Found this place for hubby as he was working for a few days in Chiefland and was “warned” the local hotels were not a good place to stay. Cynthia was super responsive, friendly and her place was perfect.

We had a great stay! A did a little fishing, swam with manatees, hiked, kayaked and enjoying area restaurants.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great location and thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

This property is private and can easily accommodate 10 guests. For two guests it was incredibly spacious and beautiful place to kick back and relax, and easily walkable to downtown Clermont where there is plenty to do. Would definitely stay again.

Paula Puma was THE perfect getaway for us. It was exactly as described and Jason was an exceptional, responsive host. The camper was clean and an excellent setup for enjoying the outdoors. Salt Springs Resort, with its paved roads and walkways, two pools, hot tub, dock, and lakefront access made for everything you need. The camper was stocked for all our needs including toilet paper, paper towels, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, glassware, and pots and pans. The outdoor space included a fire pit which we used everyday, even cooking most meals over it. There’s also a smoker and a gas grill. And a smooth running golf cart to get around the campground and for a quick jaunt to the Dollar General, laundry, or one of the two restaurants just outside the gate. Beds were also comfy and the AC was perfect. We like it cold so it was good to know there was sufficient AC if it got any hotter outside. We also had to use the heat the first night and it worked great, too! Highly recommend!

Had a great time! Place was clean, beds were comfortable, easy to get to and would recommend staying if you’re heading to the parks or just visiting.

Definitely a great place for the price, basic 2 beds 2 bath roomy Florida home. Everything was as expected also has double garage for added space!! I am on a budget as Abnb fees are high, and was very pleased

The treehouse bungalow is located rught on a canal. Three kayaks go along with the rental. Boat tours/ rentals are right on site along with a local artist/ ceramic shop and Two Pops sandwich shop. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. My grandsons fished all day. We had a very relaxing stay. We kayaked the canal and fished one day, than enjoyed a swim with the manatees adventure, the next day.

This was our third stay on their property. It was our second stay at this particular one. It's always clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The property and area is beautiful and peaceful. Close to major city like Gainesville but far enough from the traffic and noise. The host is amazing. They leave fresh amazing eggs from their chickens and candy that we always enjoy! They also leave some sodas and other things there for enjoyment. Their showers have nice shampoos and water flow. I would highly recommend any of their places on this property! We plan to stay again. We planned a n going to De Leon Springs for the whole day and wanted to stay for the night. The place is only 15 mins away from De Leon Springs and close to downtown making it distance wise convenient. It’s an adorable and well 1913 well preserved house in a safe and quiet community. My daughter’s enjoyed the loft because they had their own private place within the house. Our friends liked the place so much that they will rent it out soon to bring their families and friends and do the same itinerary we did. We had breakfast at Chicas Cuban Cafe, only 8mins away from the house and O highly recommended. We will definitely e coming back soon for summer. Thanks Sara and Chris 🤍

This townhome met our needs perfectly. The little fenced in yard made it very easy to stay with dogs.

We loved it so much, we are already booked for next year. Our daughter and husband also booked for next year with hipcamp on the farm. Our dog loved the walks and animals! The newest baby goat was a highlight. Wish the next births would have occurred during our 2 wk stay. Looking forward again to next year!!

This place was perfect for our trip. It was conveniently located near our destination and had ample space for everyone. We’ll definitely be looking for this place again whenever we visit the area.

Very clean. Pleasantly surprised. Giri was very attentive in responding no matter the time. Had little great perks like coffee and filtered water in the fridge. Best place I’ve stayed in from Airbnb thus far. Highly recommended

Wonderful clean modern condo apartment near Orlando. This served as our base for a golf trip to play courses in Orlando and Daytona Beach. Had to do some driving to get back and forth to the courses, but staying here was well worth it. Clean quiet home with everything you need. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The host provided all the instructions, information, and supplies we needed for a stress free vacation.

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

Omg just BOOK IT! Kim’s place is just as described, tastefully decorated, comfy bed and couch, well stocked with shower supplies and towels. Kitchen is stocked with all spices and such (we ate meals out). Porch was amazing for feeding turtles and just relaxing on with a glass of wine, You won’t want to leave! Kim provides plenty of paper plates , towels and garbage bags for your stay unlike other places we have stayed. Kim makes check in and out so easy and always receptive to any texting questions! As far as movement you really don’t notice it and we had some windy nights, if you don’t focus on it you probably won’t feel it. Thanks Kim for the amazing stay, we will be back :) Verna

Chuck's place was very nice, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located in a lovely area. From the listing I was expecting more privacy. Chuck and his family were respectful of our privacy but the unit is located across the pool deck from the family residence. Additionally, we were expecting the pool to be heated as needed in Florida in January. This is important to know and not in the listing. The pool was therefore not swimable. however Chuck did heat the hot tub for us in the evenings which we appreciated. Overall a lovely place to stay, particularly in a warmer time of year.

Oh my goodness, this Airbnb is an absolute gem! It is quaint, cozy and has everything we needed for a family of 4 to be comfortable during our recent visit. I loved all the vintage touches and the character! It was incredibly peaceful; but best of all it was only about 5 minutes away from the Jonesville tennis center - where my daughter was participating in a tennis tournament! We could not have found anywhere closer or better, even if we had tried! We will absolutely be back, thank you sooo much! Kindly, Collette and family

The place was amazing. My family really enjoyed the pool and just the house in general.

Lovely spot for a family with a baby in a very convenient and safe location! The home itself was very clean with great amenities. The weather was not the greatest, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool, but I’m looking forward to returning in the future for another Disney trip.
