We had an amazing time at Beth’s place. In the perfect location and matched the description. Very easy access to bike trails and bus stops. The perfect central location to access all areas of the island. Could not recommend more!

Gregg and PD are amazing hosts, and their place is perfect in multiple ways. It is clean, beautiful, and the deck offers a great place to relax. We had everything needed to cook dinner. The location is both private and convenient. It’s walkable to Vineyard Haven and there’s a Black Dog Bakery right as you hit the main road. Regarding the noise from above someone else mentioned in their review, all we heard over our 3-night stay were dog steps — no human conversations, steps, TV, or music from upstairs. Gregg and PD are very friendly and gave us helpful tips and recommendations around the island. We would love to stay here again!

We spent a long weekend as a small family of four with a toddler. The place is absolutely pristine with such beautiful charm. It’s a basement unit that looks newly renovated. It looks better than the photos to be honest. The decor was beautiful and quirky and just made for a nice family getaway to close out the summer. Samantha was just phenomenal as a host. She was extremely kind, offering whatever we needed. The house is situated in a quaint woodsy area (not walkable so a car is needed) which was nice to come back to after a full day out. Our days were busy so we had no time to enjoy the patio. Our toddler enjoyed seeing the animals. Although the listing forewarns about a rooster I could barely hear it in the morning so it’s not disturbing at all. The outdoor shower was quite a treat as it was my first time and it was just beautiful to see the scenes of nature as I washed off from the beach. Highly recommend and will likely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay! 😊

The place was absolutely beautiful! It was sparkling clean when we arrived, and we were in love with the location. Right in downtown Falmouth, next to everything you could need. Plenty of parking and easy access to the beach. The space itself was lovely and well-maintained. We had a great time!

Great place to stay for a few days and Kate and her husband are extremely friendly! Gave a 4 for location because it was deeper into the woods (West Tisbury generally is) which we did not know beforehand since it was our first time visiting MV. We didn’t have a car and just got around using Lyft/Uber which sometimes took 30+ minutes for us to get a driver (I would recommend calling one in advance, or calling a taxi instead as they seem more reliable). Also, since it was in more of a woodside area, expect some spiders (we are city dwellers that aren’t very used to that). Having access to Lambert’s Cove Beach was amazing and Kate provided a beach bag and beach towels as well! She was very responsive via chat and a great host!

Just lovely. Great WiFi, very modern and everything we needed. It was very clean and well set up with an awesome little guide about the house and surroundings! The host left out dog water bowl and food bowl and put out a dog blanket for us, which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.

Stephanie was very responsive and accommodating. Her place was perfect for us, and we loved walking to the beach and biking the rail trail very nearby. Restaurants were plentiful and varied and the neighborhood was charming and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephanie!!

Had a great stay with my boyfriend for my birthday and our anniversary. Super close to Main Street where there’s lots to do and close to Woodshole to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard! Jefferson was very detailed and responsive making us feel right at home even before we checked in. Great cozy spot perfect for our trip would definitely stay again!

Absolutely adorable little place, with everything you might have forgotten, a comfortable bed, perfectly hot shower, and the cutest location. When we had trouble getting inside initially, the host was quick and available to help! Definitely need to come back to check out all the local recommendations she gave us 💕

Chick's place is perfect for a Vineyard getaway! It has everything you need for 2 people and is a hop, skip and a jump away from both Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs town centers. It was cute, clean and cozy--- the perfect place for us to wait out the storm the ended up hitting just as we got to the Vineyard. 10/10 would stay there again!

Great stay! Walkable to many shops and restaurants and ferry ports. Host responded very quickly and had everything you could need in the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very comfortable 5 night stay there in mid-August 2024. The place was as advertised with off-street parking. It is walking distance to downtown Falmouth and is conveniently located. The apartment was clean and attractive. The beds were comfortable. They were very responsive hosts!

Great sized place for our stay and exactly as the listing described. Clean and well organized. Kristen was friendly, helpful, and we felt very comfortable. Outdoor shower is a huge plus! We are looking forward to staying again!

I arrived at Sharon's place for a quick winter getaway and found the second-floor apartment well-appointed and sunny with lots of windows and a cute balcony. Everything you need is there -- from the shipshape kitchen with artisan tableware, the most comfortable bed surrounded by an excellent selection of novels and books about Martha's Vineyard and beyond, to the living area complete with an ottoman to put your feet up and watch streaming TV. I loved being able to walk to the grocery store and get takeout from Offshore Ale House -- MV in the wintertime has its own magical vibe as I discovered while walking through the quiet summer camp cottages and beach nearby. There are enough restaurants and even a great manicure place, Hollywood Nails, all open to make this the perfect weekend of pampering, and communication from the hosts was spot-on. I hope to be back for another round of relaxation!

My family and I had a phenomenal stay at Jan’s home! She was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. We had trouble getting a return ferry, and she was extremely encouraging and helpful, ensuring that we made it back off the island. Highly recommend and would love to return.

This is a great place to consider staying! Rachel was wonderful from the moment of booking, until after we departed. The place is cute as can be - and as a longtime visitor of MV - this little place captures the islands vibe and unwritten codes of quality and class. What a lovely little flat this is. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. Fabulous outside space as well. The linen, towels and utensils were of a good quality. lovely to have beach towels. Didn't find the sloping ceiling a problem at all. we are 6 foot and 5'9. Town is a 30 min walk we hired bikes which I highly recommend. it's an easy 10mins on a bike. Host was happy to offer us an early and late check-in and out but realise this is probably as we are now at the end ofvthe season so could be accommodated. Very kind of her thank you

Kim and John were great. We loved the space and anytime we communicated they were very responsive. We took advantage of the pool provided after long days at the beach and it was refreshing. We decided to stay a day longer! Thanks again!

Lovely, quiet, spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to beaches, good dining, hiking, playground, and centrally located near several downtown areas. Host is so friendly and responsive. Would love to stay here again.

This is an amazing place and Jennifer was fantastic! The space has loads of historic charm and it is so easy to get to from the ferry. Great for a couple or 3 people if someone is good with a super comfy twin. This place is so close to everything, which is one of the best parts, but it is something to note that if you are a light sensitive sleeper you might want to consider bringing a sleep mask or an extra window covering. Otherwise it is the perfect spot!
