Obergiesing-Fasangarten : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

Wie immer alles gut!

Super freundlicher persönlicher Empfang . Liegt etwas außerhalb von München, allerdings ist man im gut 30 Minuten im der Stadt. Die Location liegt in einer sehr Ruhig gelegen Straße. Besonders für längere Aufenthalte zu empfehlen, die große Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind super schön eingerichtet, man merkt das hier jemand sehr viel Zeit investiert hat. Privater offener Parklplatz und im Garten eine separate Sauna. Verglichen mit dem Preisniveau, im Umfeld eigendlich fast schon zu günstig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

tolles Haus allerdings kuscheln die beiden Personen im oberen Zimmer sehr, daher eher Empfehlung für maximal 3 Personen. Nune reagiert schnell und freundlich. Alles in allem ein tolles Wochenende in München.

We had a very lovely stay! The place is as described and you share the home with them, so it feels like you are part of their warm welcoming family. They gave us great tips about things to do and eat in the area. They were very easy-going about us booking with our dog, too. Thank you so much to Oliver and family.

Fácil de llegar con el transporte publico (La casa esta a 10 min a pie de la estación, la cual a su vez se encuentra a 12 min de la Estación central) . El vecindario es NUEVO. Neeraj y su Familia fueron MUY amables y atentos en todo momento. Siempre existió muy buena comunicación por la plataforma y vía Teléfono. La habitación estaba impecable, al igual que el baño. Todo estaba en el mismo piso, exclusivamente para nosotros; se valora mucho la privacidad. La cama estaba muy cómoda. Nos ofrecieron agua al llegar. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme cuando vuelva a visitar Múnich. GRACIAS

Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt! Das Haus hat eine unfassbar gute Ausstattung und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Es gibt alles was man sich wünschen kann. Ebenso ist die Lage Top! Christoph und seine Familie sind extrem liebe und zuvorkommende Menschen! Ich habe sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen geschenkt bekommen.... Gerne und sehr bald wieder.
