Een prachtig ruim appartement aan de Spree. Met onze volwassen kinderen en hun partners een prima verblijf gehad. De ruimte gaf zowel gezelligheid als privacy voor iedereen. Leuke restaurants op loopafstand. Centrum is op 15 tot 20 minuten met de metro.

Die Wohnung war sogar schöner als erwartet und Veit ist ein hilfsbereiter und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt!

Wir haben einen Mitarbeiter bei Andrijan untergebracht. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und immer proaktiv. Gerne wieder!

We loved staying at Kent’s place. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed, especially the espresso machine. He gave us a great recommendation for a local coffee shop and we bought our beans from there. Great restaurants, organic markets and local quick shops were always a stone’s throw away. The projector in the living room made for great movie nights and the vibe was just spot on. Quiet building as well. It really felt like a home away from home. We would stay there again.

Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es war alles da was man brauchte. Die idyllische Lage direkt am See hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir konnten uns super entspannen. Ein perfekter Ort zum herunterkommen und erholen.

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und die Lage absolut perfekt. Charlottenburg ist sicher eine der besten Locations in Berlin, gute Restaurants mit Scooter erreichbar, meine Tango Events waren in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Caner was a great host and made me feel right at home - The apartment is a perfect location centrally located in Berlin, walking distance from all great sightseeing and nightlife. This is a great place to stay for those seeking beautiful surroundings and the tranquility of nature near an amazing lake where you can relax on the quite beaches and enjoy a swim etc. Property is perfectly located - clean and sufficiently well appointed with plenty of privacy and close to the lake. Nicole was a very responsive host. Would recommend a stay.

Axel is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The house itself was cozy and equipped with everything we needed and MORE. One of the highlights was the friendly squirrel that visited in the mornings, scratching at the window for the nuts Axel provided. Although it gets a bit chilly during that time of the year (November), it only made our evenings by the fireplace even cozier. I had an amazing time with my partner, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay away from the city.

Wir sind begeistert! Die Einrichtung war super schön, es war sauber und alles wichtige war da! Sogar an eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Gesellschaftsspiele wurde gedacht! Selbst mit 6 Personen und Kind war das Haus nicht zu klein und der große Garten war ebenfalls super Hundefreundlich! Unser persönliches Highlight war die kleine Sauna in der Dusche! Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hat uns wichtige Informationen per Chat mitgeteilt! Wir sind begeistert und wissen, dass wir auf jeden Fall öfter herkommen!

Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft in naturbelassener Umgebung! Wer die Natur liebt, kann hier herrlich entspannen und Energie auftanken. Absolute Empfehlung, meine Familie und ich haben es sehr genossen. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den See. Wir hatten Glück und es sind schon erste Zugvögel eingetroffen. Das Haus war sauber und wie beschrieben. Es wurde in einigen Räumen gerade neu gestrichen, weshalb es etwas nach Farbe gerochen hat. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. At first it was a little difficult to find the keys to get inside but eventually we did find them. The house is amazing. Has a large open area where our dog could roam around freely. The only disappointment was the ramp to the lake was not accessible but considering the cold weather it was ok. I still feel that’s the best part of the house with a wonderful view to the lake and should be repaired and made available again. We did not stay much at the house as we visited a few places around including a one hour drive to Berlin but the house is very clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt am Bindower Fließ und haben das Grundstück fast nur zum einkaufen verlassen. Der Gasgrill hat vor allem den Jungs große Freude bereitet. Ideal für gemütliche Sommerabende. Wir sind täglich gemeinsam gepaddelt - die Dahme-Landschaft ist wunderschön! Auf der parkähnlichen großen Wiese konnten wir super Federball spielen. Ein idealer Ort für unsere (inzwischen erwachsene) Familie um ein paar Tage auszuspannen und zusammen zu sein, mit gleichzeitig genug Raum um auch mal allein zu sein. Nicht zu vergessen: in Berlin ist man mit dem Auto in 45 Minuten- wir hatten auch einen sehr abwechslungsreichen Tag in Neukölln. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe mit Freunden und Familie ein sehr gemütliches Brettspiele-Geburtstags-Wochenende bei Barbara und Uwe verbracht. Wir haben die Großzügigkeit, den Garten und den direkten Seezugang sehr genossen. Gerne kommen wir jederzeit wieder, wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Nazanin ist eine sehr freundliche und offene Gastgeberin. Sie reagierte sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Unterkunft im 4. Stock ist sehr charmant und man hat seine Ruhe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I felt very well informed and cared for by Gerard, the check/in was great, and the apartment was perfect for what I needed. Although there are many steps to get up there, being at the top of the building means you have a clear sky and lots of light coming in. Very comfortable and clean as well!

Had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and has everything you need. It's in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, surrounded by lots of parks, great cafes, and charming shops. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und dennoch absolut ruhig, da diese sich im Hinterhof befindet. Außer Vogelgezwitscher hört man keine Geräusche und vergisst bisweilen, dass man inmitten einer Stadt ist. Der Blick auf den wunderschönen See ist einzigartig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und es ist alles da, was man für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt benötigt. Nicht zuletzt sind Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Wohnung zu hervorheben. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Björn ist ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in seiner Wohnung gefühlt.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. In der Naehe gibt es einen sehr schoenen See. Björn ist sehr nett, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, reagierte Björn sehr schnell. Meine Kinder und ich sjnd sehr zufrieden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich wohl. Viele große Fenster die man alle verdunkeln kann. Alles ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Rico ist super, da er alle Infos gibt und mit Bildern beschreibt.
