Great, clean simple large home! Super cute and quiet

This place was amazing! It felt like it was right at home. Everything was clean and spotless, also just as it was described. The back yard is beyond words, plenty of seating space. The hot tub was a great touch and the fire pit was perfect for the windy weather. This place is close to everything , restaurants and shops. Shaun was a great host very responsive and gracious. Next time I come to town I’ll be at Shaun’s!!!!

This is my fourth time returning to this airbnb because of the location, clean and cozy place and great host.

Heidi was so responsive whenever i needed her , the house is so clean so spacious so welcoming , the bed is like sleeping on clouds ! The sheets smelt like fresh Downey! She had everything you needed from towels down to plates water she even had snacks ! This is not a 5 star review this is a 10 star review . If I’m in Vegas again I know exactly who to reach out to ! Affordable . Uber rides to your destination are not bad at all , she is the true definition of a Host! Words do not justice ! Book asap if you’re looking for a comfortable stay ! Randy was super helpful answered all our inquiries right away and the home was perfect, all the amenities we wanted. Very clean. We were in town for work and having a clean home to return to each day was so nice in such a busy city.

We had a great time at Rinat’s house. The beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of space for us. She even had a bassinet for the baby. The location is perfect. It’s close to the strip and the airport. It was also walking distance to a target which was super convenient!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was as described and clean. Will definitely stay again!

Chelsea was great, super responsive every time and the place was as the description stated. The pool and amenities were great!

The place was amazing. Some people complained about the shower in the master bedroom having no hot water, but in reality it's just that the labels for hot and cold are swapped for some reason. The house looks like in the pictures, some parts are even bigger than they appear actually. At some point during the night some of us accidentally left open the door next to a hot tub and as a consequence we woke up a neighbour. The host didn't make a big deal out if it after we explained the situation, which I appreciate. The closest thing to a complaint that I have is that some things in the kitchen (utensils, bowls, etc.) weren't actually clean even though they were in the cupboards/drawers.

We had a great time at this house. The location is only about 10-15 minutes from all the popular sites and stores. The gated home was very secure and private. The backyard was AMAZING. The hosts approved our dog to stay at the home with us and the yard was perfect and completely gated. My kids loved the indoor pool table and slot machine. There were a few things that need to be replaced like pots and pans and pool towels but overall I was very satisfied with our stay. The hosts very responsive and helpful.

LeAnn and Derek were incredibly welcoming and accommodating hosts, making sure my family felt right at home from the moment they arrived. Their home was not only spotless but also absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. It was exactly as described, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Great host and home. Was perfect for our large group and provided everything needed/ expected for a weekend getaway. Pricing was also very fair as well. Would definitely stay again!

If your looking for a large place for a family or friends get together look no further. 15 minute ride to the strip if you want to go a night or two but this place has everything you need. Great summer spot to have a reunion. Plenty of bedrooms with your own personal space and some large rooms for everyone to watch a game or whatever. Enough room for 4 cars to park. Anna was great to work with, we needed to add a few days and she took care of it right away. 10 outta 10!

Great place in a busy neighborhood. About 10 mins to the strip. The hot tun was awesome after walking around the strip all day :)

10/10 would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the Vegas area. The house was immaculate and offered plenty to do for large groups. It was extremely close to nightlife, casinos, restaurants, etc (less than a 10min drive to the strip). Andrew was very responsive and addressed any questions that would arise. I would definitely stay here again.
