Spacious apartment with a sunny balcony in the Historic Center of Heidelberg. Within walking distance to all the amenities the Old Town has to offer: Main Street and University Square, the Old Bridge and the Castle are only a few minutes away. The apartment has a bedroom with a double, queen size bed, kitchen with coffee maker, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a sunny balcony. Very spacious apartment with one bedroom, one seperate living room and a big eat-in kitchen. The apartment is one floor up (1rst floor) walkup. 70 sqm space, located in the very center of Heidelberg and have to offer everything what you will need for a stay in Heidelberg. 10-15 min walk to the railway station/ public transport you can reach in about 2 min. Nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and 5 min walk to the old city. Its a no smoking apartment

The apartment in the basement has been completely renovated. The large loft-style living/study and bedroom is tastefully furnished. A wardrobe separates the living/work area from the sleeping area. The cozy sofa bed can also be used as a sleeping area. A new smart TV completes the living area. The kitchen is spacious and includes a fridge with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher and ceramic hob. The bathroom has a large shower, heated towel rail and WC.
