We had a wonderful time at Cheryl’s property. She was very accommodating with check in and check out times- which we really appreciated! This property was very clean, and we felt very comfortable! It has a beautiful view, and we felt far enough away from being in the city, while being only a 20 minute drive away! Would highly suggest this property, and Cheryl as a host!

Wonderful visit with family for Dalhousie’s reading week! Despite the ice storm, we were cosy and entertained with the ping-pong table and the board games. Once the wind died down, we loved the hot tub, which was enormous! Conveniently half an hour from Halifax. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Blueberry oasis is truly a wonderful spot for a get away that is close to nearby beaches, shopping and Halifax. The cottage (house) has a very logical layout with room to relax and share time with family and friends. We only rent in the winter and call it our weekend winter house. Therefore we don’t get to use the lake and boating facilities. However, the games room with pool table and dart board makes up for that. We still use the outside firepit and hot tub. Lots of firewood for both firepit and indoor wood stove for our comforts without worrying about running out of supply. I highly recommend this rental.

Mahone Bay Ocean Retreat was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. There was a bit of a walk to get up to the house, but once at the top the views are breathtaking. It was extremely clean and organized. We went for a mini honeymoon and Catherine left a beautiful charcuterie board and decorations. It felt like home and we will be sure to return in the future!

Eight friends booked the two spots together. The Panther Pad and Tiger Den. Our stay was fabulous. The houses are beautifully appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. We will absolutely book another stay.

My partner and I had a great experience and stay at Wilson’s. We were very happy with the cottage we picked, it was everything we were looking for. The hosts were responsive and kind to help us with basically any question or request we had.

This place is a little haven of its own. Very clean and well kept. The hot tub was very relaxing and kept very clean also! Thanks Brendan!

We had a beautiful visit, we cannot wait to return under different circumstances. We had a family member pass away and didn't want to impose too much on our family (we are from Massachusetts) and this house turned out to be perfect! One of my cousin's stopped by for a few minutes and loved the place so much she asked for the info to send to some people and she's very particular. The views were stunning, the rockhounding on the beach was healing and the house was wonderful. Pierre was so fast to respond when we had an issue with the lock and then when we had to circle back because we had forgotten our thermos. We have always LOVED Cow Bay so this find was truly a gem. Make sure to get fish and chips from What's the Scoop (check the hours) while there!!!
