The home was very well-equipped and beyond ordinary expectations. Home was very bright, private and in a very nice quiet neighborhood, Back yard had nice shade so we could enjoy the deck, grill and hot tub even in hot weather. Would stay again and would highly recommend to others.

Kate was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. The spot was very organized and clean when we entered, lots of space and room for guests. The master bedroom was beautiful and huge! I would 10/10 recommend this spot.

The Owl's Nest was clean and comfortable. Penny provided local recommendations for restaurants and exploring local lakes. She was friendly and responsive to our requests.

You will never regret staying at this place! My family and I had issues on the road which delayed our check-in but the host did everything possible to accomodate us. Gayle is an amazing host! Super communicative, kind, and understanding. The cabin is spacious, clean, organized, and beautiful. It really was like an oasis for me and my family. We are 7 adults and four fur babies and none of us felt uncomfortable. The scenery is breathtaking and so relaxing. Seriously cannot wait to come back. If you're thinking about staying here, go ahead and book it! The only regret you'll have is not staying longer.

Excellent place with a lot of extras! Many Extra outlets for charging ports, Night lights, Alexa in every room, great dishes and quality stainless steel pots and overall beautiful spacious quality home to fit our two families for a super comfortable high quality stay. Plus a 10 star rating for customer service! All roads were closed bc of a snowstorm and accidents and we had to stay at a hotel along the way and they allowed us to move the first night to the end of our trip to make up for the first day we missed! So nice to rent from a super nice couple instead of an online business that has multiple airbnbs where customer service is subpar. Thank you Jodi! Great job with everything!

I loved staying at the acorn house! Our host was extremely helpful and responded quickly when needed! The fire pit outside allowed us to make some s’mores for the night! 🤍 I would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay here. The decor was so pretty and unique!

Brandon (as always) was a fantastic host and flexible given an unexpected change which was greatly appreciated. This is a favorite of ours and (same as previous stays) felt right at home enjoying the fireplace, black out curtains, and comfy bed!

Very nice location and views. Very clean. Adequate dishes, glasses etc and bathroom bathrooms for 2 people. Spacious and clean. Enjoyed my first visit to Sedona !

Amazing place to stay at, was even better than we expected. Check in was very easy, the apartment was very cozy and clean it had everything we needed. Stores are a nice walk or a short drive away. Because it’s so close to NAU I thought it could’ve gotten a little loud but it was so quiet! We enjoyed our stay and definitely somewhere we’ll be staying at again.

This place is phenomenal I will be coming back and recommending to both family and friends!

This was my second stay at Shirley’s Airbnb, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. I came for a friend’s birthday and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. Shirley is such a thoughtful and welcoming host—it really feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be returning again!

This was the perfect place to explore the areas are Sedona and cottonwood, without being in the mayhem of Sedona. It was 90 during the day but we never even had to turn the air on. Theres a little cat that comes by to say hi every morning and evening and that was the topper for me. Clean, everything you need, and the linens all smelled so clean!

Nice, private place - everything as listed. Plenty of space for 2 of us while hiking in Sedona. Convenient location to everything in West Sedona. Peter was responsive and helpful during our stay. Would stay again!

Andrea's house was amazing for our girls trip!! So much room, stunning views, super clean, great location and would highly recommend!

We completely enjoyed the space. This is an incredible home! It was perfect for all of our needs. It was close enough to town to feel connected, yet far enough away to feel like we were in nature. It was perfect for our large group. The yoga room was great for morning yoga with the group as well. Fits 17 max. John and Leah were responsive, kind, and very helpful with every request. It was amazing coming home to the hot tub and swimming pool in the evenings, after a long day. Everything was as described in the listing and John and Leah were great hosts.

The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 person family gathering. The most warmly decorated for Christmas and super cozy. The kids ranging from 5 to 15 oh enjoyed the game room and the variety of games as well as hiking around in the pines and playing volleyball on the sand court. Claudia and her husband were wonderful hosts and answered all our questions almost immediately. We stayed three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer.

This house checked all the boxes. Everything was well thought out for the amenities. The home was extremely clean and beautiful. It made the stay very convenient because it had everything we needed.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Claudine hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und blitzsauber. Das Apartment war superschön und mit Stil eingerichtet. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Wohnung. Die Gegend ist sicher und man konnte sogar zu Fuss einkaufen gehen (Whole Foods Market in Gehdistanz). Claudine war sehr kommunikativ und hat immer sehr rasch auf Nachrichten von uns reagiert. Wir wurden kurz vor unserer Abreise vom Schnee überrascht und es gab einige Strassensperren. Claudine war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns eine andere Route zum Flughafen empfohlen, damit wir sicher zum Flughafen fahren konnten. Wir würden wieder in dieses Appartment kommen.

This place is even more lovely in person! The house spaciously accommodated our 8 family members really well and everyone felt like they could spread out and relax. We used the kitchen quite a bit for meals and Vic had about everything you could want for a kitchen including amenities and the grill outside was also nice. The larger living room was a great place at night for us to all spread out and have family movie nights. the backyard was well received by our teens and they loved the pool and hot tub. There are many places to sit and relax, read a book/enjoy your company. If you forgot a book, don't worry as he has a couple big book shelves! I was able to catch the amazing sunrise right through the dining room window while sitting there sipping my coffee! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was safe that I felt comfortable allowing my teen daughter to go on her own and run each morning. The beds were super comfortable and sleep was great in them! I would choose to stay again!

Raven is an angel. If you are called out to Arizona for spiritual guidance, this is the place to go. I cannot begin to explain the welcome I received, and I've been in awe ever since.
