Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage mit Pool und direkt am Strand. Das war das Beste. Wie auch in den Feedbacks zuvor beschrieben, benötigt das Haus dringend eine Renovation, besonders die Badezimmer, sie sind nur noch gering funktional. Das Haus war aber trotzdem sehr sauber. Toll wäre auch ein Sonnenschirm um den Pool oder auch eventuell direkt am Strand. Das Team von Juma hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und uns Ausflüge oder einen Fahrdienst organisiert. Es hat auch viele Restaurants in Laufnähe am Strand, welche sehr gemütlich sind.

All hotel staff always very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to solve all our wishes and requirements quickly and willingly. Even cooking delicious meals. The accommodation has a great location, and a wonderful view of the ocean.

Beautiful and quiet place. The fridge could have been a bit better. In summary, we had a good time.

Amazing on all levels. Warmly recommended and I will stay here next time I’m in Zanzibar 🙏

Micaela’s house is beautiful facing a stunning beach. Chinga welcomed us and let us in earlier than expected, which was a huge relief. He was incredibly responsive and helpful - always popped round when we needed him. Asante Chinga! Halima cooked us a lovely breakfast. We also had a great massage. We enjoyed the Yoga Bar, Imani Beach Hotel breakfast and a couple of good dinners at Zan View. The house is stylish, the sand garden delightful and through the tiny gate you are already on the beautiful beach. Definitely recommend!

Patrick was the best host we had in Sansibar. A friend of mine and I are travelling the island and Patrick was very kind and helpful, he booked us a Safari. Thanks for that 🙏🏻 Its nice to talk with him and he also cooked rice and beans for us which was very tasty!! Definitely recommend to stay in this apartment. If youre staying in Kiwengwa, go and book this apartment! 👍🇹🇿🐘 Also he gave us his number, in case we need any help or other stuff. Thank You and best regards Kathi and Mailin

Помешкання знаходиться не далеко від пляжу(іти 2 хв ), є все необхідне для проживання та самостійного приготування їжі, також не далеко є пляж з багатьма кафе, рибний базар, магазини( 10 хв пішки). Господар любʼязний, готовий допомогти будь-чим і порадити куди сходити чи поїхати. Для проживання, особливо довгострокового рекомендую! Єдине що, не працював інтернет, але господар намагався виправити ситуацію

Wir sind in der Unterkunft sehr herzlich vom gesamten Team empfangen worden. Said hatte den Transfer vom Airport gut und günstig für uns organisiert. Fitina & Juma & Basibwa waren äußerst zuvorkommend und haben Ausflüge (Bootstouren, Besichtigung eines Dorfes) als auch Einkäufe organisiert. Wunderbar! Wir haben Ihre Zuwendung und Ihre Verbindungen sehr genossen. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit sicher! Der süße Bungalow direkt am Strand ist schlicht und mit einfachen Mitteln ausgestattet. Die Küche ist im Außenbereich und weist alles Notwendige auf. In der Einfachheit liegt der Charme, die Nähe zum Meer, der große private Bereich lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Hier lebst Du mit den Gezeiten des Wassers und schwingst mit der Philosophie der Einheimischen… ohne Schnörkel aber mit viel Herz. Lasst Euch verwöhnen vom Meisterkoch Ali Baba oder Youssouf. Sie sind glücklich, wenn Ihr es seid. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Menschen, die die afrikanische Mentalität leben möchten: HAKUNA MATATA

Très jolie villa (encore plus belle que sur les photos !), bien équipée et paisible. Le personnel est aux petits soins et l’hôte réactive.

We had a wonderful time, the house is beautiful and Bakari and Vicki were on hand to help with anything. The house was very clean and Vicki did a great job leaving us lovely bed art. Would love to visit and stay again.

Our 2 families (10 persons) had a great time and stay in this house over Christmas. This house doesn't have any AC but the fans do a pretty good job. Nice deep pool which was of great use as the tide and seaweed has big influence on the beach just outside . Along the shore there are couple of cozy restaurants. Be caution and aware of palm trees with coconuts that can fall down from the neighbor plots. Housekeeper Hidaya was great and so friendly, she helped with cleaning and cooking.

