Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Olimme työmatkalla ja majoitus oli tähän tarkoitukseen erittäin hyvä. Makuuhuoneet ovat tilavia ja sängyt hyvät. Äänieristys huoneissa hyvä. Kohteessa hyvä, ja neljälle hengelle iso oleskelutila. Emme käyttäneet keittiötä, mutta se vaikutti hyvin varustellulta. Kohde oli siisti ja muutenkin viihtyisä. Kulku kohteeseen tapahtui applikaation avulla ja se toimi kohdallamme hyvin. Alue on rauhallinen, mutta aivan lähellä ei ole juuri palveluita. Bussipysäkki on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, joten liikkuminen oli melko helppoa.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr idyllischen Lage. Wir waren 4 Paare und ein Baby und haben eine sehr entspannte Zeit mit Kaminfeuer, Tischtennis (in- und outdoor), Sauan und Flippern verbracht. Platz war ausreichend vorhanden, auch genügend Bäder. Sehr gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erreichbarkeit nur mit dem Auto.

Wir hatten tolle 9 Tage bei Marlies, sie ist eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgebnerin. Der Ausblick aus der Stube ist traumhaft. Der Weg zum Seeforum (Lidl) dauert keine 15 min. Alles liegt in nächster Nähe, trotzdem ist es dort traumhaft ruhig. Marlies bot uns sogar neue Wäsche (Handtücher, etc) an. Abendessen fand meistens auswärts statt - im Postillion (urig bayrisch) - Taverne Nefeli - Gasthof Rosser (im Biergarten). Toll auch die Gästekarte: wir beide konnten ohne Auto zum berühmten Tegernseer Bräustüberl gelangen und ohne schlechtes Gewissen ins Glas schauen - oder mit dem Bus zur MoniAlm fahren, wo wir überraschend gut bedient wurden, bei fairen Preisen. Außerdem lohnt sich bei schönem Wetter immer ein Spaziergang am Seeufer. Unser Navi hat gesponnen: fahrt bitte die Sonnenmoosstraße weiter bis links die große Tafel Ferienwohnung und Sackgasse 11A kommt. Hier seid Ihr goldrichtig, vorne parken, Eingang ist ums Haus herum. Fazit: wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!

The place was cozy, easy to find, and in the heart of Munich! It was beautiful and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and the place truly added to our stay in Munich.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Augsburg verbracht. Die Wohnung hat uns dabei als zentraler Anlaufpunkt sehr geholfen. Check-in und Check-out waren völlig komplikationslos. Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten, was man für einen Wochenendaufenthalt braucht. Vielen Dank für alles.

We visited Munich for the first time with my family of 4. Two kids 8 and 5. The location was perfect and walking distance less than 10 minutes to the Viktualienmarkt and the rest of the city highlights. The home was exactly as pictured and would highly recommend.

Great location and very spacious apartment. Everything you might need is there. It’s on the 4th floor and the lift is rather compact so if you have mobility issues or don’t like lifts (like me) take that into account. Overall super happy with our choice for a weekend in Munich.

We had a great stay at Jo’s apartment which we used for a business trip. It was very well located near the Underground station and a short walk to some nice restaurants and bars. The apartment was perfect for our short business trip.

A lovely top floor chalet looking towards the mountains surrounding Oberammergau. Christina was very helpful and my stay was very enjoyable.

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet um kleine Gerichte zu kochen. Die Matratzen sind bequem (nicht zu hart aber auch nicht zu weich oder durchgelegen). Außerdem liegt die Wohnung nah am See, am Monte Mare und in der Nähe vom Supermarkt. Trotzdem in einer ruhigen Lage mitten im Wohngebiet. Vom Stil würde ich die Wohnung eher als verspielt beschreiben. Das sieht man auch auf den Fotos. Rainer ist nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; die Wohnung entsprach ganz unserem Geschmack. Besonders toll fanden wir die super Lage: See gleich um die Ecke (gute Jogging-, Wander-, Radfahr- und Bade-Möglichkeiten), sowie ein hervorragender Bäcker und Supermarkt - außerdem fußläufig zum Bahnhof, sodass wir die Woche gut ohne Auto auskommen konnten.

Wir waren mit der Familie zum Ski Fahren und Rodeln da. Die Wohnung entsprach der Anzeige und war für unserer Bedürfnisse vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super. Es ist eine Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus, altmodisch eingerichtet, funktional, sauber. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr ruhig, kein anderer Mensch zu sehen. Nachbarn anscheinend sehr nett, denn sie haben gleich Mal ein Paket von mir angenommen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Wohnungseigentümer wäre jederzeit erreichbar gewesen - war jedoch gar nicht nötig. Parkplätze waren auf der Straße vor dem Haus aber immer frei - gar kein Problem. Die Gegend war umwerfend schön, mit dem Auto erreicht man alles ohne Probleme. Jeder Tag dort war wunderschön, schade, dass man nicht selbst dort wohnt! Super Urlaub in einer Gegend, in der man nicht mehr irgendwo anders hin verreisen muss! ;D

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
