We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nick and DeAnna's suite. The kitchen contained everything needed to cook breakfast and lunch and a great coffeemaker with reusable filter (no need to worry about paper waste). Everything was planned for guest comfort: hot showers with great water pressure; powerful AC, and a bed that provided a great night's rest. The lanai and view were also quite lovely and offered cool morning wakeups and delightful sunsetting. The entire building and restaurant below is an attraction for seabirds, but they were not a problem for using the lanai. I would highly recommend this unit!

Valaree was very communicative and responsive from the beginning. She has a great place in a great location. Everything is in walking distance. Valaree is an awesome host.

Absolutely recommend. If you’re going to Waikiki and want to have a great home base to strike out on fun trips, this place is perfect. If you’re going to Waikiki and want to go nowhere and sit on a beach and completely relax, this place is perfect. Easy check in, parking, super walkable to the beach and restaurants, and the place itself is very clean cozy and private. Might see reviews for places talking about the elevators. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes or so for one, but it also takes about 2 mins to walk down the stairs. Door is right next to laundry room, trash room, and the staircase which is great. The bedroom has a sliding door so you can separate the two beds and feel like you have some privacy which is nice. Tons of beach gear: chairs, snorkels, floaties.

Jeanne was a very responsive and accommodating host. Place was tidy and looked like pictures . Short walk to the beach. Only drawbacks were not Jeanne’s fault elevator wait could be long and if you came back home later it could be tricky finding a parking spot.

Camie’s Condo was fantastic. Great beds, stocked kitchen, clean, amazing large balcony, beach next door and easy parking. Camie was also great with suggestions and flexible with our check in time and check out time as guest left early and no guest when we departed. Highly recommended. Daniel

Jeanne was a great host. Really appreciate her quick responses on any of our queries. We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The place is very close to the beach and many restaurants are in walking distance. The apartment was clean, modern with many amenities. Overall I would recommend this place!

We really enjoyed this location--it was close enough to many of the Waikiki hot spots but also a few streets away from all of the action, which made it much quieter. The location was handy with having a convenience store on the 6th floor, as well as having a car rental place on site--that was very handy. The chairs and umbrellas were very handy to take with us around the island and made it a game changer for not turning into a lobster!

Perfectly smooth and easy stay. Samantha was very responsive and willing to let me arrive early to take a shower even though the room wasn’t ready, which was a huge help as I needed to get to a wedding (though the room ended up being ready early anyway which was great). Had everything I needed!

THIS WAS SUCH AN AMAZING HOME! Everything was there, from the washer dryer to the spacious refridgerator, to the immaculate sunset views in the backyard. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for me and my family. The jacuzzi was an awesome bonus and with my kids being from the desert state, it was a nice bonus for them to see the papaya tree lol def recommend!

I was attending my class reunion so it was the perfect opportunity to bring my 3 adult children and their spouses and 1 grandchild. From the moment we stepped in the home we knew this was the place for us. Plenty of room for everyone and the view- Gorgeous! Great amenities including beach towels and chairs. Our hosts were very attentive and made us feel the aloha spirit. If you are looking for a house with plenty of room and enjoy a peaceful and tranquil location-this is the place for you. Kerstan's place was just what we needed for our family to stay and visit with one another. The home was in a beautiful community, with beautiful amenities inside the home. Our family enjoyed every minute of being together in this lovely home. The kids had lots to do, from playing the arcade games to board games, and simply enjoying the beautifully landscaped backyard.

We couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. The home is beautiful and our party of 11 felt right at home. It seems like Jimmy has thought about the finer details like adequate kitchenware to guest sandals, which made our stay worry-free and comfortable. Lastly, the view from the every room just tops off this wonderful experience. Thank you!

Samantha was a great host who gave wonderful recommendations. If you are comfortable staying just upstairs of a bustling (but respectful and quiet in the evenings) family home, you can't stay at a better place for this price. I had no issues, and the hosts provided me with everything that I asked for.

Super cute condo, close to lots of restaurants, the beach & activities/nature scenic points. Easily accessible car rentals in hotel lobby with garage parking & brunch spot. Overall the views from the condo are beautiful, only con I would say is the condo is a little tight if more than 3 people are staying, but it’ll work for 2. Reny was very attentive & helpful, would definitely stay again!! 😊🌺

Jerry’s place in the Waikīkī Banyan is very well located, extremely clean, and very well stocked with anything you could want. We loved being a block or two away from the most central area of Waikiki, but still very convenient to all that Waikiki has to offer - beaches, restaurants, shops, and the gorgeous park. We were only there for two nights, but felt that we got a real sense of Waikiki. Jerry and Ed were super communicative, the unit was pristine, and lacked nothing. The bed was super comfortable, great coffee, and a very nice view from the lanai to top it all off! One of the elevators was not working, but we never waited more than a couple of minutes at most, despite being on the 31st floor. Highly recommend both Jerry as a host, and the unit in Waikiki Banyan.

Host available and responsive before and during stay. Unit is exactly as described and pictured. Enough room for 2 adults maximum. Check-in super easy and accommodating. Allowed me to store luggage in unit while waiting to check in and gave me tips on options after checkout. Location was perfect! Restaurants, beach within minutes walking distance! High speed internet allowed me to take video meetings and work remotely. Great stay!

Small place but very comfy and beautiful views. Perfect for a couple who will be out for most of the day. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful week long stay here! Great views from the lanais. Joan was super responsive and checkin was simple. Nicole the greeter met us and took us to the condo and made sure we got settled in. Ko Olina is a fantastic area to visit and I’m already planning my next trip back!

Diana's place was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was clean, it had plenty of beach toys, comfy beds, a decent view and the pool was beautiful with beach access to the lagoons. The kitchen was well stocked. In the exterior, there's a bar by the pools, and live music in the evenings. The location was central for all of our desired activities. It's in a manicured, family friendly, walkable and safe community with restaurants right across the street from the resort. The resort staff is friendly. Just loved it so much and we hope to return.

TL;DR - It was great with lots of pluses and very few minuses. We rented this 32nd floor condo primarily for its location. It's 2(ish) blocks from the beach - everything is in walking distance. The view from the balcony was great for watching the sunset. The kitchen was pretty well furnished - there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. The beds, for us, were phenomenal - if you like firm foam mattresses. The A/C unit, while noisy, was fully functional and kept the condo cool to our liking overnight. There was a small cooler. For the minuses, not all are within the control of the host but should be recognized. First, we received late notice that the pool was to be closed for the week. The plus is that it was open after 2 days. There are 2 hot tubs but only 1 works fully. The shower has a small glass divider that does a terrible job to keep water in and no bathmat was provided. Some outlets didn't function. There was only 1 umbrella and beach chair - no kids toys (not needed).
