Fantastic home and some great help from Danuo and Praba who cooked some fantastic food and were always there to help and offer services and information . Praba was a great Caddy ! Overall a fantastic host, house helps and definitely recommend for families and friends coming to Victoria

Sudesh's place is a dream! Super quiet with sourrounding jackfruit and palm trees. His mother and wife were cooking amazing sri lankan lunch and dinner for only a few dollars extra. The including breakfast with different type of fruit and baverages was really good. Sudesh is also owener of a tuktuk pick up which is really helpful to get into town. This homestay is defenetly recommended and is one of the prettiest we stayed at.

We had a really good time at Sudesh‘s guesthouse. The room is charming and stands out with its woodwork and has an AC that makes sleeping in the room comfortable. What was outstanding was the great hospitality of Sudesh’s family. They are incredibly kind and made us feel like we were a part of the family. The food served was very good and the portions were huge. Breakfast was included in the price. We also recommend the cooking class they offer. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, as it’s residential. Only note that the last kilometre can only be done by tuk tuk as most cars can’t pass to the house. At the time we were there there were some ants around the guesthouse and a few found their way into the room. It didn’t bother us much though. We’d like to thank Sudesh and his family for making this a lovely stay for us!

This is a good place to stay in Haputale, the view is beautiful and the place is quiet despite the road nearby. The hosts are welcoming and kind, and they can help us planning your trip, they know well all the activities around ! We only stayed one night but would have stay more if we had the time. Unlike some comment I read the place is clean, nicely decorated, almost brand new. A good atmosphere emanates from the common room. I recommend

Ein fantastischer Gastgeber, ich wurde umsorgt und bedient wie eine Königin. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit aber trotzdem zurückhaltend! Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Mir wurde Tee und Kuchen und Snacks serviert und immer nachgefragt, ob ich etwas brauche oder ob ich Mittagessen oder Abendessen haben möchte. Alle Wünsche werden hier erfüllt, einen wunderbarer Ausflug in die Teeplantagen hat der Gastgeber für mich organisiert. An alles wurde gedacht, Picknick, Getränke und anschließend ein Mittagessen. Wenn ich einkaufen wollte, hat der Gastgeber mich begleitet und mir die besten Geschäfte gezeigt. Sogar als ich zum Arzt musste, hat er dafür gesorgt, dass alles reibungslos klappte. Und das alles zu einem sehr, sehr fairen Preis! Besser geht nicht, absolut empfehlenswert!!!!
