Jo’s place was just as described. She was super responsive to a couple of questions we had. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely come back.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

Third time staying here, and always enjoy my stay here. Robert is a great host!

This airbnb was in the center of everything! It was easy to get around, the beds were comfy and fit all of us comfortably. The host was super responsive. Check in was easy. Be aware the upstairs has slanted ceilings so being spatially aware to not run into it is key.

Place was great!! Kids really enjoyed the river!! Peaceful quiet place was really relaxing. The porch was amazing too.

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The place was so adorable for our bachelorette group. So close to downtown and with enough bedrooms for us all.

We had a great stay at Bev's little studio apartment. It's perfect for a couple for a few days, and the highlight is listening to the birds in the morning and taking a walk down to the creek. So much nature - I saw a fox chasing a squirrel, which was a highlight. Bev is very nice and helpful, making sure we were well taken care of. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Knoxville!

Hosts were helpful, available and very friendly. Good people. We will come back.

Place was quiet. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot! I enjoyed being lazy on the comfy couch :) Kitchen had essential items available.

Clean, quiet, spacious, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. I was in town for a wedding and didn’t get to truly enjoy everything that was offered, but there were nice amenities like a coffee bar. The space was comfortable.

Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!

Absolutely loved my stay here. it was only one night, but it was great. The place is quiet and cozy. It's out of the city but close enough to get there easily. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and it has great access to the state park.

It was our first time staying in a cabin and we had the time of our lives. Everything about the cabin was as pictured , it was beautiful . I would highly recommend this home.

The side roads leading to your destination are freshly paved and scenic. The driveway to the cabin is effortless. The entrance is stair free and the keyless lock is convenient. Upon entry you’ll be thrilled you booked it. Warm, cozy and comfortable. Everything works as it should. Clean as a whistle. The gas fireplace is a nice touch. Back door opens to a covered porch with a swing and a peaceful view of a mountain in the distance. Perfect place for my sabbatical.

I can’t thank Alison and Jason enough for being the best host and providing our family with an ideal place to stay minutes from the parkway and also not a far drive from the scenic Cades cove! Alison and Jason provided so many details on other things to do and places to eat/visit while in town and we couldn’t be happier with them and their beautiful cabin!

If you're looking for a place away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Within a few minutes from all of the attractions, food, etc...Area was quiet and peaceful. Hosts were very responsive, they definitely make you feel at home in this cabin.

The cabin is very beautiful and as described. People were very quick to respond if anything popped up or for any questions we had we had a response immediately. The cabin has a very beautiful scenery. Easy check-in and is almost at the top of a mountain. The hot tub and fireplace worked perfectly. The roads are a little treacherous to get up to the cabin. But other than that, we have no complaints. The cabin was very clean.

The house was perfect! Loved the hot tub and pool table. Peaceful area, and super spacious. I liked that the cabin was not far off of the parkway so it is a short drive to attractions/restaurants. Perfect for a couples getaway! Phyllis was kind, responsive, and helpful with whatever we needed. Definitely one of the best cabins we’ve stayed in and would for sure recommend!
