This home was so beautiful- I think even better in person than the photos, and the photos are already beautiful. We felt so at home, Cathy was helpful, responded quickly for any questions I had, gave lots of information on the area and recommendations for food/coffee. Highly recommend!

Great beach house in Niantic, CT. We were a large family group in April, including 2 kids (4 & 18 mos old). Lovely modern kitchen and baths, large dining room, and lots of rooms for family members with kid beds, cribs etc, etc. All very clean and comfortable. Mystic and New London are close by with activities for everyone. Great sandy beachfront space to play in above the seawall/ocean edge right at the house. A great playground is a short walk away (up a hill, note!) and town amenities are also walkable in nice weather. We'd love to stay here again, maybe in summer when the inviting pool would be open. A real gem of a home in a great year-round area (unlike Cape Cod in April!). Anne was an amazingly responsive host and handled any/all questions or issues with speed and great communication. Thank you to Anne and her entire family for a wonderful Passover trip!

Susan's beautiful beachfront home is in a secluded cul-de-sac, with the back garden opening towards the large lawned spaces of Seaside park. It's the perfect weekend retreat from the city buzz: one morning, we were greeted by a deer grazing in the backyard. The house itself is roomy and comfortable, beautifully maintained with classical elegance (as denizens of a historic wood-paneled home ourselves, we loved the matching hues of the hardwood floors and wall panels!) Greatly recommended!

Brandon's place was dreamy for our two families with young kiddos -- cozy and quiet winter beach vibes, very atmospheric and peaceful and relaxing. We built a fire in the fireplace, watched movies, enjoyed the sunrise and sunset, and walked along the rocky shore. Would recommend, even in the dead of winter.

Great little weekend getaway. House had everything you could need. TVs everywhere which was great for everyone to watch what they want/like. Kitchen was great. We did have a small inconvenience that Charlotte got back to us right away on. It did not impact us much. Instructions were clear. Truly could walk right on the beach.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home itself is gorgeous and the view is stunning. The neighborhood is peaceful and it was perfect for me and four friends to stay the weekend.

We just had most wonderful stay! The decks provided the most breathtaking views- from watching the boats, bird and duck watching, and catching glimpses of the fish jumping! It was the perfect spot for morning coffee, outdoor meals, and relaxation. Jim had a grill out on the deck to use. Our daughter enjoyed finding shells and small crabs on the beach area. We kayaked one morning right on site- beautiful! The big windows gave us plenty of view to the beautiful outdoors when we hit some rainy/colder times too. Everything was wonderful inside and out- we hope to stay again! The location itself is also great- plenty to do in the area- all within close enough driving distance. Our daughter loved Tree Trails. We also spent a day at one of the many ocean beaches to choose from nearby.

Meaghan’s place was everything we needed and more! Loved the views, the waves, the sea breeze, the bird observing, the walks to Grass Island, the together time with family in a quiet, secure & well appointed setting. Meaghan equipped us with everything! She was very responsive to answer questions. This is one of those treasured memories. Can’t wait until we get back again to this special location! Thank you!

Beautiful home- everything appeared brand new and in excellent condition. Courtney was great to communicate with- and kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since the place was open. We are definitely hoping to come back again!

My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

The house was in perfect area. Got to see deer, turkey and rabbits while sitting around pristine backyard and pool area. House was directly across from ferry system to Connecticut and adjacent town was perfect for restaurants and walking around. Would highly recommend this as a destination location and house. Look forward to returning

This is a wonderful house. Very clean. Interior space is well laid out and was more than ample for our family of six adults and five children. The large living area comprising the first floor with access to pool, pool deck and hot tub allowed for a perfect balance of togetherness and separation. It is nicely furnished. Great pool, deck area and hot tub. Beautiful views overlooking Fort Pond Bay. The approach road is a little bumpy, but it will in no way prevent us from looking to rent this house again.

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at Eric's home. The home exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home. The decor was warm and inviting. Everything you could possibly need was in the stunning, modern kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and we slept very well. The property was very peaceful. We enjoyed seeing deer, turkeys and hawks each day. The fixtures in the home were modern, clean and high-end. It was great being so close to Greenport with it's wonderful restaurants and shops. We can't wait to return.

Maura was an excellent host and the home was perfect! We enjoyed the weekend very much and cannot thank Maura enough for her kindness, responsiveness, warm hearted spirit, and for opening up her home to us. Will always keep this spot in mind for future SI adventures!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

Alexandra’s place was a great stay for our weekend get away. Short walk to the beach and near anything else you might need. Alexandra was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had.

We selected this cozy cottage for the location - it was nearby to family that we were visiting. Inside, it was adorable - lovely, coordinated decor, clean and fresh. Everything we could have needed was there - bathroom ameneties, coffee pods, two coffee makers (single serve and a full size pot). The cottage is in a quiet, established neighborhood. The "welcome" treats in the refrigerator were a nice surprise! We were very comfortable and happily recommend the Cozy Cottage.

Eileen was a gracious and responsive host. The house was immaculate and in excellent condition. The house comes with virtually everything that we needed during our stay. The location on the Orient Bay is great - my wife is still painting scenes from the property and the adjoining area. This is the first time that we stayed at this property and we look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

We had an amazing stay at Alissa and Danny’s house! The location is perfect—convenient to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The house is carefully designed with families in mind, especially with kids. It has everything you could possibly need for young children, from toys to safety features, making it so easy to enjoy our time there. Very clean, conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, great amenities (e.g., stocked kitchen, grill, fire pit, beach chairs, beach towels), and everything worked. The host was proactive communicating prior to check-in and was also flexible on the checkout time, which we appreciated. Staying at the house felt easy, which was what just what we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. We had a great time!

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts
