Rebecca's place was overall very cozy and beautiful. Do note that there are a lot of stairs to get to the airbnb or backyard space so people w/ limited mobility should take caution. Also make sure you read the entire listing because it doesn't tell you right away that the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are not connected from the inside. To access the other 2 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom, you have to walk outside the deck and it's at the other end of the house. And if you have to walk that pathway at night, I recommend bringing a flashlight because it's dark, and there's no outdoor motion detector light for that pathway that connects the 2 spaces. But once you get to the other space, they do have a light that turns on. But other than that, the place was very beautiful, beds were comfy, and pillows too. Rebecca was a great host, and we had no issues. We appreciated the info she has laid out- Just make sure you read everything prior to booking, and you'll be fine!

Char is truly an excellent host. Very responsive, proactive and communicative. The entire space was very clean, well arranged and decorated in a very calming and welcoming manner. The back deck is very beautiful and many hours can be spent bird watching from there. Everything was as described. This is truly a very special place to stay and it was a privilege staying here.

Great Santa Barbara get away! House was in walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Walkable into Downtown as well. Beds were cozy and the yard felt very private.

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

Jennifer’s home in Ojai was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up the views of the surrounding area each morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ojai.

My friends and I had a great time in Shannon’s home. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all the amenities to make our girl’s trip cozy and comfortable. She provided an extensive guidebook ahead of time with local recommendations that made our trip extra enjoyable. We are looking forward to staying at Shannon’s place again.

BH We’ve been trying to get away for a long time, and we’re looking for the right place, somewhere off the grid, scenic, and relaxing. Boy did we score big! The stunning views of the “boulder river”, the entire property to ourselves, with every small detail warm and inviting, we were thrilled and would recommend this anyone in a heartbeat. Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great place to stay for visiting Santa Barbara. This place is nicer than staying in most of the hotels in Santa Barbara that are older buildings with thin walls. Very quiet location and friendly neighbors. Less than a 10 minute walk to one of the best coffee shops in SB (Handlebar). Host was extremely responsive. Very dog friendly place and neighborhood.

Great stay in SB - close to everything on State Street. We rented a car and it was very easy to find street parking right out front of the place. Very comfortable bed. Would visit again!

We’ve stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. It’s the only place we stay when we come to SB now. The location is amazing, the house is charming and comfortable. And Sandy is a great communicator. Highly recommend staying here

Nice apartment in great location. Very clean and comfortable.

The room is clean. It also has the Disney+, Apple TV. So we didn’t felt boring during our stay. The neighbor is peaceful and beautiful. It’s really a nice choice for the journey.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

The house was so clean and had great natural light! It was in a perfect walking distance to local shops and a park. The host was very sweet and let me check in 30 minutes early and always responded to any messages I had. The location was amazing and I would definitely stay again if I am ever in town!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Fabulous getaway in Malibu. Communication was prompt and helpful.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Can't say enough great things about this Airbnb or the host! Check in was easy and Autumn made everything so smooth for us! She was detailed with her instructions and very responsive. The airbnb itself was fantastic!! It was spotless, clean, best location, great views and walkable to anything you need. I will definitely be staying there again for all future Santa Barbara locations! Highly recommend this airbnb!
