We had a lovely time here. Andrea was very friendly and helpful, even had a few things I the fridge when we arrived - thanks again for the beer :) The place is as described, very cute, has everything you need and was big enough for the 4 of us. Good location too! Andrea also has some great records if you’re into that kind of thing ;) Thanks again, and my highest recommendation for this place!

Markus’ stunningly modern and spacious apartment is in a terrific neighborhood that was perfect for our nine-day stay in Munich.  From my first contact with Markus nine months ago to the day I left, he was an ideal host. He responded fast with any requests and even delivered patio furniture two days into our stay. The Apartment: The apartment is very big and sunny. It is extraordinarily immaculate and ideally laid out. The furniture was chic and modern and extremely comfortable. Although the bedroom and living room were one continuous space, nonetheless, there was a judicious separation of the two. The kitchen was well fitted out for simple dining.  As we were there in the summer, we used the patio a lot, which was a plus.  The bathroom is large with outstanding water pressure in a superb shower.   The TV screen was large and the Internet was fast and reliable.  The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential area populated mostly with young families with children.  There were plenty of food shops in the area – we tended to use Tengelmann Supermarket on Stuntzstrasse for most foods. And what a pleasure it was to walk three minutes to Bäckerei Schmidt on Stuntzstrasse  each morning (closed on Sunday) for fresh rolls for breakfast.  We particularly liked the Saltzstahns—rolls with caraway seeds and salt.  The U-bahn stop, Bohmerwaldplatz, is only a seven-minute walk. Many of the apartments in the complex were rented to college students who loved to talk and play music in the evening. Though it could have been noisy, it was not for us. In fact, the extensive common lawn at the back had many songbirds. Kudos to Markus for allowing this great place to be part of the Airbnb. 

O local é um pouco afastado do centro de Munique, mas não foi um problema para nós, pois é em frente a uma estação do S-bahn. O local é exatamente como a descrição no Airbnb, muito organizado, limpo. Check-in e check-out fáceis. Perto do mercado e há algumas lanchonetes na região. O ponto de desvantagem é que você não pode regular o ar condicionado. Algumas vezes o quarto ficava um pouco quente. Quando voltarmos a Munique, será nossa primeira opção de hospedagem. Apreciamos muito. Obrigado Vonder pela experiência.

Hallo Rocco, Euer Haus in Muenchen hat ziemlich genau all das geboten was wir brauchten: ruhige und guenstige Lage um in der Stadt zu verbleiben und sich dort umsehen zu koennen. Atmosphaere und Raeumlichkeiten waren sehr angenehm zum Verbleib, wann wir nicht unterwegs waren. Auch die Naehe zur U-Bahn, Edeka und DM haben zum guenstigen Bild beigetragen. Die Kontakte ( per App ) mit dir, Rocco, waren gut und trugen zum guten Gefuehl waehrend des Verbleibs bei. Alles in Allem einen sehr empfehlenswerten Unterkunft, die zweite Auflage unseres Verbleibs hier haben wir bereits im Kopf. Mit herzlichen Grueszen, Familie De Jong

Ein wirklich schönes Appartment

Die Wohnung ist etwas vom Zentrum weg aber einfach und schnell mit U-Bahn zu erreichen. Ich habe mich in dem sauberen und schönen Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Evan ist ein engagierter , seriöser und ehrlicher Gastgeber. Vielen dank dafür! Das wird meine Favorit Wohnung in München.

Incredibly inviting and well mannered. Wolfger was always happy to help when I needed help in some way with acclimating to living in Munich. Always invited me to eat with him. A kind soul that made my first month in Munich and incredibly warm welcome.

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. I’ve written reviews of Adrian’s place before but it’s worth repeating that he’s is a wonderful host, and the place suits my needs perfectly.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super. Vorab gab es sehr viele tolle Informationen über Unternehmungen und Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Der Check In war super und die Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Whirpool Nutzung war sehr toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

From the moment we met Patrick and Amelie, they were very personable and welcoming. They walked us through the entire house, which exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures on the website. The location is very close to the train station, with great access to local amenities throughout the Munich area such as restaurants and Oktoberfest. They gave us great recommendations such as the Deutsches museum and their favorite restaurants, and transportation to get there. The beautiful balcony sitting off the edge of the kitchen was something we used every day. A really nice touch was that upon arriving, they offered us a bottle of wine and snacks. We immediately felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here!

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht was auch super funktioniert hat weil Simon gut erreichbar war. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung stand. Für LP-Fans gibt es eine super Auswahl! Für eine Dienstreise auf alle Fälle sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr sauber, viel Privatsphäre, tolles Frühstück, viel Flexibilität. Gut mit der S3 nach München angebunden (30 min bis München Hbf), genug Parkplätze auf der Straße. Top!

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

Alles so, wie beschrieben. Gute Lage, sehr hilfreiche Kommunikation. Kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Achim and Elena’s beautiful home in Eching, Munich—not just once, but twice during our trip! We loved the property so much that we stayed from December 17-23 and returned again from January 6-11. Both Achim and his wife Elena were fantastic hosts. Elena greeted us during our first stay, which made us feel very welcomed right from the start. During our second stay, their thoughtfulness truly stood out—they graciously left meat in the fridge for us, knowing it was a holiday in Munich and supermarkets would be closed. This kind gesture went above and beyond and made us feel very cared for. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would love to stay here again during a future visit to Munich!

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende zu 10.- ich kann die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen. Sehr schön restauriertes Bauernhaus mit liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist mit Markengeräten ausgestattet und auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit Sabeeka war super und nett. Super Haus 👌🏻

Thank you so much for a really lovely stay! From the very warm welcome and helpful tour and instructions at check in to the tips of local recommendations. Oh and the beautiful view which took our breath away every day. The gentle jingling of cow bells was so relaxing too. You have a really beautiful and homely home, which enabled such a relaxing stay! The sauna was such a welcome touch for my eldest daughter and I. Your home was spotlessly clean and everything we could want for to cater for ourselves was there. Thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts for such a magical stay! We will definitely be back!
