Everything we hoped for and more. The location was a perfect "home base" for us traveling back and forth to the Gaylord. It is also conveniently located to get downtown without hitting a lot of traffic. The space itself was perfect. Very clean and organized. We loved that everything was labeled -- it made it super easy to find things. Highly recommend! Would definitely return!

This Airbnb was a great stay! We have 4 couples and we all had our own room and bathroom! This house was very cute and had a great decor ! When anything was wrong, we reached out and Cal & Steph immediately responded. They were great with a great place to stay !

With it being a last minute trip with a family of five and 2 fur babies, I did not expect to find such a gem. We were all pleased with the home and pleasantly surprised by how much room we each had. The hosts were very nice, provided the right amount of details for the stay, and they reached out ahead of our arrival to accommodate an early check in as it was storming. Thanks for making our stay pleasant and painless. This Airbnb is easily one of our favorites. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend!

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

Lindsay was attentive and responsive. Property was clean and ready for guests. Property was close to great restaurants and shopping while in a private and welcoming location just outside of downtown Franlkin. Pets were welcomed and enjoyed the large fenced in backyard. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Franklin and Nashville.

We came to Nashville to celebrate my daughters 21st (girls trip)! We had an amazing time!!! The house was very clean and well laid out. We enjoyed our down time relaxing at the house.

it was the perfect place to stay. Downtown is fast and loud and busy. This was the perfect place to come back to each evening for peace and serenity. Great quant little get away and so clean and neat!

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

The location was super convenient with easy access to the various places we were visiting while in Nashville. The condo easily accommodated our family, was clean/organized, and included all the necessary towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The host was incredibly responsive and kind.

We loved the location and the place. We had some initial cleaning issue that was quickly and fairly resolved. The cleaning person they sent was AMAZING. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Thanks Alex.

Great spot within walking distance of all the major Nashville areas! Easy on street parking and protected, reserved garage parking. The host made several local recommendations and checked-in to ensure everything was going well during our stay. We travelled with our 1.5 year old child. They had a pack and play in the AirBnb which was an added bonus. The space was well appointed with great accents and a nice size balcony overlooking the pool. The bed, bedding and pillows were much better than you find in most AirBnbs. The gym is on the smaller side but is an added benefit and provides enough options to get a good workout in while on your trip. The only thing to make note of is that the second bedroom has a curtain instead of a door. It didn’t bother us or our child, but something the keep in mind if needing the privacy. Overall our expectations were exceeded and we would stay again when visiting Nashville.

What a great host and place to stay for a work trip. The place was clean, easy to find, and very close to my favorite Thai restaurant (Deg Thai) in the United States. I’d stay here again for my next trip. Our host was very responsive and proactive with communication. No issues. No BS.

We had a great stay! The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean. This place had everything listed and really felt like home. The hosts and their neighbors were extremely warm and hospitable, even offering eggs for breakfast! The laundry was a huge plus for us. I really appreciate that Nacona keeps this place as Airbnb used to be, with well stocked toilet paper, detergent, etc. We found extensive shopping options within 10 minutes drive and downtown was about 25 minutes during rush hour. Great stay and would definitely stay again!

Felt very much at home at Ginger's place. Had absolutely everything we needed for our few days stay. Ginger was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the location was close enough to all of the restaurants and shopping you could want but far enough away to be a nice quiet stay. The personal touches made Gingers place stand out from other Airbnbs.

This was the most cozy and comfortable rental I’ve stayed in. Ever. My first with my canine companion, and the accommodations were perfect. I will stay same place when I return. Thank you, Mary!!!

The Nash *Haven* is appropriately named, being just 1 letter shy of *Heaven*. Such a neat use of space…not a spot that’s not functional, if not luxurious. The big bed is super comfy, the kitchen is very updated, & the bathroom is top of the line (heated floors!!). It has a private screened in porch & the garden out behind the patio is splendid, right down to the Koi pond. The hosts are very accommodating & all instructions were clear & concise. They were quick to respond to the few inquiries I had, yet I felt I had all the privacy I could ever need. The Nash-Haven is located in a nice, safe & quiet neighborhood. I highly recommended this stay & hope to escape to this sanctuary again very soon.

If you are looking for a place to stay, that feels like home with all the amenities, look no further! Mark and Cathy have done such a wonderful job of providing every little thing you would need. There is a fully stocked, beautiful kitchen, very comfortable and clean beds, large closets, and all the nice little gadgets and upgrades that make it feel like home. We had a toddler and a little dog, +4 adult adults, and we had such a comfortable week! I will mention that there are quite a few stairs to get to the front door, but once you’re up there, everything is on a single level. There is a lovely back deck, and the stairs to get down to the parking area from the back or a little easier. There is even a deer feeding area in the front yard which gave us a couple good nature shows! Quick drive to the Providence shopping area, Walmart and lots of restaurants, but on a nice, quiet street. Mark and Kathy were very accommodating to us and super responsive. An excellence stay and super hosts!

9 of us stayed at Hosea’s place, it was super cute and perfect for a weekend in Nashville. About 20 minutes to downtown/broadway. Comfy beds & lots of space, would recommend! Thanks for having us!
