The house is in a perfect location to get to town or to the beach. I’d recommend a car or bikes, but it’s roughly a mile walk to town. It comfortably accommodated 5 adults and more adults could have been part of the trip with the amount of space in the house. Diane was accommodating to a late check out with a ferry later in the afternoon.

I moved my family to Cape Cod in September and stayed here while shopping for a permanent home. I’ve never done a long term (4+ month) Airbnb rental before and it’s a little different from the normal experience. But Jessica and family were very nice and this was the right place for us to make that transition. Conveniently located to Falmouth and Mashpee Commons and a very reasonable price for the area. There were a couple of situations that required Jessica to be very flexible with us and she was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

We are a group of fishing buddies that have been coming to Chappy for many years and rented lots of places and Elaine’s home is far and away the best. From the awesome outside shower, beautiful bedrooms, high end kitchen and appliances everything one could want has been thought of.

We stayed over the long weekend at this beautiful property. It’s located centrally close to all the major attractions and beaches. The property had beautiful features and felt very comfortable. The home itself had a lot of charm and had a positive energy. Hosts were very kind and nice to communicate with. They left us wonderful treats and fresh eggs from their beautiful garden. Overall it was a great stay at their property. Highly recommended and we will be staying there again. I will highly recommend getting a car to travel in the island so you can go to Edgartown or other places.

Wonderful house with gorgeous views of Oyster Pond from every window. Sitting on the deck high in the trees was especially nice for our older relative who loved seeing the swans swim by. The spotlessly clean house was beautifully decorated and furnished while the kitchen provided all necessary pans and utensils. The canoe was easy to get in and out of. Would love to return next year.

We had a great Thanksgiving visit in a wonderful setting. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The space worked very well for our family and the beds were comfortable. Jess provided us with all the information we needed for a great stay!

Laura’s cape cottage was fantastic! Beautiful home very clean within walking distance of the beach. We had a bit of rainy weather during our stay but Laura was quick to make recommendations and was very responsive. Will return! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay

Tam is an excellent host. The lake is picturesque and peaceful. The property is nestled between mature evergreen trees. The house is newly renovated, light, white, bright. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Lots of cleaning supplies. Tam was an exceptional communicator and very friendly. Appreciate the time!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

We had a lovely stay - the hot tub was a definite highlight! Tara was super responsive and communicative and the space was super cozy. Would definitely book again.

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

My stay in the middle of winter was wonderful. Everything I needed was in the apartment. Had lovely walks on the beach. One day it snowed and the views were spectacular. Carolyn was very easy to reach and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to stay again.

great little spot! we went to a wedding in the area and needed something close to the venue. this provided everything we needed: comfort and cleanliness :)

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at Angela’s Nantucket home. Everything was squeaky clean and she was super responsive with our questions. Location was wonderful we walked to dinner and coffee and to town to shop. We would love to come back soon!!

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and looked better in real life than in the photos (how many times can you say that!?). Kevin was a very responsive and kind host, answering all of my questions. The location was perfect - so serene and peaceful. The outdoor space was gorgeous, the kitchen was amazing and fully stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were so cozy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would go back in a heartbeat.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this sprawling home in the center of a golf course. The host was friendly and responsive and the home had all the amenities we wanted. The yard was great for the dogs to run, and the beach and Audubon were within walking distance. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Nantucket, and Robert‘s property was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It was my husband and I and our three adult children, and we had plenty of room and everything that we needed, and more! We rented bikes and biked everywhere. It was also an easy walk into town as well. Thank you Robert for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back!

Lloyd is a great host and offers a wonderful place to stay. The house is exactly like the photos but better. The house is extremely clean and a great place for larger groups.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

Very stylish interior, super clean, well equipped, we immediately felt extremely comfortable. The pool had the perfect temperature even for longer stays in the water. We would book again in a heartbeat! Thanks a lot!
