mois entier dans cet endroit splendide. Le quartier est super, les prestations de l'appartement sont top et Gustavo est le plus charmant des hôtes. J'espère pouvoir retourner passer du temps au même endroit. Parfait pour un séjour court ou long, vous allez adorer !

Excelente depa y excelente atención, volveria mil veces, muy buena ubicación y buen anfitrión, respondia a la brevedad ante cualquier duda!

PROS: * Great location to shops, restaurants and parks. * In a kiosk not far away from the apartment you can find Sube bus card and even charge it so you can use public transportation. * 7th floor with a beautiful little balcony surrounded by trees. * The building is new and secured. * Juan was great letting us check in three hours a head of time. He was also flexible with the check out. * Juan is friendly and invited us to an argentinian assado with his friends for the new year. Amazing welcoming. * The apartment was spacious and comfortable with cute little features. * Endless hot water in the shower. * The neighbors were quiet and friendly. CONS: * There is a noisy train passing relatively frequent. * The kitchen is not suitable for cooking anything above a simple pasta and a toast. * We weren't provided with enough TP or dishwashing liquid for our 12 days stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant and worth the money.

Definitivamente volvería! Claudia es una gran host y el departamento es perfecto para estancias cortas o más largas. Hay privacidad y comodidad en un barrio bellísima de Buenos Aires.

Estuve 10 días en el dpto. Está exatamente como las fotos, todo muy nuevo, limpio y ordenado. La responsable siempre muy atenta y cariñosa. Te incluyen en un grupo de wpp para pasarte todas las infos y queda todo muy pratico. Responden rápido y siempre muy preocupadas con el bienestar. El dpto es bastante iluminado, el baño está nuevo y funciona súper bien. Está cerca de todo lo que san Telmo tiene de mejor y al mismo tiempo no se escucha nada de la calle. Gracias por todo! Seguro volveré!!

Loft tal cual en las fotos, muy bien ubicado para salir a caminar y conocer lugares turísticos. El personal del edificio es extremadamente agradable y atentos, lo cuál te hace sentir como en casa. 100% recomendado.

Ich kann die Wohnung von Belen nur empfehlen! Das Highlight ist der Balkon und die eigene große Dachterrasse. Ich habe in vielen Wohnungen in Buenos Aires gewohnt aber diese gehört zu meinen Favoriten!
