What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden over new year. Property is 10 minutes walk from the town and the canal. Loads to do in town, some fantastic pubs ! Loved the duke box in the house !

Jasin is fabulous and the house is extremely nice, this time is really a try for us.

The house was perfect for our stay. Everything was as described. The place was easy to find and check in was easy too. Loved all the little personal touches and all the essentials we needed were provided too. The host replied to any messages quickly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend and perfect place to stay with big family. The event we attended was just 5 mins drive away and it’s bonus to attend the church easily. My children would like to stay here again once our family friend invites us for weekend countryside trip again. Thank you. -Cherry

We've had a fantastic stay here ! It's ideal for a big group of family or friends. The house is so spacious with plenty of things to do. The garden is massive and well looked after. Would highly recommend

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! Lovely weekend stay in Harrogate - perfect location to walk to the centre and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cosy, and it was very helpful having the parking permit to park directly out the front. Would highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit Harrogate for a few days.

Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

Our visit was handled by Ruth, who couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and, despite being in a main road, was very quiet in the bedroom. Local takeaways were much welcomed, with particular mention of the Chinese across the road (and their Salt & Pepper chicken pieces!). It was great to have an off the road designated parking space too. Hopefully we can stay again next time we’re visiting Harrogate.

Would 1000 percent recommend if you want to just chill or a romantic breakaway , absolutely spotless , we got a anniversary package and it was stunning , so pleased amazing for the price , amazing host , very friendly and helpful , jaccuzi with the tv amazing touch, and the sauna amazing ! Had the best night away will definitely be back

The apartment was absolutely perfect, beautiful balcony, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lots of information about walks and restaurants. We did some beautiful walks, the highlight was hard castle crags. We had a lovely breakfast in the wild goose and an amazing lunch after a walk up to the fleece. A wonderful holiday, thank you!

We booked Graces place to go to a friends 40th birthday party at the mustard pot in chapel Allerton so it was perfect for what we needed and brilliant to be able to walk to and from the party!

Well positioned for transport links various places to eat an drink fish an chips shop over the road walk on the leeds Liverpool canal and also a couple of parks to visit one drawback is quite a few steps to negotiate getting in to the apartment

Lovely stay. Great location with off-street parking. Supermarket really close. Easy walking distance into Harrogate. Flat had everything you could possibly need.

Comfortable place with good parking and surrounded by green spaces. Host friendly and helpful. Flat is well kitted out with extra touches of cereal, tea, coffee, milk and butter which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed to be in the area. Thank you

Jayne has been a fantastic host and started our trip off with Cookies and Cava!! The apartment was easy to find, modern and clean as a whistle. The fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher was fantastic to cook in and easy some excellent music! The bedroom and bathroom were comfy and clean with enough room to spread out in. Thank you for an excellent staycation.

Great stay! Was easy to get in and out of Leeds to the Air Bnb and had everything you wanted there.

Our 2nd stay at Joanne's place. it's such a stunning building and so easy to get around...into town or into Headingley. The bed is comfy ... as is the sofa bed. And the apartment has everything you need. Thank you!

Second time staying here and will definitely be back. Richard and Fiona are lovely hosts, v responsive. The apartment is immaculate, so cosy, feels like a hotel suite and it's less than 10mins walk from the centre of Harrogate
