We had a great stay at Cara’s, it is in a good position and ideal for walking into town and all that East Leake has to offer. Choose to stay here it’s lovely inside.

Отличное жилье, очень красивое. Все так стильно и со вкусом. Все новое, красивая посуда без сколов, ложки и вилки приятно брать в руки, все в одном стиле. Отдельно хочу отметить постельное белье, белое, без пятен, приятная ткань. Даже полотенца подобраны по цвету. Часы на стене, это просто шедевр. Мы отмечали Новый год и жили неделю у Marzena. Когда сын увез ключи, она через 20 мин приехала и привезла нам дубликат, готова было даже елку нам привезти. А по приезду, нас ждала бутылочка вина. Очень хорошего. Marzena, спасибо большое, приехала как домой, где меня ждут и мне рады ♥️ Я обязательно к Вам вернусь и буду всем рекомендовать Ваше жилье

The stay was perfect, exactly as described and Crispus was a great host.

The cottage is lovely and Susan is a great host. All instructions were clear and everything was as described. The gift of basic supplies and some jam was very thoughtful :)

Luca was very good with checkin, great instructions and very responsive. We had a couple of issues upon arrival however Luca was very understanding and sent a handyman round in the evening to fix the issue. Overall a great host - would recommend

Great little flat in Nuneaton, had everything I needed for a few days stay. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Neil's place whilst I was on a training weekend in Hinckley. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything I needed. Easy to find and access with the key safe was very convenient. I also really appreciated the check in and out times of 3pm and 11pm. It was in a great location for my training venue in the centre of town, just a 10 minute walk. I will definitely be booking again when I have future training days.

It’s was just amazing! The place was peaceful, the toilets were clean and modern. I really enjoyed staying there. I think every time I’ll like to rest I’ll definitely go there. I would definitely recommend that place. Thanks to Mohammed

Tucked away in the embrace of the countryside, this Birds’ Nest is nothing short of a dream. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the soothing sounds of birdsong, the rhythmic tap of a woodpecker, and the view across the fields where lambs played . Mark, ever dedicated to his home, was mowing the extensive lawn, before walking the dogs across the fields. Meanwhile, Sarah welcomed us and guided us through the mudroom to the Bird’s Nest, which exudes both tranquility and spaciousness--but it was the view that most caught our eye. This place brims with authenticity, outdoorness, and space. If you’re lucky, you might see a fox or a hang glider. Our visit here was not simply a stay, but an experience: one of peace, comfort, and timelessness.

The studio is immaculate and very comfortable. We found it easily. We had a couple of questions before arrival which were helpfully and promptly answered. Our stay was very short and we had no need to contact Richard while we were there. We would definitely stay again if they will have us!

Clare made me feel very welcome and the personalisation was a lovely gesture. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, contemporary and beautifully decorated throughout. Everything you could need was provided. The bed was very comfortable and Clare provided lots of information for anyone not familiar with the area. I was visiting a lifelong friend and the location was perfect for me. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Clare and this property to those looking to spend time in Uppingham, Rutland and surrounds and I would definitely look to book again in the future. 公寓宽敞舒适，非常干净，厨房的调料和炊具齐全，Tommy还特地在公寓等我并告诉我餐馆和超市在哪里，非常棒！不过有3点如果能改善会更好：1.wifi信号不是很好。2.厨房炊具有点旧。3.厕所水龙头的水槽不是很畅通。但这些问题影响不大，如果这些问题解决了，我会给100分满分！

We had the best Christmas staying here! The view from the property looking out to the fields was picture perfect almost felt like a frame 🖼️ Every space in the apartment was designed carefully with so much thought. A cosy sofa space to relax, a formal dining set up, seated stools for a more casual vibe. Our 1year old Dog Ace loved this space, it was so nice for her to freely explore and manage the steps on the way up and down on her own. The host was warm and inviting and also left us to enjoy the place. Thank you

To Joy @ Beech Barn My stay this weekend in your delightful cottage was greatly enjoyed - so comfortable & cosy & so conveniently close to my son & his family. I hope I’ll be able to stay again when I visit them from time to time.

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

I would suggest anyone coming to Coventry to try this place especially when you are looking for close by place to city center and a humble host to welcome and serve you.

Justice is just spot on, very friendly guy

My boyfriend and I came simply for a night of R&R and this place did not disappoint! The decor and design is brilliant, so much to discover in the apartment. The sauna and hot tub were lovely, even on a grey March evening. The TV screen is huge the pictures do not do this justice, with all the streaming apps available to sign-in and use. Perfect for a night binging a new series! The main bed is super comfy with lovely pillows, and the bath and shower were also heavenly. We left feeling very relaxed, wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and will be recommending to friends!
