We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

my gal friends and I lived our brief stay. the house has all the little touches, from a well stocked kitchen, to plenty of blankets and towels. had it been warmer we would have loved the backyard and outdoor shower. loved the walkability to the beach. it was a great weekend!! will consider coming again!!

The house was ideal for a wonderful girls weekend. The space lends itself well to relaxing and connecting. The beach was just a short walk away. Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

I have been coming to MV since I was a kid and this place is just awesome- might be my favorite stay on the island! From the location to the amount of space the rental has to offer it’s just top notch. This is our second time staying at Todd’s house and we can’t wait to come back for a 3rd visit! House is tidy, no clutter and has all the essentials one would need. About a 10 min drive to south beach where we spent most of our vacation. The restaurant/bar and shopping scene is true perfection. Thanks for hosting us for year 2, Todd!

We had an amazing time and would love to come again! The location was perfect, close to the beach and away from the busier parts of the island. I definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful home. Plenty of space, beautiful kitchen, comfy beds, great tv streaming choices, just a few minutes into town, and about a five minute walk to the water. Could not have asked for more. Also, having a fenced in backyard was great for my dog. Loved the place.

We had a lovely stay at Elsa’s place while visiting for Christmas. We enjoyed being able to take walks along the fort each day, and the place was decorated very tastefully! Thanks, Elsa.

Our family stayed at Madi's place for our summer vacation. Madi was very responsive and communicative prior to our stay with local recommendations and instructions for the home and beach passes. Our family of 5 was comfortable and we had a wonderful time on MV. Would definitely return to Madi's place.

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

Me and my family spent the weekend at Poseidon’s Palace and it was a great time. Upon check-in, Alex was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean - fresh linens, towels, and wonderful kitchen fully equipped for the whole family. We were very comfortable. The house had lots of room for everyone, with lots to do for all ages. We traveled with 3 kids ages 10 months - 6 years old, and it was so nice to have comfortable rooms for everyone. Of course, the pool was the main attraction of the house. The sauna was definitely an added bonus. Not to mention the incredible beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful house perfect for a staycation with lots of great food options nearby. We loved it! The only thing I’d mention is that the pool area and pool temp were a little cold for some of us - it would have been nice for that area to be a little warmer. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful house with a great host - thanks Alex!

The view out the window to the ocean was spectacular and the accommodations were very pet friendly, my two dogs were very happy hanging out on the two couches in the living room. Perfect place to serve as a home base for exploring the quaint restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth. Full kitchen if you want to cook, and plenty of furniture to have guests for dinner with a good size kitchen table. Ron, was very available and friendly, and I will definately go back!

Sean’s place was spacious for our group of 5 + 2 big dogs, with gorgeous views and a really chill deck. There was a slight hiccup at checkin but it was an unusual circumstance and it all worked out in the end. The host was communicative and very sweet about it.

This home was exactly like the pictures. Open, clean and a very relaxing, peaceful spot to spend a week. The only disappointing item was the beach. It was very rocky and unable to swin in or dip our toes in. Beautiful spot and I would recommend it 100% if you're not a beach bum.

Kamryn’s house is lovely and exactly as pictured. The privacy is unparalleled and we enjoyed the small private beach. Perfect for families with little ones. It had everything we needed and was a perfect getaway experience. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful gathering with family in a beautiful setting on the water. Definitely "Grandma's" cape house, with much of grandma's furniture, pots & pans, still there, so homey. Was a bit musty when I got there early before family came, but opened up windows and turned on fans so all was nice and breezy quickly. Everyone reported beds were comfortable. Friendly neighbors, and a lovely, easy path along the water to the ocean.

As a family of five we loved the place. Location is incredibly beautiful, secluded and peaceful but close enough to amenities. It’s great to have the direct lake access and view and also the beach a few mins walk away. The property has wonderful views and a lot of character. On check-in we arrived late in the evening (due to the ferry schedule) and the water had been mistakenly shut off by the caretaker that day. Despite it being around 9pm, within 5 mins of contacting Peter we had the cleaner and handyman on site sorting the issue which was then resolved swiftly. This would give me confidence that any issues would be fixed quickly. We will definitely look to come back and visit again, hopefully in the summer to be able to make use of the outdoor equipment.

Ann’s home is a little slice of heaven on Martha’s Vineyard. The sweeping views of the lagoon and private beach made for such a relaxing and enjoyable trip for our family. The location was perfect - secluded but still just a short drive to most of the larger towns. The cottage itself is the perfect beach home, with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Ann was a fantastic host, and helped with all of our needs. We’re looking forward to our next trip here.

Beautiful location with an incredible view. The place looks like the photos. Instructions on how to get in and check out were clear. Kelly was responsive and easy to reach. We had a nice stay and our furry friend did, too.

Can't say enough good things! It was perfect for an impromptu 3 day vacation to the island with my dog and I. The house was very clean, had everything we needed. Located about a mile from local restaurants/Circuit Ave - easy 20 minute walk. Will definitely stay again!