Amazing all around! We stayed in 3 airbnbs in Zanzibar and this was probably my favorite (it was also the least expensive). The pool is huge and perfect at any time of day. Grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers and trees, and you feel perfectly safe with several night guards. The room itself had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, mosquito net, COLD AC (so nice after hot days). Lovely living room space to spread out and relax, as well as an outdoor private patio with another couch and table. Shower was nice and hot (the water gets extra hot so just be careful). Plus there are multiple spots in the common areas to lounge, including a gym, lounge with TV, reading nook with books, and an additional pool on the other property across the street. The propriety also has bicycles that you can use for free. We ate at the Italian restaurant in the other property and it was delicious! The surrounding neighborhood is also really cool to see locals going about their daily lives. There is a local restaurant nearby called Ommy’s that looked amazing and has very cheap local food if you want to try. Unfortunately we went too late in the day but we had several very positive interactions with Ommy and bought some produce from him at a very good price. All in all we absolutely loved our stay here and would 200% recommend it to anyone looking to relax in a very comfortable spot at a great value.

Overall, this place was fantastic. It’s a traditional Zanzibar design so it’s not a modern place, but exactly what we wanted. We were thrilled to be there with our large group of two families, including 5 children. Rasheed was excellent and accommodated all of our requests. Food, especially breakfast, was delicious. The beach outside the villa is pristine, with white sand beaches and a beautiful Indian Ocean right outside the doorstep. The private pool was incredible. The villa rental subsidizes the Tamani Foundation and its students, so staying here contributes to the education of local kids. Win win.

Très bon séjour chez Andrea. Personnel aux petits soins, restaurant très bon. Nous avons beaucoup vadrouiller durant notre séjour, mais quand nous étions chez notre hôte tout était très calme, propice à la détente. merci pour le surclassement 😉

Utupoa made me feel so at home, that I didn't want to leave at all :) I stayed for a week and felt so welcome. Joyce is an amazing, kind and very cool woman! With soo many interesting storys, I could listen to her for hours. But not only Joyce was great, her staff was lovely as well and helps with everything. The food is very delicious and freshly cooked. Utupoa is so, so beautiful with a fascinating garden and a huge mainhouse, with lots to see. I love, love, loved the view! The beach is great aswell and much quieter than other places, with viewer beachboys. Snorkeling is awesome with plenty of sealife to see. Mnemba Island is not far away and a must do for diving or snorkling - breathtakingly beautiful! I enjoyed the dinners with the other guests and Joyce, we had lots of fun. I met super cool people :). Utupoa is a home away from home with so much character, heart and sunshine. I would go back any time and hope I can one day. Asante sana Joyce!

Great value and super helpful hosts. The place is secluded with your own garden and two porches. The 24/7 Village Supermarket, Yako restaurant, exchange places etc. are only a 5 minute walk away. You can reach the beach within 8-12 minutes depending on which road you take (walk). There is also backup power for when there are power outages, so you can still work etc. All in all, a top-notch stay; highly recommended.

Love place, beach front, literally the beach seeps into your yard. Great food place right next to it a stone throw away. Friendly staff and extremely helpful host. Definitely going to come back.

The best vacation of our life thanks to this lovely home on the beach in Zanzibar. Lucrezia was a very responsive host. The house manager Mariam was outstanding at everything and keeping us comfortable, arranging taxis, arranging chef, being responsive with the house. Chef Omar was amazing.The tastiest meals were prepared with artistry, healthiness and freshness and tasted fantastic! We did yoga every morning at The Yoga Bar which is literally a 1 minute walk away from the Airbnb along the beach. We got to talk to many of the local village people who were kind. Shopping along the beach with local vendors is also a 2 min walk away on the beach. We rarely needed to leave the area. We did occasionally for excursions which were easy to coordinate with Mariam. But we always loved coming back to this Airbnb home as our home base. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful Zanzibar Tanzania memories at this relaxing beach home. We will be back!
