This is a great place to stay. Very clean and well set up. Close to everything, but on a quiet street. The bed was comfortable and the suit is nice and cool at night, which was really nice on a hot summer day. Would definitely come back again!

Our multi-age group (12 guests in total…15 yrs - over 50) had an excellent stay at Matt’s property. The pictures posted are very accurate, but they don’t do this property justice. Multiple seating areas inside the house and out meant everyone could sit in a smaller group and “catch-up” with each other. The location is super close to Duncan yet it is not in a suburban neighbourhood. The short distance out of town makes this property feel like you’re actually “getting away from the daily grind of life.” Matt was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed the farm fresh eggs he left for us one morning. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware that one might need. The BBQ space is well equipped with BBQ tools and there is lots of seating so we could all dine together. When we were leaving we all wished we had just a couple more days to enjoy our time together at this beautiful property. Would definitely book again. Matt is an EXCELLENT host!

Gramma Rikki and her Oasis on Friday Harbor are amazing. The property is a dream and she’s an amazing host and incredibly considerate. You won’t find a better place to stay on Friday Harbor!

Great place to stay! Amenities were awesome, really got to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge with our friends. Super peaceful property too.

Our stay here was truly amazing. We were in town for a family wedding which was fun but our stay at this beautiful oasis made it an even more memorable time. We loved all the various spaces available which provided ample space for all of our family (6 of us) to hang out together or just find a cozy space to read and relax. The home is very well appointed and stocked (kitchen supplies & equipment, toiletries, linens, towels) - everything you could think of needing was there. We were nervous about using the pizza oven but Louis and Tasha walked us through how to use it and our home made pizzas were a huge hit! The back yard was indeed a relaxing retreat with the waterfall and natural swim pond, including beautiful vegetation and flowers. The privacy of the space made you forget you were in the city! Our hosts definitely anticipated our every need. Pride of ownership was certainly evident. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Victoria!

Disfrutamos mucho la casa de Sue y Krista !!! Ya que aparte de ser muy amplia , es muy bonita; Krista siempre se mostró muy atenta y hospitalaria con nosotros, también fue muy accesible con los horarios y la comunicación bastante efectiva (tanto al responder los mensajes como de manera presencial); siempre tuvo mucha iniciativa para apoyarnos en cualquier inconveniente que tuviéramos incluso fuera de lo que ofrecía el alojamiento... Los paisajes y las vistas eran maravillosas desde cualquier ventana de la casa. Recomiendo ampliamente la estancia en ese lugar, ya que te encontrarás con excelentes anfitriones y una granja/casa hermosa ❤️

Bowens house was very beautiful and a very comfortable place to stay at. Bowen left clear instructions on just about everything. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the fact that we weren't allowed to use the hottub after 9pm. Other than that it was great. I would definitely choose to stay there again if it works.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Janis & John’s place is exactly as listed, beautiful, quiet and very cosy and comfortable. They are incredibly kind, responsive and friendly hosts. The homemade cheese scones and Christmas baking were delicious and much appreciated. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

Seymour was responsive and check-in was a breeze. We felt right at home in the tidy house with spacious rooms. The labels around the house were helpful and unobtrusive. Great location for tourists, and nature lovers. Shopping, dining and a lovely coffeeshop near by. Comfortable beds and linens. This was definitely the best Air B&B I’ve stayed in and hope to stay here again each time I return to the island.

Quiet, beautiful modern home with all the necessary amenities. Close to the beach. Very private and peaceful location. Beds are comfortable and everything is tastefully arranged and decorated. We really enjoyed staying as a family with our elderly mother in law tagging along. Our daughter enjoyed the snacks and games provided. Thanks Tess!

We had a fantastic stay. It was really a comfortable space with a lot of amenities. There was tons of room to spread out and it felt like home.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Thoughtful details, and abundant necessities like towels, kitchen equipment etc. very comfortable beds, furniture. Everything was well thought out. One of the best places we have ever booked. We would love to visit again.

Highly impressed with host Zoe. Space in the house was utilized well. The house is desist for two private bedrooms. The patio room can be used as a sleeping area, but is the only access to the backyard. We enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the use of the house. Zoe is always on top of communication. Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

We did not stay at Iqbal's place but booked it for two of our artistic staff to stay at while we were working in Victoria. We loved it when we visited to drop them off. They had a great experience, very clean and well equipped. We would highly recommend the place to anyone and really appreciated Iqbal's communication to make sure everything went well during our stay.

The apartment is in excellent condition, very comfortable and well decorated with many tasteful touches. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood with amenities close by and convenient bus service to downtown Victoria.

What can I say.... this place is fantastic!! Our large group of 7 had ample rooms to sleep in, Matt and Kyrstle were responsive, welcoming and informative. The house is well appointed with everything you need, and was very organized. The location was perfect, quiet but close enough to great attractions. They are super hosts for a reason, this place and experience was super. Some of our guests also enquired about booking it for themselves another time. Fabulous stay all around. Thank you Matt and Kyrstle for a fantastic stay at your beautiful home.

We didn't even get to stay the whole night as there was a family emergency, but Michelle was wonderful, caring, great host, and we'd like to go back!

Sheri's Sea Breeze Cottage is a treasure! It's a beautiful, exquisitely appointed cottage. It is like new. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are shiny clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location, so close to Whiffen Spit and the Sooke harbour, is terrific. The neighbourhood is quiet and easily accessible to the rest of town. Sheri was extremely friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any questions. The Sea Breeze Cottage is a beautiful place to stay for a very reasonable price.
