The place was clean, new, and overall a great place to stay. All the amenities were 10/10! The place was very well-kept Mhed was very kind and accommodating, and even assisted and drove for my dad when buying food. We stayed at the second floor of the place and the views were incredible. The place is beach front, but not really swimmable since it was a very rocky area. We had to get a boat ride to reach the white sand area, which was no problem for us. Overall, a fantastic stay in Mabini and would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our family had such a great time. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. If you want a comfortable vacation with a lovely view, this is a great choice. The water is stunning with so many different fish to see! If you get the chance, rent their paddle board and head out a little farther; the water gets even clearer, and you’ll find beautiful corals and more marine life. We’ll definitely be back. We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb with our friends. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our kids to play. With a total of three indoor showers and two outdoor ones, we had no issues with bathroom availability. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the convenience of having several sari-sari stores nearby for any last-minute essentials. A special mention goes to Sir Rex, the caretaker, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the Airbnb host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay without any extra charges. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway near the beach. We can't wait to come back!

The house was really lovely and it was way better than staying in a hotel. It was not easy to find however as not well signposted onthe main road. Jovelyn was lovely

We booked this place at short notice. We were a large party and Jefril was very accommodating from the moment we made contact. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and responsive to our requests. The bar was a great addition and the menu offered good food at very reasonable prices if cooking was not on your agenda. Boats were on hand to take you across water, plus a jet ski, diving and kayaking (needed maintenance) all available - again at reasonable prices - if you wanted to be more adventurous. The house overall was good although the photos were a little dated, but as long as you weren’t planning on spending most of your time in the house, it shouldn’t really bother you.

Our second stay here was as great as the first! The home is clean, serene, thoughtfully curated and with a beautiful view of the ocean and overall ambiance. Ate Karen the caretaker provides warm and hospitable service and Melissa is super responsive and a gracious host. Karen helped us arrange a boat ride where we snorkeled and even saw a dolphin! She could have also arranged in-home massages but we ran out of time. Later we found Lawom massage just a few minutes drive from Melissa’s place which we will definitely go back to at future visits! Just a quick drive to Altrove which is our favorite for delicious Italian cuisine.

The unit is very nice overall – clean pool, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, cold air conditioning, and a lovely view. The caretaker was also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the tap water was quite salty, which made it challenging to wash up, brush our teeth, and cook. It's something to be aware of in advance. One thing to note is that access via stairs might not be convenient for senior citizens, so guests with mobility concerns should take that into consideration. The only real downside was finding centipedes twice – once in a cup and another time in the bathroom while someone was showering. This was concerning, especially with kids around, as it could have been dangerous if they had encountered them first. That said, we truly enjoyed our family time here, made great memories, and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

The absolute PERFECT spot for a family!! All the amenities you could ever want or need. Directly on a quiet beach just as nice as white beach. Anywhere else you want to go such as main town for shopping or groceries is only a 50 cent tricycle ride away. Seeing the sunrise and moonrise from the bedroom or patio everyday was breathtaking. Nestor is the best caretaker we have ever had and can recommend all the best spots to go, even transporting you himself. Pictures simply dont do this place justice as the landscaping is incredible. An oven for baking is VERY rare in Philippines and your own boat if you wish. Im really not sure why this place wouldn't be booked 365 days a year as anyone who books a hotel or other home is a simpleton :) Feel very lucky to have chosen this place and you should not hesitate in anyway at all. Id honestly rate it 11/10 and dare anyone to differ.
