If you are looking to get away from the loud noises and spend some quality time with your spouse or family. This is the place! It’s surrounded by so much nature and a beautiful lake view. Having breakfast outside was my favorite part. I will say what made it so much nicer for us is grocery shopping before you arrive. This place had everything I needed in the kitchen and I loved the ice maker and coffee area. You can feel the love in this house. Thanks Brianna for being a great host!

We had an incredible stay at this charming piece of old Florida! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in the Bayou. Watching a dolphin hunt for its evening meal was a unique highlight of our trip. The kayaks were a hit with the kids, and the well-equipped kitchen made mealtime a breeze. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room to move around and a fantastic well built patio cover, adirondack chairs, outdoor cooking area. The second refrigerator downstairs was a true lifesaver for keeping our four little ones hydrated. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was a huge plus, and the grandparents loved their private room with a bath and outdoor patio. *kids ages from 13,10, & 6 plenty of activities available from sun tanning, board games, tvs, to giant basket of Legos. Also great spot for fishing! Thank you for being such a wonderful host! We can’t wait to plan our next stay!”

We had a great anniversary trip at Brian's place! The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

The house is exceptional and Patty is an excellent host. This is my 2nd time staying at the property and will plan to return because the lakeside location is fantastic. Plenty of space to host large families with several indoor and outdoor activities depending on weather and time of day. One of my favorite places to stay!

Cute cottage, nice location , beach and dock on Lake Weir. Just right for our visit to Ocala relatives.

Comfortable apartment, perfect for a family vacation with little ones! Lots of toys, books, and many beach supplies. Beach is walkable distance, nice big community pool, hot tub right below. Perfect workstation as well, definitely recommend.

We had a blast! Close to everything you’d want to see, so short drive times to everything we did. End unit so a little more private than the other condos in the community. Easy walk straight from condo to beach.

Beautiful location...minutes to the ocean..close to downtown and activities. Communication was wonderful. Looking forward to staying next year..

We would stay here again. Spacious and clean with a super pool and lovely evening views watching dolphins from the upper deck. Angela responds quickly and is helpful. The house is very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The location has local restaurants a 3 minute drive away. Great place to relax after Christmas!

The condo was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host David and his team went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. David and his team provided many extras that made the experience even more delightful. I highly recommend, and look forward to more visits!

My family and I had an amazing stay here. The beach access is great, with a walkthrough just for the residents/guests of the community. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back here!

The home was beautiful, you can tell there have been a lot of recent updates. The location on the canal has a beautiful view and the neighborhood is quiet. The spacious rooms and plentiful sleeping locations makes this ideal for families.

my family and I stayed here for spring break. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The pool was great and warm, (we paid the extra to have it heated). The house had pretty much everything we needed. we did spend more time out exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is as described and photos are an accurate depiction. Very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Rhonda came down to meet with us upon check-in; it's a large property with several homes owned by the family, but plenty of room still for privacy. Chip had the wood in the fire pit ready to go the night we checked in. On the second night he saw us outside adding fire wood and popped down to help get it going for us. The fire pit was definitely a highlight for us and was enjoyed by the group. We will most likely be back as a group for our annual weekend and all three of us thought of other friends/family we could bring there too.

Very nice house, the view from the deck was amazing. Beds, linens, everything was very comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is in a great location and the beach is awesome! The condo was very nice, updated, and had everything we need. They even had crab crackers to crack our crab! It was also very nice to have the garage with chairs, boogie boards, and, a cart to wheel everything to the beach. I will definitely stay there again if I can!
