Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sah exakt so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Auch ist die Küche einigermaßen gut ausgestattet, so dass wir kochen konnten. Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch gut und es finden sich Supermärkte und Spielplätze in der Nähe. Einzig die Tankstelle (direkt neben den Schlafzimmern) ist teilweise etwas laut, wenn man früh schlafen gehen möchte. Als wir kurzzeitig ein Problem hatten, war Ana sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell geantwortet.

Noreen’s apartment had everything we needed. It’s close to everything in DTLA and there’s parking next door to the apartment building. Would definitely stay again!

Great location if you need to be near UCLA. Communication with host was good. Westwood has lost its vibrancy, but that's another story.

great apartment. there were 4 of us, and the apartment was perfect with a good location. we were able to enjoy the residence's swimming pool. we were able to walk to Venice Beach.

Mar’s place was great. The place matched the description and photos and Mar gave excellent instructions for check-in and WiFi. Extremely responsive host!

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was the last accommodation of this trip. Our daughters said this accommodation was the best and said they would come back again next time. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The host responded quickly. Most of the tourist attractions in this accommodation require a car, but they are close. I was worried about the comments saying that the roads were narrow and difficult to get around by car. But I didn't have to worry. Our family came by van and it was easy to drive and park. The house was also spacious. The night view and morning view were so beautiful. I highly recommend it.

This place was great! We stayed nearly 3 weeks and we enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable, nice back yard, house filled with amenities and useful stuff, easy check-in, fast and responsive host, clean house. In 5 mins in car you can get groceries or go to a street where you can walk around for coffee or restaurants. There is a nice hike trail close by you can do and get a good view of the city. Price was good and fair. I would totally recommend this place and stay here again. 5 star *****

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great stay in DTLA. Would stay again! Place was very clean and has a beautiful view of the City. The description was accurate and the host was very helpful during the our stay.

Christian was very helpful and accommodating, and the place is great. Only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms give on a noisy street, but earplugs were enough for me to have a good sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dave's Airbnb, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. We had a great time here! Booked very last minute and ended up being almost perfect! Main pros were location, beach access, provided beach toys, very comfy bed. The view is exactly as depicted in photos. So not completely oceanfront but can see and hear the ocean just fine. Construction noise as mentioned in other reviews was not an issue for us. Very cozy small place, worth the price for location. And was very clean. We had issues with the grill which was a bummer but they came and fixed as soon as I mentioned. One thing to note is the sofa bed was very basic. Great for our kids but would not recommend putting an adult on it. Also I was very confused by reviews stating the kitchen was very well stocked. That threw us off as we were planning on cooking every meal. No mixing bowls, and exactly 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 bowls…next time I’ll bring paper plates for serving etc. Would definitely come back! Look forward to booking again.
