Very charming property on the edge of the Centro- about a 15 minute walk to the Zocalo. The property is several townhouses around a very large and pretty landscaped courtyard. I didn't end up staying in this particular unit, but another unit on the property. The overall property was clean and tidy, very nicely appointed, in a wonderful and quiet residential area near a major grocery store. Hosts were so hospitable, and I felt very safe and looked after during my stay! Highly recommend!

This has been my favorite airbnb stay thus far. We felt so welcomed by our hosts and the entire space felt magical. What a relaxing place to get away from everyday stress! Everything was very comfortable, and we spent a good amount of time hanging out in the apartment. The view was especially spectacular. I felt lucky. Thank you for having us!

Great area, in the center and close to the best areas of the city (shops, restaurants, markets etc) The house is situated in the beautiful patio with curated garden. The house has fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with garden view and bathroom. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything for a comfortable and authentic stay in Oaxaca. We loved the place a lot

What an incredible place with exceptional hosts who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always took the time to answer our questions. The rooftop terrace and garden pool were perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The property was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from coffee and drinking water to sunscreen and aloe. The location was ideal, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and beaches of La Punta. The only downside was regular noise from traffic, construction, and neighbouring dogs. That said, I would highly recommend this place—just consider bringing earplugs for a good night sleep.

This place is a great deal. Simple accommodations but a great value. Double size bed is rather soft. Margarita gave excellent bakery recommendation (Pan Con Madre) and assisted with arranging a well priced taxi to the airport. Gracias.

el lugar es como se describe, bien ubicado, limpio, Edith es u muy atenta y esta pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y además nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones para conocer lugares en la Ciudad, tiene un jardín muy bonito y la estancia es un lugar acogedor, me volvería a hospedar en este lugar nuevamente!

o apartamento era de bom tamanho com ótima localização, os atendentes ajudam você com as malas para abrir as escadas. Poderia ter um pouco mais de conforto.

Staying with Tim and Lupita was incredible. Their home is absolutely beautiful. We were right off of the pool and the apartment was fully stocked so we were able to cook. Tim and his wife are incredibly friendly and kind and answered any question as well as helped us do laundry. I would 120% stay here again. It was the peaceful beach experience we were exactly looking for.

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

The villa was so beautiful and relaxing. It was such a wonderful retreat and we wish we could have stayed longer! It is very large and has lots of space to lounge around, comfy couches and a gorgeous pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Also the donkeys, chickens, cats and geckos were an unexpected delight!! The beach is a lovely walk but you can't swim there, however it's a short drive to other swimming beaches.

Had a wonderful stay, Alejandra was a very good host. She was attentive and her place was very secure, clean and it was really a pleasure to stay there. Definitely will return next time , we’re in Oaxaca.

la atención de Paola fue excepcional, el alojamiento es muy lindo con jardines exhuberantes y un camino pintoresco de escaleras para llegar a el, tiene lugar para estacionar el auto y la casa está impecable, cuenta con todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda y relajada. Sin duda volvería!

Nuestra estancia en este airbnb fue perfecta. Los hosts fueron más que amables y siempre nos respondían súper rápido con cualquier duda que teníamos. Nos recomendaron a un chef que se llama Omar Santiago, que fue casi que lo mejor de nuestro viaje. Si algún día se quedan acá o por Pto Escondido, les recomiendo 100% contactarlo, súper simpático y la comida ESPECTACULAR. La casa estaba súper limpia, súper bien equipada y a solo pasos de una playa bastante privada. MIL GRACIAS a estos excelentes hosts por unas vacaciones inolvidables!!

Great place, impeccably cleaned and maintained, and host is very responsive and helpful. Only note I will make is that the location is not very walkable especially in the hotter months, to get around you will need a motorcycle or constantly be ordering taxis.

Everything was just as described.. the house is super comfortable and the host was very responsive with great recommendations. the location is only about 10-15 minutes to the beach or downtown and there are taxis available. The host was also super welcoming and we really enjoyed our time in La Crucecita.

From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the views of mountains, beaches, and beautiful nearby buildings. The Sunsets over the mountains were breathtaking! The private mini pool on the balcony was a real treat after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The host was always only a phone call away and the staff at the resort are all so helpful.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

My only complaint was I had to leave!! The place was great (comfy bed, nice shower kitchen with a microwave and a blender). Fulvio was top notch going above and beyond many times! He was really easy to communicate with. Everything we needed to have a fun time was included. The building is quiet and the location is fabulous. Can’t say enough good things!!

Excelente departamento. Muy cerca de todo. Se puede ir caminando para playa santa cruz..el condominio super bien cuidado, hacen muy bien el mantenimiento. Monse fue muy amable y la administradora del condominio tambien. Nos encantaría regresar por mas dias ya que hay mucho que conocer en Huatulco. Estuvimos contentisimos. Cero quejas!

Es un lugar agradable cerca de algunas tiendas de conveniencia, el centro está a 8 minutos en taxi y muchas rutas de camión pasan por la ubicación, si tu idea es estar conociendo la ciudad es una increíble opción

Great space with a beautiful ocean view and only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable space and easy to get to everything from the supermarket to restaurants and anything else you might need. Our host, Alfonso, was warm and friendly and very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We felt well taken care of.
