Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

Barbara is an excellent host. Very personable, kind, considerate and provided a very lenient check out time which was helpful because I ended up getting sick. The resident cat, Maumau, made our stay even better. Maumau is the cutest, cuddliest, sweetest cat queen. It was very thoughtful for Barbara to provide tea, coffee eggs, snacks, and other drinks. We are very grateful for you and your husband, as well as Maumau. Look forward to coming back when I’m feeling better. Thank you ☺️

Great stay. Place as described. Good location. Front door to residences on side of building/down alley, pass Tocaya outdoor seating. A little bit of confusion and back and forth messaging when requesting early check in but worked out. Early check in confirmed the day before.

Great place to stay in LA. Only a few minutes from beach and lots of evening life + amazing sunset. The flat is perfect for up to 6 persons, the couch is fine as a bed for 2, at least if you sleep easily (as our youths did). The instructions and information from James was detailed, and made everything easy. Highly recommend paying extra for parking. All in all, a supernice stay!

I’m from Santa Monica but travel frequently here and I just think that this particular unit is quite nice things that stood out was free, laundry and the overall comfort of the place. I felt very secure and safe as well. The parking can be just a teeny bit tricky but over all, not a problem. I didn’t cook at all, but it’s nice to know that I could have if I wanted to. Dawn left some coffee, which I basically exploited and used it all. But yeah, very good experience and well worth the cost. Just be mindful that it’s a small place even though it feels larger it’s pretty small like a smallish hotel room. But everything is as described.

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole process was seamless and the room was comfortable. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

The place is gorgeous! The decor and amenities make you feel just like home and everything was spotless clean! Even if this unit doesn't have deck access, you can still walk around the canals and enjoy the beautiful location. The parking spot is also a huge plus but there are good walking-distance spots nearby for eating around Venice. M. is an extremely responsive and attentive guest, you can tell how on top of everything she is. I have zero negative things to say. It was a perfect stay!

Flor’s place was great. Central location with good food spots within walking distance, and cozy, well-stocked apartment. The place was clean. Flor was very responsive and accommodating! All in all a very nice experience. Thank you!

This location is very close to the beach. My husband walked to the beach with our toddler and our baby no problem, there and back. It is close to a lot of eateries, and Vons grocery store. There's a lovely backyard for you and your family to relax. It's a great location. 2 story, with bedrooms upstairs.

What a great place! The kitchen has everything you need, the living room and outdoor space are great. The bathroom is very nice, and the beds are comfy. You're only a few minutes walk to the beach, and there's a little grocery store nearby. Great tacos also! We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I had a lovely visit to Montecito and enjoyed staying at Santa’s wonderful place. Check in and out were very easy and we found ourselves walking down to Coast Village for coffee and shopping a number of times. We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood and also the close proximity to Westmont College.

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

This apartment is exactly as pictured. This place was not a planned stay. Our family had an emergency and the owner and staff were very helpful. They even delivered the key to us to help us out. The owner was always available when needed. There’s a wonderful Italian restaurant directly below the apartment that was absolutely delicious. Also a great deli right around the corner. Very walkable to anything you may need. We would definitely stay again.

Joey was very responsive. The place was super close to the Santa Barbara Downtown area. It's super easy to access and Uber around. I would definitely stay again when I am in Santa Barbara.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

This was a magical house i will definitely return to. I grew up spending time in this canyon and this creek view spot really felt like an alternate world. We loved the thoughtful details in the space including the amazing bathtub and bidet with a seat warmer. The sounds of frogs all night were amazing, and the hot tub we used every day. Mona was also incredibly flexible with our early travel arrival. It was all around wonderful.

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

The place was as described. It was comfortable and relaxing. Parking was nice to have assigned space. Pool, hot tub, and gym were great. Close to everything yet very quiet.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Family of four with two pre-teen sons, we had lots of space to spread out and store our things. Location was great and walkable to lots of family dining. The property was clean and there was ample parking in the garage. No EV charging on site but there was a good (and inexpensive) level two charger near the Starbucks, which was a 5 minute walk away. The unit is very close to Six Flags and an easy drive down to LA (we went to Griffith Observatory....highly recommend). The unit is a little difficult to find the first time but Robert gave some very detailed instructions and a map to help us out....he also proactively offered to meet us, which I declined since we were coming in late. Robert responded to my questions quickly. We had an amazing family trip and would most definitely stay at Robert's place again.
