Rob was extremely helpful and this spot was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was spotless. This home is a great vacation spot!

My husband and I took our kiddos here for a little spring break vaca. The kids LOVED the short walk to the beach. There was provided wet suits and boards. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lots of extra towels and cozy home with comfy beds! There’s even sound machines for sleep in the rooms. The giant jetted tub is nice and we enjoyed that also. Scott is super responsive and helpful. Close to beach and shops. Love it! We would definitely book this place again.

Me and family spent the weekend here for my nieces quinceñera party, and the venue was super close just around the corner, we liked the location it was in the middle of town turn right or left and everything was close, market, coffe, gas. my kids had alot of fun playing video games and we tried to finish a Disney puzzle but we didn't have enough time, there was plenty of games and puzzles. we felt cozy perfect size home for our family. we would definitely recommend this home. to a family. We had a wonderful stay at Dustin‘s Beach house. The house felt private and peaceful. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, which made it easy to cook. There were also lots of great restaurants in the area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Dustin was a very responsive and proactive host. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would happily return.

Hot tub was clean crisp and fresh! Had guests over and there was plenty of space to hang out between the two couches and beanbag. Open space between living and dining room invited big conversations! The game room was greatly appreciated. Nice to have a well working smart TV in the bedrooms, game room, and living room!

The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

This place was so good! AMAZING VIEW! This was just right AND they let us check in early. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from sitting on the couch or at the table, nice coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed, clear instructions, and SO MANY extra pillows and blankets, which makes me happier than you could know! It really had everything we needed and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus since my husband was on crutches. It was a really great stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family.

My mom and I were looking for a cozy place with a good view of the ocean so we could relax. And do some self-care. The Snuggle Up delivered that and more. The space was very clean, smelled nice, and looked like the photos. Beds were comfy. Beautiful views and we often had the doors and windows open to listen to the waves crashing against the rocks all day! It was a great visit and we will be returning!

This is a very cute place. I was in town for Newport Seafood and Wine Festival. loved our stay would stay again.

We loved our stay at nye beach, the apartment was clean and well stocked with towel, spices and cookware. Also had a booster seat for my 1 year old along with a couple toys and bowls for my dog. Walkable to the beach and restaurants, easy to find and access with electronic lock.

Tiny, cute spot. Sea view from unit #10. Walkable to the main drag, and the town is very cute! Be aware that the bathroom is through the bedroom, so if you have more than 2 staying, whoever is sleeping on the couch will have to cross through the bedroom to use the bathroom in the night, so be sure you're close with whoever you're staying with! Kitchen is small but fully stocked and fully functional. Shower is really tiny but is clean, with good water pressure and nice hot water. I would definitely stay here again! Price was right, and we loved our stay in Depoe Bay!

We had a great stay with our 2 year old! Small but cozy, and the ocean view and beach access was amazing.

We escaped the city to spend a birthday in the sanctuary space that this beautiful property is! We loved having the windows open to hear the constant powerful ocean, loved all of the big windows to watch storms roll in & out, and the sunset from the table inside or the perch at the edge of the yard! The bathtub was the largest we have ever seen, and even tho it took about an hour to fill, it was easy time to kill knowing how luxuriously deep and enjoyable it was! Such a cool view from the captains couch, loved taking a few naps from there with the view of the ocean all around! This space is well loved&taken care of! Loved being next door to Georgie’s for quick&delicious fill in meals that we didn’t wanna travel out for, picked up breakfast in my pajamas twice! She left such a lovely snack basket, beautiful flowers and bottle of wine and even a cute card of hers and cupcakes! What a treat!! Totally clear communication, directions, helpful notes to navigate the space! Thanks! So much joy

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

We only got to stay for the evening, but it was amazing and would have loved to have more time. Amazing accommodation, well decorated, clean, safe, and quiet. Even had dog beds and bowls!!! Had everything wr needed and was a close walk to the beach. Would def recommend or book again

We enjoyed your condo! It has a wonderful view and easy access to the beach or all of Lincoln City's offerings! Worked very well for our family of 3. Super clean and the layout was user friendly. We'll definitely book again in the future. Thank you for a great spot!

Thank you Robert for hosting us. Such a clean room, easy check in, and beautiful views. Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). Very cute place with the beach right there off the balcony. Bigger than it looks in the pics. It was great to lay in bed & watch the sunset listening to the ocean. People flew kites right by us (3rd floor). Super clean kitchen with a big spice collection. Fireplace worked too. Yay ambiance! Did not smell like cleaning chemicals or anything unpleasant. Mattresses were pretty firm, no saggy spots. Plenty of fluffy towels in the bath. There was a collection of small children's books in a drawer. You can't hear hwy 101 from the kitchen/living area but you can from the bedroom. City rolls up at night so it wasn't a problem. Friendly staff. Pool looked great but we didn't get a chance to use it because the weather kept us outdoors. Overall a bargain for the beachfront location. Definitely recommend!

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!
