We loved staying at Sarah’s place. It accommodated our extended family of 8 very nicely. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there. Our favorite part was the beautiful setting with the green hills and the snow peaked mountains. It was amazing!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Heidy, une hôte très accueillante. L'hébergement est agréable et proche de distributeurs et de supérettes accessibles à pieds. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement et espérons pouvoir y retourner.

Very nice house, nice view to the mountains. Very close to the train station and ski lift. Highly recommended!

the scenery is outstanding. truly what we expect. i recomend Theres place to anyone who prefer enjoy and feel like the local. The house is very accomodating especially the kitchen very very complete. we felt very homey and love the place but the place only accessible by car i think. if you walk/using public transport this place will be quite a walk.

Amazing house in the middle of a beautiful valley next to a lake! Breathtaking views everywhere you look. Close to all the attractions in the area but this spot provides a more authentic Swiss experience. In fact, one night the hosts, who were extremely helpful and available, served us a delicious locally sourced raclette meal with local wine! The house itself is very nice and spacious and had everything one could ask for from a bnb. Very comfy beds too. Basically a perfect bnb. A+

Die Ferienunterkunft war bis ins Detail durchdacht, einfach toll. Es hat in unmittelbarer Nähe einen wunderschönen, naturbelassenen Wald welcher verzaubert. Speziell möchten wir die Vorbereitung des Vermieters auf unsere Ankunft erwähnen. Goodies und Handtücher für den Hund und für uns noch Zältli. Einfach schatzig.. immer gerne wieder

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Franks wunderschöner Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist super und vorallem der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Traum! Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Proximity to Bahnhof and public transportation makes this a great choice, with an option to keep your car in the parking garage. Friendly service, clean and uncluttered apartment makes this a relaxing choice.

Schöne, sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Reni war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir waren zum Skifahren im Januar dort, 3 Personen. Leticia war bei der Kommunikation immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns vor dem Aufenthalt alle nötigen Infos zukommen lassen. Vor dem Haus ist direkt ein Parkplatz, das war super zum Ein- und Ausladen. Ski Keller ist vorhanden und Wohnung direkt im Ersten Stock, so dass langes Schleppen entfällt. Die Wohnung selbst hat wirklich alles was man benötigt, uns hat es an nichts gemangelt, Danke Leticia!

Beautiful and peaceful spot on the lake! Even in low tide (as Jos clearly indicates on the listing; the views were stunning. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and biking around the lake was so much fun. Strongly recommend!

La experiencia fue muy buena!! el lugar es muy lindo con vistas a la montaña: el baño es amplio la ducha excelente, la cama amplia y cómoda, la cocina tiene lo suficiente para cocinar y lo mejor tiene un lugar afuera espectacular, que aunque llueva se disfruta muchísimo con sillones muy cómodos y un horno a leña. Está muy cerca de los medios de transporte y a la vez es muy tranquilo a 300 metros un supermercado y como fuimos en auto un lugar donde aparcarlo. Nos sentimos muy bien y por supuesto volveremos. Tivemos umas férias absolutamente tranquilas e aconchegantes. A casa estava sempre quentinha e confortável, proporcionando o ambiente perfeito para descansar. As redondezas são super bonitas, parece que estamos num cenário de um filme de Natal, e as paisagens são deslumbrantes, saídas de um conto de fadas. Gostamos muito e pensamos em voltar. obrigado

Wir waren Mitte April noch Skifahren mit 4 Kindern. Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr großzügig gestaltet und mit schöner, unkomplizierter Einrichtung. Auch wenn rundum mehrstöckige Häuser sind, ist die Aussicht richtig schön. Die Wohnung hat 2 Badezimmer und eine schöne offene Küche. Alles ist sehr ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns bei Ann herzlich bedanken. Fam. Richter

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Räume waren geräumig und gemütlich, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen hat uns die günstige Lage – perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden – und der wunderschöne Ausblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Fantastic stay at Heidi’s. Spotless and great amenities for a self catering stay. The only item it doesn’t have in the kitchen is a microwave. The chalet is lovely and warm, and facilities to quickly wash and dry clothes. It was easy to find and access. The location is fabulous. Peaceful with glorious views. 15 minute walk to town or 2 minute bus. The bus does stop early (5pm) and only runs in winter so bear in mind if you may want an evening meal out (and tired legs in tow 😁) A few tips- you need Swiss plug adapters- we had the standard European and they don’t fit so buy some on amazon as everything is 💵 in Switzerland! I would try and bring food items if your luggage allowance allows. Tea/ coffee/ cereals etc. Example price at the coop is 6CHF for cheerios (!) We love engelberg- it has so much to do- this time we did ice skating, furenalp for sledging and snow shoeing, Brunni for sledging, swimming, skiing lessons at klostermatt for the kids, Trubsee. This was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. After a few disappointing experiences, I had almost given up on Airbnb altogether—but this home completely changed my mind. It reminded me that the key is simply finding the right place, and for us, this was absolute perfection. The view from both inside the house and the balcony was even more breathtaking than the photos suggest. The house somehow maintained the perfect temperature throughout our stay, and everything—from the thoughtful design to the comfort and spotless cleanliness—was top-notch. The location is peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. If you have a car, getting around is easy. Whether you're looking to relax, focus on work, enjoy quality family time, or share a romantic escape, this place has it all. We’ll definitely be coming back.
