Karl was a great host, always very responsive. The place was nice. Went during off season, so it was nice and quiet. Barely ran into other people staying in the homes or at the pool/gym. Great location, can sit on the deck and listen to the waves.

My family and I enjoyed our time for our daughter’s birthday! Latane is very personable and welcoming! Home was neat and clean. I would recommend and would also love to revisit.

I had an amazing stay at this beach rental house! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun. The house was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The host was exceptionally responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the thoughtful initial items provided, which made settling in so easy. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, making it so convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway!

Only stayed 2 nights in the office season and did not do any outside activities but home was comfortable and decently stocked

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s place. Check in was easy and Wendy was super helpful with providing everything needed up front. We arrived late and had to make the bed which was a little different (not in a bad way) but it was refreshing to know the linens were clean. I’m hopeful to reserve her place again next time we are in town. :)

Our stay was wonderful. The location is good, sunset beach is absolutely beautiful. "Houses patio and rooftop grill" is very close and has the best local seafood, it is much more laid back than myrtle beach, but it is close if you want to drive there for the day, and so is historic Wilmington, so its location is ideal for many reasons. We HIGHLY recommend it, and plan on coming back asap!

We always love staying here. The condo is so warm and cozy. Rob is a fantastic host. The views are amazing and the location perfect. We can’t wait to return yet again.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

Cindy is a great host for sharing her home at Oak Island. I love the fact that it’s pet friendly and has a fenced in backyard. The house was spotless and had plenty of space for us. Fantastic host and excellent stay!

Leslie Ann's place was perfect size for our family of four. We loved the space underneath the house, which was spacious and great for hanging out. The location was amazing being less than 5 minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and stores. We had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely, with plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. The well stocked beach supplies closet was a highlight and had everything we needed for enjoying the beach. Connie was communicative and had lots of great suggestions. With the beach only a block away, it was the perfect vacation retreat! Thank you for being such gracious hosts!

Bigger on the inside than it looks in pictures. Gorgeously crafted cabin offers an interesting experience for visiting Wilmington!

We lived our stay in Carolina Beach @ Kevin & Katie’s place! We had plenty of room for our growing family. Enjoyed the grill and fire pit behind the house. Found fun things to do locally - beach, park, & aquarium. We would definitely recommend to others and will come back ourselves!

We had a wonderful time at Darrell's place. Lots of bedrooms and every bedroom had a bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked, lots of spices, different sized pots and pans, very sharp knives, nice appliances. Very close to the beach, about 1 block walk. The pool was great, our kids swam in it A LOT. The neighborhood was very quiet (we were there in the offseason). The beds were comfortable, and all of the sheets and towels were provided. So many beach and pool toys available in the downstairs closet. We used boogie boards, bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, and tubes in the pool. The tandem bike was a nice, fun surprise. Overall we had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at Katie and Stefan’s place! It was cozy, in a great location, right on the beach and within walking distance to lots of restaurants. They had a high chair and a pack n play for our one year old which was so helpful. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back again soon!

Great location, between the marina & across the street from the ocean. Within walking distance to restaurants & the boardwalk. I thought the place was a little small for the $425/night cost (after all of the fees were calculated), but it worked out just fine for our short stay. Host accommodated us rescheduling due to the hurricane, so I was definitely happy about that!
