Large, clean home. Wish we had more time to check out the Great Outdoors restaurant right next to the house.

The house was perfect for our stay and Steve was a wonderful host!

We loved the screened in porch & backyard. I was a little disappointed that a “service charge” was added on top of the pet fee- seemed a little excessive. Also the couch is a little worn out. But we loved having a well stocked kitchen & enjoyed using the grill a few times. The neighbors were having trees removed from the backyard & that started super early one morning. Also the weather was nice & we walked our dog twice a day. A man up the street asked my adult son if he lived on the street. When he told the man No; the man started asking him why he was walking on the street. I’m pretty sure it’s legal to take walks even on streets where you don’t live

This is a small house that was perfect for the 4 of us. We easily fixed breakfast and found it to be convenient to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and we felt very safe. Jim was very responsive to any questions.

I would highly recommend Jim’s place if you want privacy! Great place, very nice. Our dogs Zena & Diesel loved the place as well. We’ll stay there again when we visit from PA again. Denise & Mike

Very beautiful place by the water. we enjoyed the view, kayaks, paddleboards etc... also the coffee! very easy to communicate with Kelly. perfect for our 2 small dogs who had a blast too!

Cathy and Dale were wonderful hosts!! Myself, my boyfriend and his brother drove from Maine to Florida for “Swampfest” in Waldo. The space was perfect for all of us and we had everything we could have asked for provided from Cathy and Dale! (Thank you for the treats!! They were perfect for our quests and long drives!) These two go above and beyond to provide comfort and ease with your check in and check out. Their home and space is adorable and a literal home away from home. Definitely get a chance to sit on the dock or on the back porch for the views, breeze, and sunshine! Our trip was full of exploring, so the bnb was primarily used for night, and it was AMAZING to come back, shower, eat, and sleep! Their home was perfect for our stay. I cannot express more about their gratitude and generosity! Thank yall again so much!!!

Cary's house was the perfect place for our family on vacation in warm Florida. The bedding was comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. The public beach was close by, and we had a great time there using the umbrella and chairs from the shed. It was convenient to have delicious restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and it was also easy to visit St. Augustine downtown since it was close. Cary was always kind and communicated well, making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Thank to Cary for making our visit to St. Augustine after 18 years so happy.

We had a great time at Mermaid Landing, very relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and has everything you need (bring specific spices- there was salt and oil). We used the grill and kitchen and didn’t need to go out for any food. We spent most of our days on the kayaks or outside on the patio. We aren’t experienced kayakers and had no problems navigating. The location is perfect. The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. People around were friendly. We did not see any manatees but there are many local places you can go see them as well. Lots of stores/dining close and the host had a great little binder with recommendarions. I think the people that are renting upstairs could or could not impact your stay- not that the host can control this but FYI. The first set of guests we shared with were great, the second were a bit loud. I’m a light sleeper and I had trouble sleeping. We would return to rent the whole space.

This was our third time staying at Lesley’s place and we’ll be back again. Highly recommend, no complaints. And the sunset on the Lake is gorgeous.

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

A peaceful place with a beautiful view of the pastures and cozy, clean accommodations. Host was very responsive and kind. We hope to return soon and “Stay A While” - longer.

Our stay at this farm was absolutely amazing! The cabin was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy—I slept better than I have in weeks! The real highlight, though, was the farm itself. The animals were so cute, and we even got to feed the chickens in the morning, which was such a fun and unique experience. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with adorable animals and a cozy cabin, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay- the kids and teens loved the canoes and kayaks as well as the ping pong table. The dock was a great place to relax! The buildings have some wear as described by the host but we were impressed with the cleanliness and we didn’t see even one bug inside, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again!

We were looking for a relaxing mini vacation and had a great time. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at night. Marjorie was a great host and her communication was top notch! The place was well kept and very clean. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This was a work stay for four of us for a week. The cabin and surroundings were exactly what we were hoping for. It provided such a nice, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the family style decor, which just made us feel so welcome. If you love a good bathtub soak they have a wonderful, big cast iron, claw foot tub. Thanks Bina!

We had a wonderful time at Casey’s place and were sorry to leave. The house and grounds are simply wonderful and the peace and quiet of the early mornings and evenings in particular was magical. So many birds to listen to and watch, and the little alligator and deer in the forest opposite. We took out the Jon boat and enjoyed the quiet river and explored the surrounding nature areas and forests on walks. The house has everything you need and there are so many places to sit and rest outside. We hope to be back some time.

Pat está pendiente de que todo esté perfecto para sentirte como en casa, y al mismo tiempo respeta tu privacidad. San Agustín está a 25 minutos en auto, por una carretera relajante y tranquila. La cocina es parcial, y no hay supermercados cerca, por lo que recomiendo tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de organizar las comidas. El espacio es acogedor y la cama muy cómoda.

We had such a wonderful 5 day stay at this lovely cabin! From the moment we arrived we could tell Nancy put so much care into making this a special getaway. The cabin itself was cozy clean and with everything we could possibly need. One of the highlights was the peaceful lake, perfect for fishing and just soaking in the serenity of nature. Our kids absolutely loved feeding the squirrels, birds, and fish with the food she thoughtfully left for them. It was such a sweet touch and made their experience even more magical.she went above and beyond by leaving a basket of snacks for us which she didn’t have to do but it was so appreciated! Nancy left us s’mores which the kids really appreciated. She even provided toothbrushes and other essentials, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. It was so nice to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and just enjoy the quiet, peaceful surroundings. We also loved exploring the nearby springs, which were absolutely breathtaking
