We had a great stay! Our trip started with a medical emergency. Amy and April were amazing in helping us with extending our stay if needed at another rental. The house is BEAUTIFUL! I am so grateful to have run into such wonderful people. Thank you so much! 😊

the pictures do not make justice of how stunning is the place and view!!!! it is immaculate and so cute !! Angela went beyond all needs , everything is there!!!!! games for kids , craft, games for adults, hot chocolate corner , pet toys blankets ,etc etc... and the most appreciated , everything is so clean, which i really appreciated . they were so friendly also we had a great time at their place , and i could not thanks enough to them for sharing it with us !! can not wait to go back in another season thanks again!! The Gladys House was perfect for our stay. The owner thought of everything from extra blankets to battery operated candles just in case we lost power. The beds were comfy and I loved the sound machines next to the bed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

Tiffany is the sweetest, kindest, Superhost I have had the honor to stay with. I let her know about my Valentine's Day plans and that this would be our first one spent together and she decorated had balloons 🎈 candy and flowers. She is incredibly sweet and extremely caring. Thank you so much for all you did! We had a whole experience that we will never forget. We had a great idea of what was around based on all the information Tiffany provided. Everything was easy to find had great instructions. Tiffany is the best 🌟

My wife and I really enjoyed our month stay, as the home and property were exactly as described: a Restful Retreat. From the incredible mountain views, to the expansive property and de-cluttered interior, the peace and quiet was remarkably impressive inside and out. We cooked many family meals in the well equipped kitchen, and going for relaxing walks with our 2 dogs was very enjoyable. We slept great on the extremely comfortable beds. Sitting on the front porch drinking our morning coffee while enjoying the mountain views was by itself one of our favorite things to look forward to every day. We had our winterguard group stay at Blue herron and we had the best time. After competing all day, we were able to come back to a place that was peaceful! Aaron was a wonderful host! He would check in with us and make sure we didn’t need anything! The house had just about anything we needed and we were very thankful for that when we were seven hours away from home!!

The family that hosts’ their childhood home their parents built: are wonderful people that are proactive and attentive to their guests. The home is clean- un-scented! And well appointed with just about anything you could ask for or hope to find in a “home like” stay [Extra bedding, plenty of towels, just about every kitchen gadget and appliance, reading materials, entertainment both indoors, and out) the whole house heating system works extremely well, keeping every room adequately and evenly warmed, the propane fireplace is beautiful and serves the home well. Sometimes it can be hard to fathom (14) people being able to sleep in a home that size : 4bedrooms/2.5 baths {2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 bunk beds=4, and 2 twins} without pains! yet - the family has done it perfectly- and I wouldn’t change a thing. Our entire family looks forward to returning to experience the other seasons there as well!

Very clean and easily accessible place to stay at in Wartburg. Not a lot of options nearby of places to stay but this was a great one, would stay here again in the future. Marta was very responsive. Thank you for having us!

Great Host! Perfect Location and room is Amazing ❤️

We had an excellent stay at Travis’s spot. Ate at their restaurant that it is attached to twice, and got to meet both he and his wife, who were just so friendly and hospitable! Parking right out front was also plentiful and easy. It was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip with a 38 minute drive to climb at the Obed when too cold to camp! Would definitely stay there again!

The Badger Inn was Great!!! Located on Watts Bar Lake in Kingston with Amazing Views and located close to I-40. Well stocked with anything you need plus extras. The interior of the condo felt fresh and well thought out. Great little touches in each room. It had everything we needed. Rhonda was very responsive as a host and answered any questions we had quickly. We'd definitely rent her place again and recommend it to anyone. Thank You So Much Rhonda!!!!!

We truly loved our stay at Open Sky Farm! Shannon was a gracious host and the house was absolutely lovely, very sweet and cozy with everything we needed. I especially appreciated all the books and toys and little to-dos that were here already for our toddler, including a booster for the table, sound machines, toy magnets for the fridge and toys in the closet, and a pack and play. Our dog enjoyed her snuggly provided crate. The master bedroom and bathroom were so nice, very posh! Shannon has put a lot of thought and effort into providing a beautiful home away from home loaded with thoughtful books and games to play. The house was super clean too. It’s a great layout also, you cannot even tell that it’s a duplex it definitely is its own space. Thank you for everything Shannon!

Lovely, cozy spot, minutes from the highway. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the assortment of games and books and snacks made us feel right at home. Would happily return to this charming property.

We traveled to TN from Cleveland, OH for a family wedding. We've had family in the area for decades, so the area was already familiar. The apartment was as described. It was exactly what we needed. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. The deck is a nice, comfortable place to enjoy the view of Watts Bar Lake during our downtime. The kitchen was adequately supplied. We didn't need anything, and a couple things we were looking for were borrowed from the unit next door that my brother's family was staying in... and vice versa. We all slept very well during our stay. Our kids, 5 & 2 years old, had never slept in the same room together, and they were very comfortable and slept well in an unfamiliar environment. The trundle bed was perfect for them. We would like to thank our host for our stay and we would gladly stay here again.

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay here. There area is beautiful and there are a lot of hiking trails there. The property was really well put together for a nice stay. Cheryl also had a great communication. We would certainly recommend it!

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you

Lori was able to accommodate our last minute booking when the Wyndham canceled our reservations the morning of our golf trip. Lori responded promptly and was so easy to work with. All of the golf courses we played were less than 10mins away. Great place to stay for golf! Thank you so much Lori...you saved our golf vacay.
