Great location if you need to be near UCLA. Communication with host was good. Westwood has lost its vibrancy, but that's another story.

这是一套宽敞舒适、设施完备的住房，合适家庭团聚，或是朋友聚会。去年我们住过这套房子，今年再次入住，房子的状态保持得很好，并且添加了新的厨房用具，方便家庭烹调。房东的入住说明清晰完整，过程中房东的提示及时暖心。车库有两个停车位，方便住客和来访友人停车。

lovey quarters and lovely host! 2 gorgeous dogs greeted us along with him. if you love beautiful plants like juan does and like i do, you’re in for a treat for your eyes!

Hôte très accueillant, instructions claires. Nous avons séjournes 1 semaine dans son bel appartement très fonctionnel. Idéalement situé et avec une place de parking pour la voiture. Je recommande Sean et son appartement à 100% 👍🏼

Lami is a super host. Very helpful, communicative, quick to respond. The place is so tidy and homey with great attention to details, such as user manuals filed in a folder, stocked up Keurig cups, sugar and creamer sachets. There is a separate working desk with a printer, which is very nice. We never had such amenities at other places that we stayed before. Thank you, Lami.

Lovely place. It’s a studio so just know that going in. But it’s lovely and the host Mark is the best. Always answered me in under a minute. Amazing location. Amazing amenities and super cute. Residents are super cool and chill too. Parking is a breeze. Big laundry machines. Huge closet. Dope fridge and dish washer and kitchen sink / range. Perfect for couple or a solo biz traveler. 100% will hit this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joseph's place. Joseph makes entry into the unit super easy and it is so nice to simply close the door and go, at check out (He takes care of everything). We were grateful to be so close to the freeway as we could visit our son in North Hollywood with ease. The bed was especially comfortable with a very cozy comforter and pillows. We will be back for sure !

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s home. I went for a girls’ trip, and it was in the perfect location for everything we had planned. I’m already planning a return trip for the fall with my kids, where we can take advantage of the proximity to universal and the other “Hollywood” sights!!

We were very happy with Christoph's home. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A short drive to stores and restaurants. It was easy to get to Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica. Christoph is an excellent host and very communicative. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Christoph!

Very cute house, in the great Atwater Village neighborhood. We loved the open kitchen, with green cabinets. And really appreciated that the place came with books, toys and stuff for our toddlers!

Nima's place is spacious and beautiful with thoughtful design touches throughout. The master bedroom is huge with a door to the back patio and includes a sauna which was a fun bonus. Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommended!

Irina's was an excellent and communicative host and her property was exactly as described. It was in perfect order when I arrived and Irina was kind enough to let me check in early. I had a couple of small issues but within moments of reaching out to Irina she responded and had someone help me resolve the issues immediately. The home was clean and very comfortable. It is in the heart of West Hollywood yet felt very peaceful and private. It is in the very good location within walking distance to Sunset Blvd, many restaurants and shopping. I was there for an extended stay of 11 nights and I felt very comfortable like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay in Irina's property again!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Nuestra estadía fue agradable, nos llevamos lindos recuerdos . Nikita desde el primer momento fue muy atento a nuestras consultas y dudas y siempre respondía . El entorno es muy lindo,tranquilo Markets cercanos etc. sobre todo súper cerca a Universal y otras atracciones lo cual fue de gran ayuda por los niños que muchas veces se les dificulta levantarse. Además, la casa de Nikita tiene todo lo necesario sobre todo estando con niños nos ayudó muchísimo tener lavadora y secadora. Esperamos volver en algún momento :)

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dave's Airbnb, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.
