I moved my family to Cape Cod in September and stayed here while shopping for a permanent home. I’ve never done a long term (4+ month) Airbnb rental before and it’s a little different from the normal experience. But Jessica and family were very nice and this was the right place for us to make that transition. Conveniently located to Falmouth and Mashpee Commons and a very reasonable price for the area. There were a couple of situations that required Jessica to be very flexible with us and she was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

We've stayed here three times now, and it's always a pleasure! Stocked with everything you might need, and Nick is responsive and great.

Location was great and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Robert was very responsive and accommodating. The ease of finding the home & access with the great directions along with a bottle of wine in the fridge were added bonuses after driving all day/night and a late night arrival.

Andrew’s place was a great landing place for us attending a family wedding in the area. Very close to lots of shops and restaurants. The house had much more space than we even realized. We had a 4 month old baby with us and while we brought our own pack and play, there actually were several there already, as well as a changing table in the basement. There were 4 of us (1 couple, 2 singles) + the baby and the house could have accommodated many more. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. Andrew was kind to accommodate an earlier check in and offer some suggestions for food while we waited. I would certainly stay here again.

The house was a perfect for a group of friends and family meeting up. we were here very off season because it was convenient to a larger group event. We never even found the lake (too cold out). The house had a large dining table and a kitchen with what you would expect. Very happy with the house stay and the responsiveness of the host!

We had a great stay at Midori’s home. Comfortable beds, spacious living areas and clean home. Large fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. Great family neighborhood for walking and exercising. Midori was very accommodating and generous with our request to check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the third time my family has stayed in this beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable home, located on a quiet cul de sac. Always perfect for our Vineyard get-aways.

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

If you're looking for a house that has every modern touch and amenity, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a place where you can completely relax and take in the sounds of nature and views of the water, and have ample space to curl up with a book or stretch out, then this will work. The Gross' family house harkens back to a simpler time on the vineyard, feels rich with history, and has a multitude of spaces to enjoy as a group or by yourself. Very convenient to get to the uncrowded Philbin and Lobsterville beaches. Short drive to the sunset and lobster roll crowds at Menemsha. Kitchen was well equipped for for our party of 8. We cooked most nights and ate both inside and outside. We set up badminton outside and enjoyed the cool lap pool.

The pictures don’t do this listing any justice. Very nice home with plenty of room for the family. The pool also is bigger than it looked in the photos. The home is very close to the inn and marketplace which makes things very easy. If you need a pet friendly rental that is close to all this is your place.

We chose to spend our thanksgiving holiday with the family here. Overall the house had plenty of room for us all, and plenty of space all over should you need a quiet spot to get away to if you need a break from the group! The house matched the description, and was nicely stocked. Especially with kitchen utensils, extra blankets, pillows, etc. The only issue we would say, is that the refrigerator is way too small for the amount of people the house can accommodate and seems it would belong in an efficiency apartment or studio. The large fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and kids to play without worry. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kathleen was very responsive to all my inquiries both prior to and during our stay. House was easy drive to shopping and dinning as well as the local ponds and beaches. Although we did not cook if u plan to prepare meals be aware kitchen has limited pots and pans for cooking. Also would have like to have a tea pot to boil water. Otherwise had everything we needed for a wonderful stay

We had a lovely stay at this house. Really felt like a gem with a very private backyard and lovely pool. Such a convenient location near many different beaches and the house was very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the front door code when we arrived, but Drew and his team were incredibly responsive and got us inside quickly. The only thing we wish we had were some fans in the bedrooms.

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

Patrick’s place was absolutely perfect! We made great use of the kitchen with no problem whatsoever. We really appreciated the nearby trail to get some fresh air and enjoyed being close to a grocery store for cooking meals. Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet laidback place to rest and refit!

It’s no wonder Marjorie’s place is considered a gem; I’m so glad it was free during our travel dates! The place is nicely private and well appointed. Everything was so clean. What really stood out was the welcome snacks left out for us; wine, cheese, crackers, grapes and chocolate!! Traveling with a small child can often put the focus solely on them but this really felt special for just my husband and I to enjoy (although our toddler loved the crackers and grapes!) Our hosts were so communicative and prompt. We loved walking around the gorgeous neighborhood. We had everything we needed and more. Don’t hesitate to book this listing!

This the kind of spot one comes to enjoy the quiet elegance of what Cape Cod offers. Beautiful homes and gardens. Adorable villages rich in history. And if that wasn’t enough…the food was fabulous and the residents were some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered.

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

We had a great Thanksgiving visit in a wonderful setting. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The space worked very well for our family and the beds were comfortable. Jess provided us with all the information we needed for a great stay!

Wonderful home. Plenty of space, beautiful kitchen, comfy beds, great tv streaming choices, just a few minutes into town, and about a five minute walk to the water. Could not have asked for more. Also, having a fenced in backyard was great for my dog. Loved the place.

For this being my first Air B&B, I couldn’t be more pleased. Perfect location. Jon was a phone call away with any questions or concerns and I felt like it was a home away from home. Definitely recommend for a great stay at the Vineyard!

This was our second year in row here for a pre-Thanksgiving family celebration. The house is terrific and the amenities are great. We will definitely be back. Mark is a pleasure to work with. Very accessible and quick to respond.

What a perfect little airbnb! This was the second year in a row that my wife and I stayed here with our toddler-aged daughter. I don't have much else to add beyond my review of last year other than everything was the same again in all the best ways. We did learn it's better, and easier, to take the bike path into town, accessing it via a path on the side of the cemetery behind the church. Once again, the owners were super kind and friendly. The place has even been upgraded in the past year with improved furniture and washer and dryer. A+++, would definitely recommend.
