This place was so good! AMAZING VIEW! This was just right AND they let us check in early. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from sitting on the couch or at the table, nice coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed, clear instructions, and SO MANY extra pillows and blankets, which makes me happier than you could know! It really had everything we needed and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus since my husband was on crutches. It was a really great stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family.

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was as noted and very clean. The bed was comfortable and beach access was close and easy to get to. We enjoyed the very private back yard and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Easy check-in with lots of information provided so we had no need to reach out to Ken. The place was beautifully decorated and cozy. The place was very clean and the views were to die for. I literally sat at the window for hours just watching the waves. I definitely recommend staying here. Not a complaint only an observation: Only downside is the telescope does not really work (dirty lens on inside) Might consider replacing with binoculars instead. I will definitely stay here again and recommend others do the same.

Great location, nice view and walkable to restaurants, shops, boat dock, sea lions and more! House was super clean and Paula thinks of everything. House was stocked for anything you may have forgotten. We enjoyed our stay and it worked great for our dog. The back yard is not fenced in but has a dog run if needed. Driveway was tight for two cars but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again. Paula was a friendly host and her place was set up for out of town guests. Lots of information for local restaurants and attractions near by. Even information that included dog friendly restaurants, which was much appreciated. Thank you!

The place is amazing! We stayed here for spring break with another family and it was perfect. Comfortable beds and sleeping for two families. Wonderful kitchen, living room and deck area for hosting and hanging out. Easy walk to the beach and views from inside too. Great overall place!

The photos don’t do this home justice. The home is beautiful and spacious. The views as soon as you walk in are breathtaking. The home has everything and anything you could need. We felt instantly at home. We 100% will be coming back! This is such a special spot and we are beyond happy.

Not enough space to say how perfect this place was! Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean, loaded with amenities, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, and the two fireplaces added to the restful ambiance. Just a very short walk to the beach which never had anyone on it!!!. One of the few places on the west coast where you can have a fire on the beach and although not directly next to the surf you can constantly hear it from the house. Having the outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus (although we never used it), and the surround garden is so pretty and peaceful. Ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. There is even an outside spigot to wash off those sandy feet and toys. The house is adjacent to the Oregon Park's "Sitka Sedge", one of the best hiking trails in the area which gives new meaning to the term "enchanted forest". Kayakers will enjoy Whalen Island recreation area just 1 mile from the house; just be sure to check the tide charts! Just perfect!

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

This was an absolutely beautiful location to stay for the weekend and felt like we are in our own private hideaway with a beautiful overview of the ocean. My favorite part was watching the tide come in super close in the morning, making it feel like we were practically on the water as receptor coffee from the balcony, 10 out of 10 recommend and would absolutely come back again soon on a sunny day.

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

There are a lot of options for places to stay in Newport. I chose this one based off price and location. The view was awesome. Beach access was easy. Walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. While a few updated touches would be nice - it’s not at all necessary as this place had everything I could want. The apartment is dated for sure but if your goal is to enjoy the Oregon coast - this place is one of the better places I’ve stayed.
