Nanay Marilyn was kind to talk to. She's been responsive and accommodating. The place was so clean, and there were some supplies provided — toiletries, cooking oil & spices, drinking water. She also has a sari sari store next door if u need food. Though the location is not that convenient and there's no covered parking, this is already a great budget option.

Everything as described. A bit of a language barrier but we figured it out. She will likely want you to pick up the key half a block away as she didn't live on site and also drop off the key in that same location but it's a 2 min walk so not a big deal. I guess there isn't an address added to the listing for that reason. Just start messaging her before the last minute unlike I did as that will save a bit of time and confusion.

Great transient for big groups. Sir Phil and his mom were very accommodating as usual. Easy transaction as always. I cannot go wrong with their properties whenever I need a transient just for myself or for a big group.

Nice kitchen, they have what I need for cooking. Malakas yung internet. With free parking and secured kasi may CCTV. 🩷 Super responsive and friendly si host. Mabait din yung daughter nya na nag assist samin. Flexible check-in but additional charges. All in all, good price na po sya. We'll surely come back here!

Beautiful, secluded, quiet... such a true paradise up in the mountains. We stayed here for 10 days, and even though the weather was not the best (typhoon season), we still had a great time. The wonderful caretakers, Ella and Elmer, transported us to/from Balatero Port. We were mostly in contact with Ella during our stay and she made sure we had everything we needed and looked after us during the long down pours and an overnight power outage. The hosts were also great to check up on us during the worst of the typhoons and the power outage. Rent a motorbike for a very inexpensive price from a local resort (ask about their weekly discount) and explore the towns and beaches. There's a small market near White beach to get groceries or visit some of the great restaurants in the area.

Second time here . And won’t be the last , if you still looking for a place to stay in PG . Just book here . Place is nice , beach is good , host are fantastic, neighborhood super safe , sunrise 🌅 amazing .

Stayed there for three weeks on a family vacation. Very surprised how nice the staff treated my family and myself. Great bar with wonderful bartenders, good food as well. Very close to all the city center with so much to do. Like I said earlier the staff always had a smile on there face and helped us when ever we need anything. The front desk help book are ferry tickets at a veryreasonable rate so we didn'thave to go early to the pier and get our reservations. There's and very cool night watchman that look over the complex so it was very safe,and everytime we came back from having dinner we always shared our leftovers with him to much appreciation. It was a very cool and comfortable place.

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

What can I say - the 2nd time is indeed a charm. Just like my initial stay, everything worked out perfectly. Rosalia is a hidden charm filled with beauty. Surrounded by nature, everything is gleaming and immaculate inside out. Spotless homestay with a kind and warm hostess. Shoutout to Jackie once again for simply being splendid. Thank you once again. Until we see each other again.

It was a nice stay with my friends. The owner’s mom was very nice to and treat us lunch after we check out. They made sure to provide everything we need. Place really feels like homey

Awesome place, awesome location! I was very pleased with the unit we got! Clean, comfortable and near the best parts Puerto Galera. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. They helped me with my booking even if I planned and booked just the night before our visit. I will definitely be coming back here, and I would highly recommend this to everyone. Great Job!

The place is secluded with overlooking view of the beach from the wide balcony unfortunately we didn't checked in as one of our friend is to big and heavy and Carl's place is on the hill top, the tricycle couldn't bring our friend up and the driver can't manage too. It would also be hard for us to stay out late at night especially we just depend with the tricycle as a means of transportation there. I cancelled the booking i made on the spot and knowing the non refundable rules i still tried to talk to Carl if i can refund the 50% of the payment and he did gave me back 1k personally from his own pocket. He told me that they actually don't refund anymore but for consideration as I've shown up and with the unfortunate circumstances he would cover it from his own personal fund. It wasn't difficult to talk to Carl, he just also live next to the apartment. Next time i visit PG i will definitely stay here. i would recommend the place as its near white beach 10mins away (away from noise) and near muelle pier and banks which is 5mins away with tricycle.

Excellent quiet place, back from the beach, friendly owners and neighbours. Pleasant veranda, great place to sit and enjoy the sea breezes.

Good clean place with a peaceful environment

Pleasant staying in this place, Rian even bent her rules to accomodate my sudden change of schedule. Felt safe even during the storm that hit the island. Always makes sure that guest are taken cared of 👍
