We had an amazing stay! Easy to find, not too far from all that Hocking Hills has to offer yet still private and secluded location. House was exactly as described, clean and great amenities! We especially enjoyed the hot tub! Highly recommend this place!

Great host. We just needed a spot for a night’s rest while traveling. Check in was a breeze and the place was quiet, cozy, and clean, with all the listed amenities. And the price was right. Definitely would recommend to other travelers.

The house was perfect for us and convenient for the weekend. There was plenty of space throughout the house, especially the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay so much that my six year old grandson didn't want to leave. If we had one complaint, there isn't enough counter space in the kitchen.

My friends and I rented this property as a getaway for the 1 year anniversary of the loss of my friend's partner. This rental was truly lovely and relaxing. We found the property very clean and the beds/couches were comfortable. It was very private and we loved getting to use the ATVs. It's hard to be sad when you're ATVing and hot tubbing with your best friends. The property was also very close to many of the Mothman attractions we came to town for. We would definitely stay again. And Spooky the cat was so friendly. We are a bunch of animal-lovers, so he was a welcome friend during our stay.

This was our third stay at this cabin and we have already booked our trip for October. Can’t wait to be back!

Ben’s place was perfect giving my son a great place to stay after a long day of training. It was comfortable and easy for him to get to. Ben was prompt and easy to get in touch with and willing to open days to help us out. We would definitely want to stay there again.

James and everywhere were so kind and quick to respond. The kids and I came at a time where waters were high and they all insured the correct route to make it safley to the location. They were quick to respond and ensured the saftey of myself and my kiddos due to the highwaters. The view was flawless if you enjoy country God's Country type scene. We did not need directions on how to use anything and or where things were as things were labeled well. We asked about places to eat as the floods made it a little difficult for us, and they suggested places for us. The Valley View Farm was AHHMAZZINGG!! No need to stop and grab your main dishes when you have them with great food and free delievery. The peppered sausage was great and even the tallow to bring home was awesome for both cooking and skin and even lips. This place was great! Your kids would love the fishing make sure you have strong fishing line, and lots of swim suits to keep up with the hot tub dives.
