Cute place! The bed was comfortable which is always a plus. Troy does a great job of managing these condos as I have stayed in a few.

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

As with the previous times we have stayed in Troy's condos in this building, the place was comfy and conveniently located great, and the price is right. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The only small trouble was that the knives were very very dull--I wish we had brought our own. But we will come back again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was so cute, relaxing, well equipped and clean. The ocean view was great! Being able to open the balcony door and listen to the ocean as we relaxed on the couch was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable! Check in and out was so easy. Close to great restaurants. We definitely would recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable for my whole family.

This place is so cheap, it had everything you need. For you and your dogs, there was a closet just for animals, coffee for when you wake up, everything you need to cook. Everything was fancy and easy to use, it was like a hotel but way better. The host was so nice. And made sure I had everything I need it felt like home and more, It’s close to everything. And had the best week of my life. She had beach chairs blankets and other stuff that you would need to the beach, even toys for kids to play in the sand. !!!!!!! You just need to respect your neighbors, there is people that actually live around you so you can’t be loud. We had the cops called on us. But to be fair we were very loud and had music all the way up. Cops was so nice and just came to tell us to turn it down. And after that we just went to the casino and everything was fine. The host was so nice and made sure I had everything I need from the time I got in until I left. Thank you very much 🙏❤️🥰

We enjoyed the view very much. The rooms were separated with their own bathrooms. The small deck was nice as well. There was a lot of traffic at times but we expected that since the condo is directly across the street from Pirates Cove. The gorgeous view outweighed the traffic every time.

Great spot to park the car and enjoy the beach and village on foot for your whole trip. The unit is nicely updated, comfortable, and has all the amenities for a longer stay. We enjoyed the back patio in the afternoons with the breeze blowing over the creek. We were a bit disappointed that there isn't an ocean view, but I think that was our mistake for not reading the description close enough. The condo is right next to the beach access, restaurant, and general store.

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my birthday and it was such an adorable place to stay, and felt very homey! I loved the leather futon in the living room and being able to put it down while watching a show. Quite a bit of stuff is walkable, when it’s not so cold outside. We’re definitely staying again shortly!

My wife and I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb places all over the world but this one stands out as really being top notch. Everything was perfect and it made it all the more enjoyable for us. We are already talking about coming here again next year. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the beach. Loved the neighborhood, there were so many good places in walking distance or within a short drive. It was a very comfortable place, set up well. They even had little snacks for us! Also, the soundproofing on the windows is great, you couldn't hear any outdoor sound at all. Also super nice to not have a long to-do list at the end of our stay.

It was greatly appreciated you gave us the late check out since the check in time had to change. We understand things happen. My Son and Grandson had a blast and really enjoy sitting on the deck with the view of the Ocean and swimming in the pool. Perfect spot for walking in the beach and to all of Lincoln City. Everything was just as described. Being right on the beach was great, central location in town, and Troy offered to provide suggestions for places to go in town. The whole process was super easy.

My friends and I were very comfortable during our weekend stay here, the view of the ocean was phenomenal. Troy and Sydney were super fast at responding to messages which was especially nice, considering I’ve had Airbnb hosts in the past that were not as good with communication between guests or took much longer to respond, but this was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced renting through Airbnb. I definitely hope to reserve a unit with them again in the future next time I visit Lincoln City. 😊

My best friend and I rented this for our combined birthday weekend. We had a fabulous time relaxing, reading, and cooking in the home with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The only issue was that the walls were really thin and could hear other units really enjoying the Super Bowl. Besides that we loved everything and we would love to visit again!

We loved staying at Troy’s place. You cannot beat the view for the window, and even when it was pouring raining we still got to look at the waves. Would absolutely stay again. The unit is clean and beautiful, and I had fun finding all the Pride and Prejudice puns.
