Nungwi : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

I recently stayed at this lovely villa in Nungwi and had a fantastic time. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It was perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring we had a great stay. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in Nungwi.

2 weeks in this house was really peaceful and nice. The general manager Mudy and also Anna were very proactive. The house is situated in a very quiet environment and we could walk 15 minutes to Kendwa beach. Otherwise we took moto taxis. I really recommand this place

A little slice of heaven! We had an amazing stay at Elisabetta’s house in early January. The house is right on the gorgeous beach and it looks even better in real life than the pictures. It is very tastefully decorated and has everything you may need during your stay. The bedrooms are large and the covered patio overlooking the beach is absolutely gorgeous. It was great having Abdul to ask for recommendations and Teresa was just the best with cleaning and making us feel right at home. The town of Kiwengwa is small so we booked a few day trips from here and explored the rest of the island. Elisabetta is a wonderful host, extremely friendly and always responsive. She helped make our holiday very comfortable. We will cherish the memories that we made at Casa Di Lilli and would absolutely recommend booking this beautiful house.

Vi trivdes så bra i denna villa! 4 fina sovrum med alla tillhörande badrum. två kök men vi använde bara utskicket. Stor kul och frys vilket uppskattades! Fantastisk pool och allt omhändertaget. Patrik och hans gäng tog väl hand om oss, fanns alltid i närheten men inte så att det var påträngande. Grusvägen dit var katastrof men kunde ändå köra med barnvagn på den. Stranden nådde man efter en promenad på 15 min. Finns inte jättemycket runt omkring men efter ett par dagar fann vi affär och sådant som behövdes. Patrik hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde. Vi bodde helt privat här och kände oss trygga. Eftersom vi reste med småbarn så saknade jag barnsäng och barnstol som är lätt att införskaffa så det är något som kanske kan åtgärdas. Bra AC i rummen och väldigt fin och omhändertagen trädgård.

Moudy ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Shuttle von und zur Fähre hatte er von sich aus organisiert. Vielen Dank Moudy! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet in einem großzügigen Garten mit viel Schatten. Es liegt im Dorf und nicht in einem abgetrennten Ressort, aber die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sicher. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber durch die offenen Fenster mit Moskitonetzen und die Ventilatoren, war es angenehm. Ein wunderschöner Ort, um Sansibar authentisch zu erleben!

Zusammen mit meiner Schwester habe ich das AirBnB von Birgitta besucht. Die Kommunikation war durchgehend super, bei Stromausfall (typisch für die Insel, bzw. großen Teilen Afrikas) war immer jemand erreichbar oder hat am nächsten Morgen nachgesehen ob wieder alles funktioniert. Das Air BnB liegt zentral in Nungwi zwischen Häusern der Einheimischen und innerhalb von 10-15 minuten zu Fuß ist man bereits am ersten Strand. Positiv für uns waren auf jeden Fall auch die Moskitonetze aus Metall an den Fenstern, sodass man die an den Betten garnicht brauchte :) Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

We loved our stay at Maia’s place in Kidoti! We spent our time lounging in the perfect outdoor spaces— enjoying the hammock, beautiful sitting areas, and poolside chairs, walking along the rocky shore at low tide, and eating al fresco under the stars. This is an ideal spot for a peaceful vacation!

Die schönste Unterkunft auf Sansibar, ausschließlich super nettes Personal, das Zimmer und der Pool waren perfekt sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir würden jedem empfehlen, hier hin zu kommen und kehren auf jeden Fall zurück! ❤️

Ottima vista, alloggio bello e nuovo, spazi esterni sull’oceano. L’unica pecca è che la location è in mezzo al nulla, ove non esistono nemmeno i servizi minimi. Comunque noi siamo stati molto bene

Excellent acceuil de Liza & Nialam, qui gèrent l'hôtel. Très chaleureux & aux petits soins pour nous pendant ces 2 semaines. Logement fonctionnel et très agréable. Climatisation apprécié dans la chambre. Une forte odeur à notre arrivée provenant du bac d'évaporation du réfrigérateur. Problème rapidement résolu à notre demande par Liza et Nialam. Matelas très très dure. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque et très bon, boisson, fruits frais, jus de fruits, omelette pains et crêpes. Nous avons manger plusieurs fois au pontil, bon & tarif correcte ainsi qu'à once again fast-food, restaurant local très abordable. Nous avons péché & nagé depuis la plage mais la barrière reste très loin du bord de plage & inaccessible même à marée basse. Nous avons fait plusieurs plongée sous marine avec ONE OCEAN recommandé par l'hôte & s'était vraiment top! Prise en charge & Professionnalisme+++ . Au calme. Terrasse couverte & ombragée très appréciée. 1 super séjour. Merci à cette belle Équipe

Ci è piaciuta la casa in quanto corrispondeva a ciò ci aspettavamo e spaziosa. anche la posizione è buona sia per il mare che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi che per i vari negozi presenti in zona. Saldi è stato sempre molto disponibile su qualsiasi tipo di suggerimento e/o richiesta. abbiamo avuto un soggiorno piacevole nella casa.

Love place, beach front, literally the beach seeps into your yard. Great food place right next to it a stone throw away. Friendly staff and extremely helpful host. Definitely going to come back.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Sonia. Les chambres étaient très propre et l’aménagement était fait avec beaucoup de goût. Sonia était à notre écoute pour toutes nos questions. Le logement est à 2 pas de la plage et la piscine privative est très agréable dans un lieu très apaisant. La possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner tout les matin était un vrai confort pour nous. La situation géographique nous a permis de facilement avoir accès à différents points de l’île sans devoir rouler plus de 2 heures. Nous recommandons à 100% ce beau lieu. Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

i love Khamis's place a lot! it was huge, there's coffee machine also. The place was in the centre of Zanzibar city. there's a restaurant downstair and I think the food is nice! I love how you can also go upstair to the roof to chill and enjoy the view of zanzibar city. The person in charge, Mansoor waited for us at 1am because our flight touched down at 12am. Mansoor was kind and friendly. He showed us around the house as well. Anyway thank you for the nice stay!

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

The dream village porte bien son nom. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable, dans un cadre paisible et idyllique. L’hôte et son personnel étaient d’une gentillesse, d’une serviabilité et d’une hospitalité sans nom. Merci à vous d’avoir rendu ce voyage exceptionnel ! 🙏

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looks much bigger in real life than in the pictures. It’s right next to the beach, making it easy to go for long walks along the shore. There are also many local restaurants nearby. I want to thank Grace ❤️ and the security gentleman for their help and kindness—they truly made my stay special!

Simone is an amazing host, very friendly, go out of his way to assist and make you feel very informed and very welcome. The house is on an amazing location right on the beach with immaculate views. The staff are all very friendly and we had an amazing stay. Will come back for family holidays here and definitely recommend to anyone going to Zanzibar.
